Abstract
本发明公开了一种景观预制构件,包括底板、预制构件主体、预埋灯头盒和太阳能电池板,所述底板的顶端固定有预制构件主体,且预制构件主体一侧的顶端设置有预留槽,所述预留槽上方的预制构件主体的内部设置有预埋灯头盒,且预埋灯头盒的底端安装有照明灯主体,所述预制构件主体一侧的顶端设置有控制面板,且控制面板内部的一端固定有蓄电池,所述控制面板内部的另一端固定有单片机,所述预制构件主体内部的底端设置有预留接线孔,且预留接线孔与预埋灯头盒之间设置有预埋线管。本发明通过安装有太阳能电池板以及蓄电池,使得便于通过光伏控制器将光能转变成电能存储在蓄电池中为装置供电,有助于节能减排保护环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及景观设施技术领域,具体为一种景观预制构件。
背景技术
景观路灯是现代景观中不可缺少的部分,它不仅自身具有较高的观赏性,还强调艺术灯的景观与景区历史文化、周围环境的协调统一,景观灯利用不同的造型、相异的光色与亮度来造景。
现有的景观路灯造价成本高,且使用寿命不长,现有最常见的材质有钢制、不锈钢以及铝制,容易变形,使用价值低还容易损坏,为了提高利用率和使用价值,出现了景观预制构件,即使用混凝土按照要求作出不同样式的路灯,但是此类装置自身的固定安装不够稳定,容易倒塌,照明灯也不便于与灯头盒的固定安装与拆卸,使用不便,同时长时间使用耗费电力资源也较多,不利于节能减排保护环境,此外,此类装置无法根据周围光线明暗程度自动开启照明灯,不够智能化,因此急需一种景观预制构件来满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种景观预制构件,以解决上述背景技术中提出的传统的景观路灯造价成本高,使用价值低且易损坏,现有的景观预制构件稳定性不高,照明灯的安装与拆卸不不便捷,不节能环保以及无法自动开关的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种景观预制构件,包括底板、预制构件主体、预埋灯头盒和太阳能电池板,所述底板的顶端固定有预制构件主体,且预制构件主体一侧的顶端设置有预留槽,所述预留槽上方的预制构件主体的内部设置有预埋灯头盒,且预埋灯头盒的底端安装有照明灯主体,所述预制构件主体一侧的顶端设置有控制面板,且控制面板内部的一端固定有蓄电池,所述控制面板内部的另一端固定有单片机,所述预制构件主体的顶端设置有太阳能电池板,且太阳能电池板的输出端通过光伏控制器与蓄电池的输入端电性连接,所述控制面板一侧的预制构件主体上固定有光感传感器,且光感传感器的输出端通过导线与单片机的输入端电性连接,所述单片机的输出端通过导线与照明灯主体的输入端电性连接,所述预制构件主体内部的底端设置有预留接线孔,且预留接线孔与预埋灯头盒之间设置有预埋线管。
优选的,所述底板的四个拐角处均固定有地桩,且地桩上均匀设置有倒刺。
优选的,所述预制构件主体的材质为混凝土,且预制构件主体与底板之间均匀通过固定螺栓连接固定。
优选的,所述预制构件主体内部的两端均设置有散热风扇,且散热风扇关于预埋线管左右对称分布。
优选的,所述控制面板的内壁设置有金属网层,且控制面板的外侧涂覆有聚氨酯防水层。
优选的,所述照明灯主体的顶端设置有卡块,所述预埋灯头盒的内部设置有卡槽,且卡槽的内侧壁设置有内螺纹,卡块的外侧壁设置有与内螺纹相互配合的外螺纹,所述照明灯主体与预埋灯头盒构成安装拆卸结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该景观预制构件通过安装有太阳能电池板以及蓄电池,使得便于通过光伏控制器将光能转变成电能存储在蓄电池中为装置供电,有助于节能减排保护环境,同时装置通过安装有底板、地桩以及在地桩上均匀设置有倒刺,使得便于装置与地面的固定连接,倒刺使得地桩插入更加深入,结构稳定性更高,不容易倒塌,安全性更高,同时装置通过安装有照明灯、预埋灯头盒、卡槽以及卡块,使得便于通过卡槽与卡块之间的螺纹连接方式,便捷地拆卸更换照明灯,便于根据实际需求更换各种种类的照明灯,也便于在出现故障时进行检修与维护,同时装置通过安装有散热风扇,使得便于保证预制构件主体内部的通风和散热,延长装置的使用寿命,同时装置通过安装有光感传感器以及单片机,使得便于自动感测周围光线亮度,在亮度不足时控制照明灯开启,利于装置的使用,也便于节省电力资源。