本发明公开了一种速干型不锈钢板材用金属漆料,按照重量份有以下原料组成:氢化丁氰胶12~18份、亚麻油8~12份、铜粉1.2~1.5份、十二烷基二醇酰胺0.2~0.7份、聚醚硅氧烷共聚物1.5~2.3份、滑石粉7~11份、金红石型钛白粉1.2~1.4份、聚氨酯改性环氧树脂5~15份、甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷0.3~0.7份、云母粉3.7~4.2份、乙酸乙脂8~15份、细精石棉15~20份、脲醛‑聚氨酯树脂4~9份、羟乙基纤维素0.4~0.8份、亚磷酸三苯酯0.2~0.8份、炔二醇消泡剂5~10份和醋酸丁酯0.2~0.7份等。本发明的一种漆料具有环保、无毒、使用方便、成本较低等优点。

一种速干型不锈钢板材用金属漆料
技术领域
本发明涉及不锈钢板材生产加工相关技术领域,尤其涉及一种速干型不锈钢板材用金属漆料。
背景技术
金属表面的除锈效果,直接影响到漆膜的附着力及耐久性,目前采用除锈的主要手段有手工除锈、酸洗除锈、喷砂喷丸等除锈方法,但这些除锈方法者存在一定的缺陷:手工除锈主要用于船舶、管道、桥梁等二次除锈,该方法劳动强度大,施工领域窄,效率低、成本高,除锈效果不理想,且严重影响人体健康;酸洗除锈易产生“过蚀”和“过氢”,且易产生二次生锈,酸洗的废液排放极易造成环境污染;喷砂、喷丸除锈设备投资大、成本高,难于发挥作用,无法很好的满足市场需求。
目前,市面上的油漆在使用后味道很大,一般都要同分透气半个月左右才能入住,含着油漆味道的空气对人体有害。而且部分漆膜干燥后,在漆膜中仍然残留有溶剂,会直接影响到用户的健康。因此,选用对环境和人体危害最小的醇类溶剂,开发一套醇溶型的环保塑胶漆是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种速干型不锈钢板材用金属漆料。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的一种速干型不锈钢板材用金属漆料具有防水性能优良,强度较高,粘结强度、抗拉强度较高;具有优异的耐老化性、耐候性和防紫外线老化性能,产品经久耐用;
而且更重要的是本发明提供一种油漆,柔韧性极强,抗锈蚀,耐酸碱,提升了漆料涂层的防护效果,在受到外力的作用下,不易被受损,并且快干,从而提高了施工效率,缩短了工期等有益效果。
