The train is an important guarantee of the transport capacity of people in China, the train runs at a high speed under full load every day, thousands of screws are arranged in a train, once a certain screw is loosened, serious accidents can be caused, inconvenience is brought to the life and production of people, and great social influence and economic loss are caused when the safety of the life and property of people is seriously threatened. At present, the screw detection content of a carriage mainly comprises two conditions of loosening and falling, due to the limitation of equipment conditions, the manual visual inspection and manual recording modes are mainly adopted, the number of screws is large, the position distribution is wide, and the detection workload is very large. Therefore, the existing detection mode has the defects of multiple human factors, high management cost, low inspection data informatization degree and the like.
UHF RFID equipment is adopted for inspection and serves as a new equipment management mode, the fault position can be found in time, and the accident is eliminated in the bud state. Because RFID has higher detection efficiency, networking operation and remote monitoring can be implemented, the workload of detection personnel is greatly reduced, and the starting success rate and the availability rate of the unit are improved. Therefore, RFID is of great significance in railway car screw detection applications.

The invention utilizes the RFID wireless radio frequency mode to carry out non-contact bidirectional data transmission between the reader-writer and the radio frequency label so as to achieve the purposes of target identification and data exchange. Since the screw to be detected is mounted on a metal material, the RFID tag requires a metal-resistant design. According to the conventional method, if the RFID tag is mounted on the screw, it is possible to detect whether the screw is detached, but it is impossible to detect whether the screw is loosened. According to the application scene of the screw, the structural design of the tag is carried out, and the state of the screw, namely whether the screw is in a normal state or in a loosening and dropping state can be detected by utilizing the characteristic that the reading value of a certain storage position is different in the connection and disconnection states of the loosening detection lead.
According to the preferable scheme of the UHF RFID tag capable of detecting the loosening of the screw, the tag body is fixed on the tag frame, and the tag frame is fixed on the mounting surface of the screw to be detected.
The UHF RFID tag capable of detecting the screw looseness has the advantages that: the invention utilizes the RFID wireless radio frequency mode to carry out non-contact bidirectional data transmission between the reader-writer and the radio frequency label, and utilizes the characteristic that the anti-loosening detection label has different reading values at a certain storage position in the disconnection and disconnection states, so that the state of the screw can be detected, namely the normal state, the loosening state or the falling state, and the automatic detection of the state of the screw in the carriage can be realized by matching with the reader-writer and management software; the method has the characteristics of low cost, convenient use and accurate detection, and can be widely applied to various vehicles.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a UHF RFID tag capable of detecting screw loosening includes a tag body 1 and a follower body 2; the tag body 1 is provided with an RFID tag antenna 4 and a tag chip 3; the tag chip 3 is connected with the RFID tag antenna 4; a screw mounting hole is formed in the center of the follow-up body 2, and the shape of the screw mounting hole is matched with the head of a screw 5 to be detected; the follow-up body 2 is sleeved on the screw 5 to be detected, the head of the screw 5 to be detected is embedded into the screw mounting hole, and the screw 5 to be detected rotates to drive the follow-up body 2 to rotate correspondingly; the label body 1 is arranged on the outer side of the follow-up body 2; the inner surface of the label body 1 is provided with two conducting strips 9, and the conducting strips 9 are respectively connected with the label chip 3 through the loosening detection lead 6; a conductive spring 8 is embedded in the follower 2, and two ends of the conductive spring 8 extend outwards and are respectively connected with two conductive sheets 9.

When the device is used specifically, the follow-up body 2 and the sticker body 1 can be installed in a certain area on the installation surface of the screw 5 to be detected. After the screw 5 to be detected is firmly installed, the follower 2 is installed firstly, and then the label holder 7 is installed. The label holder can be attached to the mounting surface of the screw to be detected through the adhesive sticker 9. The shape of the screw mounting hole of the follower body 2 is the same as the shape of the nail head of the screw to be detected. Two loosening detection lead wires 6 are arranged on the tag body and connected with the tag chip. A conductive spring is embedded in the follow-up body 2, two ends of the conductive spring extend outwards and are respectively connected with two conductive sheets 9, and the conductive sheets 9 are respectively connected with the tag chip 3 through a looseness detection lead 6; when the screw to be detected is loosened, the follow-up body is driven to rotate, the connection between the conducting strip 9 and the conducting spring 8 is disconnected, and the RFID value read by an external reader-writer is different from the value of the connection state when the screw is not loosened, so that whether the screw is loosened or falls off can be distinguished.
The above implementation results show that: the invention detects whether the screw is loosened or not through the UHF RFID tag and can automatically judge whether the screw is in a normal, loosened or falling state. And meanwhile, the automatic detection of the screw state of the carriage can be realized by matching with a reader-writer and management software.
