Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗静电整理剂,按重量份包括二甲基亚双羟乙基脲40‑45份、阳离子聚氨酯水乳液10‑15份、聚氧乙烯醚10‑15份、异氰酸酯2‑5份、壳聚糖20‑30份、催化剂2‑5份、抗静电剂5‑10份、水70‑80份,所述催化剂为Ti3Al1+xC2,其中x为0.1、0.15或0.2,所述抗静电剂按重量份包括二氧化硅40‑50份、氧化钼5‑10份、水杨酸甲酯5‑10份、甲基纤维素2‑5份、硝酸镱1‑2份、甘油50‑60份。本发明得到的一种抗静电整理剂,原料绿色无污染。采用本发明所述的织物抗静电整理剂整理织物,整理后的织物表面体积比电阻下降103‑104Ω·cm,且整理后面料的强力和延伸性无明显变化,基本保持了原有织物的风格和性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织助剂,特别是一种抗静电整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视生活的质量,希望能获得有舒适感的衣着以及卫生健康的居住环境,所以人们对于各种各样的纺织品要求越来越高,特别是安全、安心、舒适、健康、卫生、清洁等绿色观念的形成,使纺织品的抗静电、防臭后整理加工更加受到人们的重视。因此有必要研究一种更加有效的抗静电整理剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种高效安全的抗静电整理剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种抗静电整理剂,按重量份包括二甲基亚双羟乙基脲40-45份、阳离子聚氨酯水乳液10-15份、聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、异氰酸酯2-5份、壳聚糖20-30份、催化剂2-5份、抗静电剂5-10份、水70-80份,所述催化剂为Ti3Al1+xC2,其中x为0.1、0.15或 0.2,所述抗静电剂按重量份包括二氧化硅40-50份、氧化钼5-10份、水杨酸甲酯5-10份、甲基纤维素2-5份、硝酸镱1-2份、甘油50-60份。
一种抗静电整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、制备催化剂,取粉末TiO2与活性炭粉末混合均匀后,置于微波炉中,加热至1500℃,保持3~8 min,待冷却后稍加研磨得到TiC,然后按照Ti:Al:TiC=1:(1+x):2的比例将Ti、Al和TiC研磨混合后转移到不锈钢球磨罐中,罐中注入约2/3的聚乙二醇,球磨一段时间后,烘干后即得到催化剂;
B、制备抗静电剂,将二氧化硅40-50份、氧化钼5-10份、水杨酸甲酯5-10份、甲基纤维素2-5份、硝酸镱1-2份溶于甘油50-60份中,经搅拌均匀即得抗静电剂;
C、制备抗静电整理剂,将二甲基亚双羟乙基脲40-45份、阳离子聚氨酯水乳液10-15份、聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、异氰酸酯2-5份、壳聚糖20-30份、催化剂2-5份、抗静电剂5-10份、水70-80份加入到反应器中,用搅拌机低速搅拌4-6分钟,转速为100-150转/分钟,然后改为高速搅拌23-26分钟,转速为1500-2000转/分钟,搅拌分散均匀后即得抗静电整理剂。
所述催化剂为Ti3Al1+xC2,其中x为0.1、0.15或 0.2,这种复合结构具有优良的电子转移能力,可以有效地吸附和活化反应物,从而实现催化过程。
所述抗静电剂中的二氧化硅和氧化钼融合到甘油中可以起到抗静电的作用,而水杨酸甲酯和甲基纤维素起到润滑消泡的作用,硝酸镱则对纺织面料进行除臭的作用。
本发明得到的一种抗静电整理剂,原料绿色无污染。采用本发明所述的织物抗静电整理剂整理织物,整理后的织物表面体积比电阻下降103-104Ω·cm,且整理后面料的强力和延伸性无明显变化,基本保持了原有织物的风格和性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1:
