Abstract

本发明是一种耐寒钢板及其制成的复合舱盖,耐寒钢板的组成成份及重量份数为C:8‑8.5份、Si:95‑105份、Mn:40‑60份、P:0.1‑0.5份、S:0.12‑0.2份、Ni:25‑30份、Cr:60‑80份、Mo:45‑50份、V:5.5‑6.5份、Ti:2.5‑4.5份、Cu:45‑55份、Al:3‑3.5份、Nb:2‑2.6份、Ca:0.31‑0.35份、Fe:6800‑9400份。本发明第一强度层、第二强度层和耐寒钢板增加了舱盖的强度,使抗冲击性能提高,耐寒钢板可以使舱盖在低温环境下正常使用,延长舱盖的使用寿命,提高了舱盖的保温性能,防冻漆层可以减少海水对舱盖的影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及舱盖技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐寒钢板及其制成的复合舱盖。
背景技术
船舶长时间在海上漂泊,一般会跨越多个国家,耗时几个月,由于海上环境复杂多变,使船舶经常受到冰雪磨蚀、低温风浪碰撞、强烈的海洋风暴及冻土碰撞等恶劣环境,对于舱盖来说,常需要进行启闭,但在低温环境下,舱盖会受到寒冷环境的影响,舱盖抗冲击性能和保温性较差,容易造成舱盖损坏,从而影响船舶内部的温度和环境。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种耐寒钢板及其制成的复合舱盖。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种耐寒钢板,其组成成份及重量份数为:
C:8-8.5份;
Si:95-105份;
Mn:40-60份;
P:0.1-0.5份;
S:0.12-0.2份;
Ni:25-30份;
Cr:60-80份;
Mo:45-50份;
V:5.5-6.5份;
Ti:2.5-4.5份
Cu:45-55份;
Al:3-3.5份;
Nb:2-2.6份;
Ca:0.31-0.35份
Fe:6800-9400份。
一种用耐寒钢板制成的复合舱盖,包括内设空腔的第一强度层,所述空腔中设为真空,所述第一强度层的外侧复合有保温层,所述保温层的外侧复合有第二强度层,所述第二强度层的外侧与所述耐寒钢板相复合。
特别的,所述空腔内设有若干竖向设置的支撑柱。
特别的,所述第一强度层和第二强度层均为高强度钢板层。
特别的,所述保温层为聚氨酯保温板或挤塑聚苯乙烯保温板。
特别的,所述耐寒钢板的外侧刷有防冻漆层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明第一强度层、第二强度层和耐寒钢板增加了舱盖的强度,使抗冲击性能提高,耐寒钢板可以使舱盖在低温环境下正常使用,延长舱盖的使用寿命,空腔内的真空和保温层能减少舱盖外侧的低温传递到舱盖的内侧,提高了舱盖的保温性能,从而保证船舶内部人员的正常工作环境或生活环境,防冻漆层可以减少海水对舱盖的影响。
