本发明涉及一种散热器。一种踢脚线热管散热器,包括安装在墙壁踢脚线位置的背板(2)、挂扣在背板(2)上的散热器主体(1),散热器主体(1)内部有进水管(3)和回水管(4),进水管(3)处于回水管(4)的上方,进水管(3)和回水管(4)的端头管道连接,背板(2)有用于连接墙壁的通孔(8)和下沿带第一锯齿的侧卡(6),散热器主体(1)上有卡槽(5),回水管(4)上有与侧卡(6)的第一锯齿配合的第二锯齿,使用时,背板(2)顶部卡入卡槽(5)中,侧卡(6)通过第一锯齿和第二锯齿的配合卡在回水管(4)上。本发明的有益效果是:与普通散热器相比,节约了宽度;与地板辐射散热相比,节约了高度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热器。
背景技术
目前,室内采暖方式一般为沿墙安装的散热器挂暖或铺设在地板下面的塑料管地暖。传统的散热器一般都挂在墙体上,占用大幅地面空间,影响其他家具的摆设,和其他的装饰相冲突;塑料管地暖管道破损老化后不易维护和更换,且在高度方向上占据较大空间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何提供一种适合室内使用的不另外占用空间,散热性能好,散热能力强不能满足采暖要求的散热器。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种踢脚线热管散热器,包括安装在墙壁踢脚线位置的背板(2)、挂扣在背板(2)上的散热器主体(1),散热器主体(1)内部有进水管(3)和回水管(4),进水管(3)处于回水管(4)的上方,进水管(3)和回水管(4)的端头管道连接,背板(2)有用于连接墙壁的通孔(8)和下沿带第一锯齿的侧卡(6),散热器主体(1)上有卡槽(5),回水管(4)上有与侧卡(6)的第一锯齿配合的第二锯齿,使用时,背板(2)顶部卡入卡槽(5)中,侧卡(6)通过第一锯齿和第二锯齿的配合卡在回水管(4)上。
作为一种优选方式:进水管(3)和回水管(4)外壁上有翅片(7)。
作为一种优选方式:散热器主体(1)的尾部连接盘管散热器,进水管(3)和回水管(4)的端头都安装堵头(9),进水管(3)连接盘管散热器的进水口,回水管(4)连接盘管散热器的出水口。
作为一种优选方式:散热器主体(1)上部间隔有带内螺纹顶孔(11)。
作为一种优选方式:顶孔(11)中插有带外螺纹的热管(10)。
本发明的有益效果是:与普通散热器相比,节约了宽度;与地板辐射散热相比,节约了高度。即可以作为踢脚线及室内装饰又可以作为散热器,门框或装饰板处采用热管散热器与踢脚线散热器结合,构成了踢脚线-热管散热器,性价比高,节省装修费用。所开发的踢脚线-热管散热器结构简单,安装方便,便于施工和维修。踢脚线对流孔增加了对流散热量,使外墙壁面空气温度升高,改善了踢脚线热性能;热管的优异导热性能使散热器表面温度场分布更均匀,提高了散热性能及热舒适性。

具体实施方式
如图1-图5所示,一种踢脚线热管散热器,包括散热器主体1、与散热器主体一体的进水管3和出水管4、固定在墙面或者门背部的背板2。散热器主体1通过顶端卡槽5挂扣在背板2的顶部,背板2的顶部为弹性材料制作的卡头,背板2有用于连接墙壁的通孔8和下沿带第一锯齿的侧卡6,背板2通过螺栓或者螺丝固定在墙壁或者门背面,散热器主体1上有卡槽5,回水管4上有与侧卡6的第一锯齿配合的第二锯齿,使用时,背板2顶部卡入卡槽5中,侧卡6通过第一锯齿和第二锯齿的配合卡在回水管4上,进水管3和回水管4外壁上有翅片7,用于增大换热面积,散热器主体1上部间隔有带内螺纹顶孔11,可以增加空气扰动与对流,增加了踢脚线散热器的热性能,并且在热量不够时通过螺纹连接插入带外螺纹的热管10,可以有效增加散热,本发明作为散热器的同时作为室内装饰,与室内装修风格一致,进水管3连接外界的供暖管道进水管,回水管4连接外界的供暖管道回水管。热管10为导热良好的钢管或者其它管。散热器主体1的尾部连接盘管散热器,进水管3和回水管4的端头都安装堵头9,进水管3连接盘管散热器的进水口,回水管4连接盘管散热器的出水口。本发明装置的长度可以根据室内的采暖需要定做。为了安装和制作方便,散热器主体1和背板可以制作成0.5-1米长的块,块和块之间通过连接口来连接进水管3和回水管4,安装时可以根据需要选择安装。

1.一种踢脚线热管散热器,其特征在于:包括安装在墙壁踢脚线位置的背板(2)、挂扣在背板(2)上的散热器主体(1),散热器主体(1)内部有进水管(3)和回水管(4),进水管(3)处于回水管(4)的上方,进水管(3)和回水管(4)的端头管道连接,背板(2)有用于连接墙壁的通孔(8)和下沿带第一锯齿的侧卡(6),散热器主体(1)上有卡槽(5),回水管(4)上有与侧卡(6)的第一锯齿配合的第二锯齿,使用时,背板(2)顶部卡入卡槽(5)中,侧卡(6)通过第一锯齿和第二锯齿的配合卡在回水管(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种踢脚线热管散热器,其特征在于:进水管(3)和回水管(4)外壁上有翅片(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种踢脚线热管散热器,其特征在于:散热器主体(1)的尾部连接盘管散热器,进水管(3)和回水管(4)的端头都安装堵头(9),进水管(3)连接盘管散热器的进水口,回水管(4)连接盘管散热器的出水口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种踢脚线热管散热器,其特征在于:散热器主体(1)上部间隔有带内螺纹顶孔(11)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种踢脚线热管散热器,其特征在于:顶孔(11)中插有带外螺纹的热管(10)。