本实施例提供的一种抗静电整理剂,按重量份包括二甲基亚双羟乙基脲40份、阳离子聚氨酯水乳液10份、聚氧乙烯醚10份、异氰酸酯2份、壳聚糖20份、催化剂2份、抗静电剂5份、水70份,所述催化剂为Ti3Al1.2C2,所述抗静电剂按重量份包括二氧化硅40份、氧化钼5份、水杨酸甲酯5份、甲基纤维素2份、硝酸镱1份、甘油50份。
一种抗静电整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、制备催化剂,取粉末TiO2与活性炭粉末混合均匀后,置于微波炉中,加热至1500℃,保持3~8 min,待冷却后稍加研磨得到TiC,然后按照Ti:Al:TiC=1:1.2:2的比例将Ti、Al和TiC研磨混合后转移到不锈钢球磨罐中,罐中注入约2/3的聚乙二醇,球磨一段时间后,烘干后即得到催化剂;
B、制备抗静电剂,将二氧化硅40份、氧化钼5份、水杨酸甲酯5份、甲基纤维素2份、硝酸镱1份溶于甘油50份中,经搅拌均匀即得抗静电剂;
C、制备抗静电整理剂,将二甲基亚双羟乙基脲40份、阳离子聚氨酯水乳液10份、聚氧乙烯醚10份、异氰酸酯2份、壳聚糖20份、催化剂2份、抗静电剂5份、水70份加入到反应器中,用搅拌机低速搅拌4-6分钟,转速为100-150转/分钟,然后改为高速搅拌23-26分钟,转速为1500-2000转/分钟,搅拌分散均匀后即得抗静电整理剂。
经实验,采用本实施例制得的抗静电整理剂来整理织物,整理后的织物表面体积比电阻下降103-104Ω·cm。
实施例2:
本实施例提供的一种抗静电整理剂,其大体配比和实施例1相同,其主要区别在于所述抗静电整理剂按重量份包括二甲基亚双羟乙基脲45份、阳离子聚氨酯水乳液15份、聚氧乙烯醚15份、异氰酸酯5份、壳聚糖30份、催化剂5份、抗静电剂10份、水80份。
经实验,采用本实施例制得的抗静电整理剂来整理织物,整理后的织物表面体积比电阻下降103-104Ω·cm。
实施例3:
本实施例提供的一种抗静电整理剂,其大体配比和实施例1相同,其主要区别在于所述抗静电剂按重量份包括二氧化硅50份、氧化钼10份、水杨酸甲酯10份、甲基纤维素5份、硝酸镱2份、甘油60份。
经实验,采用本实施例制得的抗静电整理剂来整理织物,整理后的织物表面体积比电阻下降103-104Ω·cm。

1.一种抗静电整理剂,其特征在于,按重量份包括二甲基亚双羟乙基脲40-45份、阳离子聚氨酯水乳液10-15份、聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、异氰酸酯2-5份、壳聚糖20-30份、催化剂2-5份、抗静电剂5-10份、水70-80份,所述催化剂为Ti3Al1+xC2,其中x为0.1、0.15或 0.2,所述抗静电剂按重量份包括二氧化硅40-50份、氧化钼5-10份、水杨酸甲酯5-10份、甲基纤维素2-5份、硝酸镱1-2份、甘油50-60份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的抗静电整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、制备催化剂,取粉末TiO2与活性炭粉末混合均匀后,置于微波炉中,加热至1500℃,保持3~8 min,待冷却后稍加研磨得到TiC,然后按照Ti:Al:TiC=1:(1+x):2的比例将Ti、Al和TiC研磨混合后转移到不锈钢球磨罐中,罐中注入约2/3的聚乙二醇,球磨一段时间后,烘干后即得到催化剂;
B、制备抗静电剂,将二氧化硅40-50份、氧化钼5-10份、水杨酸甲酯5-10份、甲基纤维素2-5份、硝酸镱1-2份溶于甘油50-60份中,经搅拌均匀即得抗静电剂;
C、制备抗静电整理剂,将二甲基亚双羟乙基脲40-45份、阳离子聚氨酯水乳液10-15份、聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、异氰酸酯2-5份、壳聚糖20-30份、催化剂2-5份、抗静电剂5-10份、水70-80份加入到反应器中,用搅拌机低速搅拌4-6分钟,转速为100-150转/分钟,然后改为高速搅拌23-26分钟,转速为1500-2000转/分钟,搅拌分散均匀后即得抗静电整理剂。
