本发明公开了环保型甲醇汽油复合添加剂,按重量份配比计算,所述复合添加剂包括以下组分:N‑乙酰基‑2‑甲基‑1,3‑丙二胺,3~8份,丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,0.6~1.9份,碳酸二甲酯,0.2~1.4份,丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,1~4份,环戊二烯三羰基锰,0.1~0.9份,乙基叔丁基醚,0.3~1.6份,N,N’‑二亚水杨酸‑1,2‑丙二胺,2~5份,8‑羟基喹啉,0.1~0.7份,石脑油,0.05~0.3份。本发明提供了一种具有制备方法简单、环保效果好等优点的甲醇汽油复合添加剂,在保障甲醇汽油的燃烧效率、且利于增强动力的同时,大大增加了燃烧后一氧化碳的减排率以及烟尘的减排率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车燃油技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型甲醇汽油复合添加剂。
背景技术
甲醇是由煤、焦、天然气、轻油、重油等为原料合成生产的工业甲醇,甲醇的性质:工业甲醇有毒、易燃、易爆。在常温常压下,甲醇为无色、透明、易流动、易挥发的液体,具有与乙醇相似的气味。甲醇汽油在动力性能上是否可以替代汽、柴油。甲醇汽油需要由甲醇、汽油和核心添加剂配置而成,甲醇汽油技术已成熟。甲醇掺入量一般为5%~30%。以掺入15%者为最多,称M15甲醇汽油。抗爆性能好,研究法辛烷值(RON)随甲醇掺入量的增加而增高,马达法辛烷值(MON)则不受影响。燃烧排出物的毒性比普通含铅汽油小,排气中一氧化碳含量也较少。燃烧清洁性能良好。但一般的甲醇汽油对汽油发动机的腐蚀性和对橡胶材料的溶胀率都较大,且易于分层,低温运转性能和冷起动性能不及纯汽油,可用作车用汽油代用品。许多国家作了大量使用试验,有的也在产业化使用。
甲醇汽油由基础汽油、甲醇及添加剂组成。甲醇汽油的技术关键核心是添加剂的技术水平和质量控制。甲醇汽油添加剂的技术含量,是决定调配甲醇汽油品质优良的灵魂。甲醇汽油添加剂是一种新型环保燃料助剂产品,是在甲醇(符合GB338-2004优等品甲醇指标)中加入一种复合添加剂后对甲醇进行变性处理,再按照规定比例和普通汽油混合后作为车用燃料,使其改性,使其燃烧速度、气化热值、互溶性、爆发力加速性能、润滑性、抑制腐蚀性等方面接近传统汽油的甲醇燃料,低比例甲醇汽油M15-M30无须对发动机和装置进行改造,可直接使用。高比例甲醇汽油M85-M100则需要给车辆安装甲醇转换器进行改造。
但目前的燃料油在燃烧时,存在环保问题严重等问题,因此提供一款环保甲醇汽油复合添加剂具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:现有的甲醇汽油燃烧时存在较大的环保问题,本发明提供了解决上述问题的环保型甲醇汽油复合添加剂。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
环保型甲醇汽油复合添加剂,按重量份配比计算,所述复合添加剂包括以下组分:
N-乙酰基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二胺,3~8份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,0.6~1.9份,
碳酸二甲酯,0.2~1.4份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,1~4份,
环戊二烯三羰基锰,0.1~0.9份,
乙基叔丁基醚,0.3~1.6份,
N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺,2~5份,
8-羟基喹啉,0.1~0.7份,
石脑油,0.05~0.3份。
进一步地,按重量份配比计算,所述复合添加剂包括以下组分:
N-乙酰基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二胺,4份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,1.6份,
碳酸二甲酯,0.9份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,3份,
环戊二烯三羰基锰,0.3份,
乙基叔丁基醚,0.5份,
N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺,3份,
8-羟基喹啉,0.5份,
石脑油,0.18份。
进一步地,按重量份配比计算,所述复合添加剂包括以下组分:
N-乙酰基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二胺6份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,0.9份,
碳酸二甲酯,0.7份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,2份,
环戊二烯三羰基锰,0.8份,
乙基叔丁基醚,1.3份,
N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺,4份,
8-羟基喹啉,0.5份,
石脑油,0.07份。
进一步地,所述复合添加剂是通过将各组分按配比混合后,在40~45℃温度条件下进行搅拌混合均匀制得环保甲醇汽油复合添加剂。
进一步地,所述复合添加剂在甲醇汽油中添加量为汽油总质量的0.3~0.6%。
本发明具有如下的优点和有益效果:
本发明提供了一种具有制备方法简单、环保效果好等优点的甲醇汽油复合添加剂,在保障甲醇汽油的燃烧效率、且利于增强动力的同时,大大增加了燃烧后一氧化碳的减排率以及烟尘的减排率。

