Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional dyeing machine which comprises a pay-off rack, a first deconcentrator, a traction mechanism, a plurality of spraying devices, a dust removing device, a drying device and a wire collecting device which are sequentially arranged, wherein each spraying device is provided with an independent dyeing box, a horizontal rotating spray head and a vertical rotating spray head which are respectively used for spraying yarns input into the spraying device in the horizontal direction and spraying yarns input into the spraying device in the vertical direction. The invention has a plurality of spray dyeing units, can be used for realizing space dyeing and spot dyeing processes, integrates dyeing, drying and dedusting functions, saves equipment cost, has little environmental pollution and high economic benefit.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing and dyeing machinery, in particular to a multifunctional dyeing machine integrating functions of spot dyeing, space dyeing and the like.

The dyeing machine is used for dyeing cloth or yarn, and has the advantages of uniform dyeing, controllable quality, high dyeing efficiency and the like. Along with the increasing diversification of the color types of fabrics, the common creel dyeing machine cannot realize the space dyeing and the point dyeing functions of the yarns at the same time, namely, the point dyeing of the yarns or the dyeing of the yarns with preset length is realized, the space dyeing and the point dyeing functions are respectively realized through a plurality of dyeing machines, the use cost of equipment and the occupied space of the equipment are increased, and therefore, the improvement is needed.

Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides a multifunctional dyeing machine which is provided with a plurality of spraying dyeing units, can be used for realizing space dyeing and spot dyeing processes, integrates dyeing, drying and dedusting functions, saves equipment cost, has little environmental pollution and has high economic benefit.

Preferably, each spraying device is provided with a top plate, a side baffle plate positioned below the top plate and a dye collecting tank positioned right below the top plate, the horizontal rotary spray head is arranged on the side baffle plate, the vertical rotary spray head is arranged on the top plate, a plurality of evenly distributed branching holes are formed in the circumference taking the horizontal rotary spray head as the center of a circle on the side baffle plate, each yarn is input into or output from the spraying device through the branching holes, a branching groove penetrating through the side baffle plate is formed in the bottom of the side baffle plate, and the yarn to be dyed is input into or output from the spraying device through the branching groove;
the side baffle is provided with a first barrier strip and a second barrier strip, the first barrier strip is located right above the branching hole, and the second barrier strip is located right below the branching hole and between the branching grooves.
Preferably, the drying device adopts a steam heating pipe horizontally arranged to be in a preset shape, two ends of the steam heating pipe are respectively provided with a second wire divider and a third wire divider, and dyed yarns are conveyed to the wire collecting device from the upper part of the steam heating pipe under the limit of the second wire divider and the third wire divider.
Preferably, the lengths of the horizontal rotary spray head and the vertical rotary spray head are adjustable.
Preferably, the traction mechanism comprises a pair of traction rollers arranged in parallel, a traction roller driving cylinder and a needle comb arranged at the input end and the output end of the traction mechanism.

The multifunctional dyeing machine as shown in fig. 1 to 5 comprises a pay-off rack 1, a first deconcentrator 2, a traction mechanism 3, a plurality of spraying devices 4, a dust removing device 5, a drying device 6 and a wire collecting device which are sequentially arranged, wherein the pay-off rack 1 is used for conveying yarns to be dyed into the spraying devices 4 through the traction mechanism 3 and the first deconcentrator 2, and the traction mechanism 3 comprises a pair of traction rollers 31, a traction roller driving cylinder 32 and a needle comb piece 33 which are arranged at the input end and the output end of a traction direction, so that the yarns are ensured to be uniformly dispersed and conveyed into the spraying devices.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in this embodiment, each spraying device 4 is provided with an individual dye box, a horizontal rotary nozzle 41, a vertical rotary nozzle 42, a top plate 43, a side baffle 44 located under the top plate 43 and a dye collecting tank 45 located under the top plate 43, wherein the horizontal rotary nozzle 41 and the vertical rotary nozzle 42 are connected with the dye box through pipelines, the horizontal rotary nozzle 41 of each spraying device 4 is mounted on the side baffle 44, the vertical rotary nozzle 42 is mounted on the top plate 43, a plurality of evenly distributed wire distributing holes 441 are formed in the circumference of the side baffle 44 around the horizontal rotary nozzle 41, each yarn is input into the spraying device 4 or output from the spraying device 4 through the wire distributing holes 441, a wire distributing groove 442 penetrating through the side baffle 44 is formed in the bottom of the side baffle 44, and the yarn to be dyed is input into the spraying device 4 or output from the spraying device 4 through the wire distributing groove 442, and the horizontal direction spraying and the vertical direction, i.e. spot dyeing and space dyeing, are respectively realized by the horizontal rotary nozzle 41 and the vertical rotary nozzle 42. The spraying device integrates the functions of spot dyeing and space dyeing, has compact structure, can share a dye box, a rotary nozzle driving motor and the like, saves equipment cost, and has good automatic control effect. The side baffle 44 is provided with the first barrier 443 and the second barrier 444, the first barrier 443 is positioned right above the branching hole 441, the second barrier 444 is positioned right below the branching hole 441 and between the branching grooves 442, so that the dye during spraying is concentrated in a limited area, and redundant dye falls into the dye collecting groove 45, thereby being convenient for recycling and avoiding dye waste.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the dust removing device 5 includes a waste collecting box 51, an air suction duct 52 installed above the spraying device 4, and a suction fan 53 connected to the air suction duct 52, and the drying device 6 and the take-up device are respectively used for drying and taking up dyed yarns. The drying device 6 adopts a steam heating pipe which is horizontally arranged to be in a preset shape, two ends of the steam heating pipe are respectively provided with a second wire divider and a third wire divider, and dyed yarns are conveyed to the wire collecting device from the upper part of the steam heating pipe under the limit of the second wire divider and the third wire divider.
As an improvement of this embodiment, the lengths of the horizontal rotary sprayer 41 and the vertical rotary sprayer 42 are adjustable, which is convenient to adjust according to specific use requirements, so that the dyeing process is more accurate and controllable.

A multifunctional dyeing machine is characterized in that: the automatic dyeing machine comprises a pay-off rack (1), a first deconcentrator (2), a traction mechanism (3), a plurality of spraying devices (4), a dust removing device (5), a drying device (6) and a wire collecting device which are sequentially arranged, wherein the pay-off rack (1) is used for conveying yarns to be dyed into the spraying devices (4) through the traction mechanism (3) and the first deconcentrator (2), each spraying device (4) is provided with an independent dye box, a horizontal rotary spray head (41) and a vertical rotary spray head (42), the horizontal rotary spray head (41) and the vertical rotary spray head (42) are connected with the dye box through pipelines, the horizontal rotary spray head (41) and the vertical rotary spray head (42) are respectively used for horizontally spraying and vertically spraying the yarns input into the spraying devices (4), the dust removing device (5) comprises a waste collecting box (51), an air suction pipeline (52) arranged above the spraying devices (4) and an air suction fan (53) connected with the air suction pipeline (52), and the drying device (6) and the wire collecting device are respectively used for drying and winding the dyed yarns;
each spraying device (4) is provided with a top plate (43), a side baffle (44) positioned below the top plate (43) and a dye collecting groove (45) positioned right below the top plate (43), the horizontal rotary spray head (41) is arranged on the side baffle (44), the vertical rotary spray head (42) is arranged on the top plate (43), a plurality of evenly distributed branching holes (441) are formed in the circumference taking the horizontal rotary spray head (41) as a circle center on the side baffle (44), each yarn is input into the spraying device (4) or output from the spraying device (4) through the branching holes (441), a branching groove (442) penetrating through the side baffle (44) is formed in the bottom of the side baffle (44), and the yarn to be dyed is input into the spraying device (4) or output from the spraying device (4) through the branching groove (442).

A multifunctional dyeing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that: the side baffle (44) is provided with a first baffle strip (443) and a second baffle strip (444), the first baffle strip (443) is located right above the branching hole (441), and the second baffle strip (444) is located right below the branching hole (441) and between the branching grooves (442).
