Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布及其制备方法,属于无纺布制造领域。该用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布由三层结构组成,从上到下依次为聚丙烯和聚乙烯的混合无纺布层,以芦荟汁为囊心物的微胶囊层,以及竹纤维层,层与层之间通过热熔胶粘合,其中所述芦荟汁为直接从鲜叶中榨取的原汁。本发明的制备方法不同于传统的浸泡法和喷涂法,制得的无纺布具有持续有效的抗菌作用,同时又不影响其强韧度及透气性,还能起到保持皮肤干爽、滋润护肤的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于无纺布制造领域,具体涉及一种用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
纸尿裤是一次性使用后即可抛弃的产品,相对于传统的尿布更方便卫生,越来越受到年轻父母的喜爱。纸尿裤一般以无纺布、卫生纸、绒毛浆、高分子吸水树脂、PE膜、橡皮筋等材料制成,其中表面材料为无纺布。这就要求用于纸尿裤的无纺布要有抗菌作用,因为宝宝尿液在温湿环境中,很容易与空气中的氧气结合而滋生细菌,细菌则会有侵害宝宝的可能,特别是女宝宝,因为女宝宝的阴道最敏感。
制备具有抗菌功能的无纺布,现有技术一般采用将无纺布浸泡在抗菌液中以获得效果,或是如申请号为201510684799.5,名称“一种抗菌无纺布的制法、抗菌纸尿裤及用法”中提及的将抗菌液喷涂在无纺布上并烘干制得。这两种方法都存在一定缺陷:浸泡法制得的无纺布抗菌效果有限,且会降低无纺布的强韧度,影响后序可能进行的压花等操作;喷涂法会使无纺布的孔隙变小,从而影响其透气性。
故本发明旨在研究一种不同的方法来制备用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布,该方法制得的无纺布具有持续有效的抗菌作用,同时又不影响其强韧度及透气性,还能起到滋润护肤的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布及其制备方法,该方法制得的无纺布具有持续有效的抗菌作用,同时又不影响其强韧度及透气性,还能起到滋润护肤的作用。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布,由三层结构组成,从上到下依次为聚丙烯和聚乙烯的混合无纺布层,以芦荟汁为囊心物的微胶囊层,以及竹纤维层,层与层之间通过热熔胶粘合,其中所述芦荟汁为直接从鲜叶中榨取的原汁。
进一步地,所述微胶囊层的胶囊直径小于20μm。
进一步地,所述芦荟为库拉索芦荟。
所述的用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚丙烯原料切片烘干后送入螺杆挤出机,经熔融挤压、过滤后再经模头均匀分配从喷丝孔喷出形成初生纤维,初生纤维经气流冷却牵伸后,通过扩散风道均匀铺放在成网机网帘上,形成长丝纤网,经热压粘结得到聚丙烯无纺布层,再将聚乙烯熔融,喷涂到其上,得到聚丙烯和聚乙烯的混合无纺布层;
2)从芦荟鲜叶中榨取芦荟汁,以芦荟汁为囊心物制备微胶囊;
3)将竹纤维铺成网,热压粘结得竹纤维层,其上均匀分散步骤2)制得的微胶囊,再覆盖上步骤1)制得的聚丙烯和聚乙烯的混合无纺布层,通过热熔胶粘合,压实即得所述用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布。
进一步地,步骤2)中以明胶、阿拉伯胶为囊材,采用复凝聚法制得微胶囊。
进一步地,步骤3)中所述竹纤维是经双氧水漂白、自然晒干所得,长度为10~25mm,等效直径0.1~1mm,含水量小于5%。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
本发明制得的无纺布具有持续有效的抗菌作用,因为芦荟有抗菌、消炎的作用,以其为囊心物,通过复凝聚法制得缓释型微胶囊,利用其缓释作用和保护作用,从而使无纺布具有持续有效的抗菌作用,同时竹纤维也具有天然抗菌、抑菌的功能,更加强了无纺布的抗菌功能;
因芦荟含丰富的胶质,能形成一层柔软保护层,不仅触感光滑、柔软舒适、滋润护肤,还能有效隔离吸收过的尿液避免刺激宝宝的皮肤;
本发明的制备方法不同于传统的浸润法和喷涂法,则不会降低无纺布的强韧度及透气性,反而由于竹纤维层的设计而提高,因竹纤维具有良好的透气性和耐磨性;
另外,本发明的无纺布上层聚丙烯和聚乙烯的混合无纺布层的吸收速度小于1/2下层竹纤维层的吸收速度,中间微胶囊层又形成了很多孔隙,这样正适合尿液往下吸收,不停留在表面与皮肤长时间接触,不反渗,保持皮肤干爽卫生。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
一种用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布,由三层结构组成,从上到下依次为聚丙烯和聚乙烯的混合无纺布层,以芦荟汁为囊心物的微胶囊层,以及竹纤维层,层与层之间通过热熔胶粘合,其中所述芦荟为库拉索芦荟,芦荟汁为直接从鲜叶中榨取的原汁。所述微胶囊层的胶囊直径小于20μm。
所述的用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

实施例2
一种用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布,由三层结构组成,从上到下依次为聚丙烯和聚乙烯的混合无纺布层,以芦荟汁为囊心物的微胶囊层,以及竹纤维层,层与层之间通过热熔胶粘合,其中所述芦荟为中国芦荟,芦荟汁为直接从鲜叶中榨取的原汁。所述微胶囊层的胶囊直径小于20μm。

实施例3
一种用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布,由三层结构组成,从上到下依次为聚丙烯无纺布层,以芦荟汁为囊心物的微胶囊层,以及竹纤维层,层与层之间通过热熔胶粘合,其中所述芦荟为库拉索芦荟,芦荟汁为直接从鲜叶中榨取的原汁。所述微胶囊层的胶囊直径小于20μm。

市售表层无纺布未采用微胶囊技术的纸尿裤。
将本发明实施例1-3制得的抗菌无纺布用于纸尿裤,对其及对照例1-2的纸尿裤进行性能测试,使用6h后测试结果如下表1所示:

其中拉伸强度按照GB/T 1040-1992测定,拉伸速度为50mm/min,测试结果取5次平均值;水蒸气透过率根据GB/T 1037测试;由表中可知,本发明得到的无纺布具有持续有效的抗菌作用,透气性好,与其接触的皮肤能长时间保持干爽。

1.用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚丙烯原料切片烘干后送入螺杆挤出机,经熔融挤压、过滤后再经模头均匀分配从喷丝孔喷出形成初生纤维,初生纤维经气流冷却牵伸后,通过扩散风道均匀铺放在成网机网帘上,形成长丝纤网,经热压粘结得到聚丙烯无纺布层,再将聚乙烯熔融,喷涂到其上,得到聚丙烯和聚乙烯的混合无纺布层;
2)从芦荟鲜叶中榨取芦荟汁,以芦荟汁为囊心物制备微胶囊;
3)将竹纤维铺成网,热压粘结得竹纤维层,其上均匀分散步骤2)制得的微胶囊,再覆盖上步骤1)制得的聚丙烯和聚乙烯的混合无纺布层,通过热熔胶粘合,压实即得所述用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布;

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述芦荟为库拉索芦荟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中以明胶、阿拉伯胶为囊材,采用复凝聚法制得微胶囊。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于纸尿裤的抗菌无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述竹纤维是经双氧水漂白、自然晒干所得,长度为10~25mm,等效直径0.1~1mm,含水量小于5%。
