Abstract
本发明公开了一种手术洞巾,包括基布以及手术孔洞,手术孔洞中从外向内依次连接有凝血连接布层、吸收布层,其中吸收层为丙纶制成,凝血连接布层由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、明胶、甲壳素、虎尾轮粉、半枝莲粉末、地锦草粉末、黄芪粉末、血竭粉末制成。本发明有效防止了血液的进一步扩散,提高了抗菌能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及手术用具领域,具体是一种手术洞巾。
背景技术
医护人员进行手术时,一般采用手术洞巾盖住患者,手术洞巾一般是无纺布材料制成,在手术部位设有孔洞,供医护人员进行手术,采用手术洞巾的目的是为了保证手术在无菌环境下进行。现有的手术洞巾在使用过程中,孔洞周边容易沾上血液,并且血液会继续向手术洞巾其余部分扩散,无疑会对无菌环境造成破坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手术洞巾,以解决现有技术手术洞巾存在血液扩散的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种手术洞巾,包括基布,以及在基布中开出的手术孔洞,其特征在于:手术孔洞中从外向内依次连接有凝血连接布层、吸收布层,吸收布层通过凝血连接布层与手术孔洞洞壁连接,其中吸收层为丙纶制成,凝血连接布层由以下重量份的组分制成:

所述的一种手术洞巾,其特征在于:所述凝血连接布层的制作过程为:将虎尾轮粉末、半枝莲粉末、地锦草粉末、黄芪粉末、血竭粉末与明胶按各自重量份混合溶解后,再通过真空干燥法制得备用材料;将备用材料和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯按各自重量份混合形成混合物,再利用熔喷法将混合后的苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成涤纶,同时利用湿法纺丝法将甲壳素制成甲壳素纤维,最后将涤纶和甲壳素纤维进行混纺得到凝血连接布层。

本发明中,制成凝血连接布层的明胶、虎尾轮、半枝莲、地锦草、黄芪、血竭均能起到良好的凝血和杀菌作用,同时甲壳素纤维不仅能起到凝血作用,还能起到抗菌和抗静电功能,丙纶材料制成的吸收布层具有良好的芯吸能力。手术部位产生的血液仅吸收层芯吸至凝血连接布层,在凝血连接布层凝结,从而避免了血液继续向周围的无纺布扩散。
本发明与现有技术相比,能够将手术部位产生的血液芯吸至凝血连接布层后凝结,进而有效防止了血液的进一步扩散,提高了抗菌能力。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种手术洞巾,包括涤纶制成的基布1,以及在基布1中开出的手术孔洞2,手术孔洞2中从外向内依次连接有凝血连接布层3、吸收布层4,吸收布层的径向宽度小于凝血连接布层的径向宽度,吸收布层4通过凝血连接布层3与手术孔洞2洞壁连接,且基布、凝血连接布层、吸收布层通过热粘合方法连接。其中吸收层4为丙纶材料制成,凝血连接布层3由以下重量份的组分制成:

1.一种手术洞巾,包括基布,以及在基布中开出的手术孔洞,其特征在于:手术孔洞中从外向内依次连接有凝血连接布层、吸收布层,吸收布层通过凝血连接布层与手术孔洞洞壁连接,其中吸收层为丙纶制成,凝血连接布层由以下重量份的组分制成:
