Abstract
本发明涉及潜水泵领域,尤其涉及一种液压驱动的潜水泵,其包括泵壳及水泵端盖,泵壳顶端设有排水口,水泵端盖底端设有进水口,水泵端盖底端套装有进水挡圈,进水挡圈上固定安装有进水滤网,排水口及进水口处均套装有蝴蝶卡箍,泵壳内设有液压马达,液压马达设有液压源相连通的进油管,出油管及卸油接口管,液压马达的输出端与泵轴通过联轴器连接,水泵端盖内泵轴的下端部设有开式叶轮,开式叶轮通过叶轮锁紧螺母与泵轴固定锁紧,开式叶轮的上方设有与水泵端盖固定的油室,油室下端设有油室端盖,泵轴在油室端盖及与水泵端盖靠近叶轮的配合处分别设有机械密封。本发明提供的装置运行安全稳定,可以干运行,并且叶轮不容易卡死。

技术领域
本发明涉及潜水泵领域,尤其涉及一种液压驱动的潜水泵。
背景技术
农业灌溉或者是抽除道路积水时都要用到潜水泵,目前的潜水泵一般都采用电机为动力源驱动,对于农业灌溉及道路抢险抽除积水来说作业环境比较恶劣,采用电机驱动容易造成工况不稳定,不安全,而且不允许潜水泵干运行,并且在抽除道路积水时,由于固体颗粒物杂质比较多,容易发生叶轮卡死或堵塞泵体的现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供运行安全稳定,可以干运行,并且叶轮不容易卡死的一种液压驱动的潜水泵。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种液压驱动的潜水泵,其包括泵壳及设于泵壳下端部并通过螺栓与泵壳固定连接的水泵端盖,所述泵壳顶端设有排水口,水泵端盖底端设有与泵壳内腔相通的进水口,所述水泵端盖底端套装有进水挡圈,所述进水挡圈上通过螺栓固定安装有进水滤网,所述排水口及进水口处均套装有蝴蝶卡箍,所述泵壳内设有动力源,所述动力源为液压马达,所述液压马达设有穿过泵壳侧壁并分别与液压源相连通的进油管,出油管及卸油接口管,所述液压马达的输出端与泵轴通过联轴器连接,所述水泵端盖内泵轴的下端部设有开式叶轮,所述开式叶轮通过叶轮锁紧螺母与泵轴固定锁紧,所述开式叶轮的上方设有与水泵端盖固定的油室,所述油室下端设有油室端盖,所述泵轴在油室端盖及与水泵端盖靠近叶轮的配合处分别设有机械密封。
所述泵壳及水泵端盖为不锈钢或轻质合金材料制成。
所述开式叶轮为不锈钢材料制成。
所述联轴器配合处设有卡槽,所述卡槽处卡设有密封圈。
本发明的有益效果是:
一种液压驱动的潜水泵,其包括泵壳及设于泵壳下端部并通过螺栓与泵壳固定连接的水泵端盖,所述泵壳顶端设有排水口,水泵端盖底端设有与泵壳内腔相通的进水口,所述水泵端盖底端套装有进水挡圈,所述进水挡圈上通过螺栓固定安装有进水滤网,所述排水口及进水口处均套装有蝴蝶卡箍,这样设置,能够有效过滤污水中含有的较大固体颗粒,防止叶轮或泵体卡死;
所述泵壳内设有动力源,所述动力源为液压马达,所述液压马达设有穿过泵壳侧壁并分别与液压源相连通的进油管,出油管及卸油接口管,所述液压马达的输出端与泵轴通过联轴器连接,动力源采用液压马达,运行工况更加安全平稳可靠,并且在排水口及进水口处均套装有蝴蝶卡箍,液压马达配置液压站使用,可以快速形成多台潜水泵串接,流量不变,扬程加倍,进一步提高其应用速度及使用范围。
所述水泵端盖内泵轴的下端部设有开式叶轮,所述开式叶轮通过叶轮锁紧螺母与泵轴固定锁紧,所述开式叶轮为不锈钢材料制成,采用不锈钢开式叶轮,不仅能够提高叶轮的使用寿命,而且能够通过一般的固体颗粒,防止堵塞泵体,通过叶轮锁紧螺母将叶轮与泵轴固定锁紧,可以防止叶轮在工作过程中发生蹿动;
所述开式叶轮的上方设有与水泵端盖固定的油室,这样在油室内填充硅油,能够为机械密封润滑冷却,防止水泵干磨现象的发生,水泵能够实现干运行的功能,大大提高了密封的使用寿命;
所述泵轴在油室端盖及与水泵端盖靠近叶轮的配合处分别设有机械密封,这样采用双端面机械密封,与传统的单机械密封相比,进行了双重防护,,密封性能更加的可靠;
所述联轴器配合处设有卡槽,所述卡槽处卡设有密封圈,这样可以防止杂物进入联轴器,造成卡死现象。

如图所示,一种液压驱动的潜水泵,其包括泵壳4及设于泵壳下端部并通过螺栓与泵壳固定连接的水泵端盖16,所述泵壳顶端设有排水口7,水泵端盖底端设有与泵壳内腔相通的进水口17,所述水泵端盖底端套装有进水挡圈1,所述进水挡圈上通过螺栓固定安装有进水滤网14,所述排水口及进水口处均套装有蝴蝶卡箍8,所述泵壳内设有动力源,所述动力源为液压马达10,所述液压马达设有穿过泵壳侧壁并分别与液压源相连通的进油管5,出油管9及卸油接口管6,所述液压马达的输出端与泵轴18通过联轴器15连接,所述水泵端盖内泵轴的下端部设有开式叶轮13,所述开式叶轮通过叶轮锁紧螺母2与泵轴固定锁紧,所述开式叶轮的上方设有与水泵端盖固定的油室12,所述油室下端设有油室端盖19,所述泵轴在油室端盖及与水泵端盖靠近叶轮的配合处分别设有机械密封3。
优化的,所述泵壳及水泵端盖为不锈钢或轻质合金材料制成。
进一步,所述开式叶轮为不锈钢材料制成。
进一步,所述联轴器配合处设有卡槽,所述卡槽处卡设有密封圈11。
当潜水泵工作时,泵轴旋转,带动开式叶轮旋转,将水体从水泵端盖的进水口处吸入到泵壳端盖内,通过叶轮的旋转,带动水体向上运动至的泵壳顶端的排水口处排出。

1.一种液压驱动的潜水泵,其特征是:包括泵壳及设于泵壳下端部并通过螺栓与泵壳固定连接的水泵端盖,所述泵壳顶端设有排水口,水泵端盖底端设有与泵壳内腔相通的进水口,所述水泵端盖底端套装有进水挡圈,所述进水挡圈上通过螺栓固定安装有进水滤网,所述排水口及进水口处均套装有蝴蝶卡箍,所述泵壳内设有动力源,所述动力源为液压马达,所述液压马达设有穿过泵壳侧壁并分别与液压源相连通的进油管,出油管及卸油接口管,所述液压马达的输出端与泵轴通过联轴器连接,所述水泵端盖内泵轴的下端部设有开式叶轮,所述开式叶轮通过叶轮锁紧螺母与泵轴固定锁紧,所述开式叶轮的上方设有与水泵端盖固定的油室,所述油室下端设有油室端盖,所述泵轴在油室端盖及与水泵端盖靠近叶轮的配合处分别设有机械密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压驱动的潜水泵,其特征是:所述泵壳及水泵端盖为不锈钢或轻质合金材料制成。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种液压驱动的潜水泵,其特征是:所述联轴器配合处设有卡槽,所述卡槽处卡设有密封圈。
