Background
The garbage truck is a special vehicle specially used for conveying various kinds of garbage for municipal sanitation departments, at present, garbage collection in cities mainly adopts manual vehicle bulk collection or small-sized motor-driven collection vehicles for collection, and the collection vehicle has the advantages of single function, high operation cost and low working efficiency. And the problem that the garbage in the existing garbage truck cannot be compressed by oneself exists in the using process of the existing garbage truck, and the garbage generally needs to be discharged into the compression equipment for secondary compression, so that the garbage treatment efficiency is reduced, and the practicability is not strong.
The invention patent with the patent number of CN107284934A discloses a garbage truck with a compression function, which comprises a compression bin, wherein a vacuum layer is arranged on the inner surface wall of the compression bin, a liquid collection bin is arranged on a bottom plate inside the compression bin, a second cylinder is arranged on one side of the liquid collection bin, the second cylinder is connected with a lower pressing plate through a hydraulic telescopic rod, a water leakage hole is formed in the surface of the lower pressing plate, a limiting plate is arranged on one side of the top of the lower pressing plate, a first cylinder is arranged at the top of the compression bin, the first cylinder is connected with an upper pressing plate through the hydraulic telescopic rod, a vent hole is formed in the surface of the upper pressing plate, a deodorizer is welded on one side of the top of the compression bin, an active carbon adsorption plate is arranged on the inner surface wall of the deodorizer, a feeding funnel is welded on the other side of the top of the compression bin, and a discharging plate is arranged at the bottom inside the feeding funnel. In the invention, the garbage truck has simple and reasonable overall structural design, safe and stable feeding and discharging, realizes the function of classifying and compressing solid and liquid garbage, and has stronger practicability.
However, this method has the following problems; first, can only compress rubbish in this patent, and can not realize the cutting to those great rubbish, great rubbish can influence the parking space in the dustbin, generally all manual cutting, can bring great intensity of labour to the worker, second, although compress to rubbish in this patent, the rubbish that is located the dustbin both sides is comparatively fluffy, need smooth the operation, this has also influenced the space that the garbage truck stored rubbish, it is less to lead to garbage truck rubbish parking space.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a garbage truck with a garbage compression function, and aims to solve the technical problems that large garbage cannot be cut and the garbage on two sides in a garbage can cannot be smoothed in the prior art.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the garbage truck is provided with the garbage compression mechanism, the waste water collection mechanism and the flattening mechanism, the garbage compression mechanism can compress garbage in the garbage bin and cut larger garbage, and the flattening mechanism can automatically flatten the garbage in the middle of the garbage bin.
Secondly, the garbage compression mechanism is arranged and comprises the material pushing assembly and the material moving assembly, the garbage compression mechanism can automatically compress the garbage and cut larger garbage, the larger garbage does not need to be manually cut by a worker, and great convenience is brought to the worker.
Thirdly, the garbage can is provided with the waste water collecting mechanism, water in the garbage can flow into the water collecting tank through the waste water collecting mechanism, an opening of the water collecting tank can be automatically sealed, and sewage in the water collecting tank is prevented from flowing out when the chassis shakes.
The garbage bin is provided with the flattening mechanism, the flattening mechanism comprises two symmetrically arranged flattening assemblies, garbage in the middle of the garbage bin can be automatically flattened through the flattening mechanism, and the phenomenon that the inner storage space of the garbage bin is too small due to the fact that the two sides of the garbage bin are too fluffy is avoided.
The garbage can is provided with the buffer spring and the buffer disc, the buffer disc and the buffer spring play a role in buffering the garbage can, and the phenomenon that garbage at the feeding nozzle falls off due to large shaking of the garbage can is avoided.