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种景观预制构件,包括底板2、预制构件主体3、预埋灯头盒10和太阳能电池板11,底板2的顶端固定有预制构件主体3,底板2的四个拐角处均固定有地桩1,且地桩1上均匀设置有倒刺,地桩1上均匀设置的倒刺使得插入更加深入,结构稳定性更高,不容易倒塌,预制构件主体3的材质为混凝土,且预制构件主体3与底板2之间均匀通过固定螺栓连接固定,混凝土的可塑性好,利用率更高,且预制构件主体3一侧的顶端设置有预留槽9,预留槽9上方的预制构件主体3的内部设置有预埋灯头盒10,且预埋灯头盒10的底端安装有照明灯主体17,照明灯主体17的顶端设置有卡块16,预埋灯头盒10的内部设置有卡槽15,且卡槽15的内侧壁设置有内螺纹,卡块16的外侧壁设置有与内螺纹相互配合的外螺纹,照明灯主体17与预埋灯头盒10构成安装拆卸结构,便于拆卸更换照明灯主体17,满足不同的使用需求,预制构件主体3一侧的顶端设置有控制面板5,控制面板5的内壁设置有金属网层14,且控制面板5的外侧涂覆有聚氨酯防水层,避免水体渗入内部的同时防止外界电磁干扰,且控制面板5内部的一端固定有蓄电池12,控制面板5内部的另一端固定有单片机13,单片机13的型号可为ZYWYKJ,预制构件主体3的顶端设置有太阳能电池板11,且太阳能电池板11的输出端通过光伏控制器与蓄电池12的输入端电性连接,控制面板5一侧的预制构件主体3上固定有光感传感器4,光感传感器4的型号可为430-610NM,且光感传感器4的输出端通过导线与单片机13的输入端电性连接,单片机13的输出端通过导线与照明灯主体17的输入端电性连接,预制构件主体3内部的底端设置有预留接线孔8,且预留接线孔8与预埋灯头盒10之间设置有预埋线管6,预制构件主体3内部的两端均设置有散热风扇7,且散热风扇7关于预埋线管6左右对称分布,便于通风散热,延长装置使用寿命。
工作原理:使用时,首先通过底板2上的地桩1将装置固定在地面,地桩1插入地中,地桩1上均匀设置的倒刺使得插入更加深入,结构稳定性更高,不容易倒塌,选择合适的照明灯主体17,将卡块16对准预埋灯头盒10内的卡槽15,通过卡块16与卡槽15的相互关系将照明灯主体17螺入预埋灯头盒10内,预埋线管6与照明灯主体17连接,太阳能电池板11通过光伏控制器将光能转变成电能存储在蓄电池12中,为装置供电,便于节能减排保护环境,光感传感器4感测周围光线亮度,在亮度不足时将信号传递到单片机13,控制照明灯主体17开启,开始照明,散热风扇7使得便于保证预制构件主体3内部的通风和散热,延长装置的使用寿命。

1.一种景观预制构件,包括底板(2)、预制构件主体(3)、预埋灯头盒(10)和太阳能电池板(11),其特征在于:所述底板(2)的顶端固定有预制构件主体(3),且预制构件主体(3)一侧的顶端设置有预留槽(9),所述预留槽(9)上方的预制构件主体(3)的内部设置有预埋灯头盒(10),且预埋灯头盒(10)的底端安装有照明灯主体(17),所述预制构件主体(3)一侧的顶端设置有控制面板(5),且控制面板(5)内部的一端固定有蓄电池(12),所述控制面板(5)内部的另一端固定有单片机(13),所述预制构件主体(3)的顶端设置有太阳能电池板(11),且太阳能电池板(11)的输出端通过光伏控制器与蓄电池(12)的输入端电性连接,所述控制面板(5)一侧的预制构件主体(3)上固定有光感传感器(4),且光感传感器(4)的输出端通过导线与单片机(13)的输入端电性连接,所述单片机(13)的输出端通过导线与照明灯主体(17)的输入端电性连接,所述预制构件主体(3)内部的底端设置有预留接线孔(8),且预留接线孔(8)与预埋灯头盒(10)之间设置有预埋线管(6)。