N-乙酰基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二胺,3份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,1.9份,
碳酸二甲酯,1.4份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,4份,
环戊二烯三羰基锰,0.1份,
乙基叔丁基醚,0.3份,
N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺,5份,
8-羟基喹啉,0.1份,
石脑油,0.05份。
所述复合添加剂是通过将各组分按配比混合后,在40℃温度条件下进行搅拌混合均匀制得环保甲醇汽油复合添加剂。制备获得的复合添加剂在甲醇汽油中添加量为汽油总质量的0.3%。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种环保型甲醇汽油复合添加剂,按重量份配比计算,所述复合添加剂包括以下组分:
N-乙酰基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二胺,8份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,0.6份,
碳酸二甲酯,0.2份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,1份,
环戊二烯三羰基锰,0.9份,
乙基叔丁基醚,1.6份,
N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺,2份,
8-羟基喹啉,0.7份,
石脑油,0.3份。
所述复合添加剂是通过将各组分按配比混合后,在45℃温度条件下进行搅拌混合均匀制得环保甲醇汽油复合添加剂。制备获得的复合添加剂在甲醇汽油中添加量为汽油总质量的0.6%。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种环保型甲醇汽油复合添加剂,按重量份配比计算,所述复合添加剂包括以下组分:
N-乙酰基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二胺,4份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,1.6份,
碳酸二甲酯,0.9份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,3份,
环戊二烯三羰基锰,0.3份,
乙基叔丁基醚,0.5份,
N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺,3份,
8-羟基喹啉,0.5份,
石脑油,0.18份。
所述复合添加剂是通过将各组分按配比混合后,在42℃温度条件下进行搅拌混合均匀制得环保甲醇汽油复合添加剂。制备获得的复合添加剂在甲醇汽油中添加量为汽油总质量的0.4%。

本实施例提供了一种环保型甲醇汽油复合添加剂,按重量份配比计算,所述复合添加剂包括以下组分:
N-乙酰基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二胺6份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,0.9份,
碳酸二甲酯,0.7份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,2份,
环戊二烯三羰基锰,0.8份,
乙基叔丁基醚,1.3份,
N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺,4份,
8-羟基喹啉,0.5份,
石脑油,0.07份。
所述复合添加剂是通过将各组分按配比混合后,在42℃温度条件下进行搅拌混合均匀制得环保甲醇汽油复合添加剂。制备获得的复合添加剂在甲醇汽油中添加量为汽油总质量的0.4%。

碳酸二甲酯,0.2~1.4份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,1~4份,
环戊二烯三羰基锰,0.1~0.9份,
乙基叔丁基醚,0.3~1.6份,
N,N’-二亚水杨酸-1,2-丙二胺,2~5份,
8-羟基喹啉,0.1~0.7份,
石脑油,0.05~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型甲醇汽油复合添加剂,其特征在于,按重量份配比计算,所述复合添加剂包括以下组分:
N-乙酰基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二胺,4份,
丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯,1.6份,

4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型甲醇汽油复合添加剂,其特征在于,所述复合添加剂是通过将各组分按配比混合后,在40~45℃温度条件下进行搅拌混合均匀制得环保甲醇汽油复合添加剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型甲醇汽油复合添加剂,其特征在于,所述复合添加剂在甲醇汽油中添加量为汽油总质量的0.3~0.6%。
