本发明公开了一种裸眼3D防伪材料,包括基材,基材两侧涂布UV光油,UV光油经过压印形成上下两层微透镜阵列,上下微透镜阵列交错。顶层纹路和底层纹路错位产生的放大效果随着光线射入角度的不同产生不同的方法效果,若底部纹路为0.01mm,在转动角度达到30°的时候,纹路可放大至5mm,放大效果显著,并且图案更加立体,实现裸眼3D效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种裸眼3D防伪材料。
背景技术
为了鉴别商品的真伪,经常会在商品上用上防伪鉴别材料,微透镜材料被广泛使用,现有的微透镜材料多为在基材上铺设一层凸点排布的微透镜阵列,通过微透镜阵列将基材上的图案放大,实现真伪的鉴别,但是一层微透镜所能放大的效果比较小。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种裸眼3D防伪材料,可以将放大效果扩大。
为实现这一目的,本发明所采用的方法是:一种裸眼3D防伪材料,包括基材,所述基材两侧分别涂布顶层UV光油和底层UV光油,顶层UV光油和底层UV光油分别通过压印形成顶层纹路和底层纹路,所述顶层纹路和底层纹路均为球形凸点形成的微透镜阵列,所述顶层纹路和底层纹路的球形凸点位置相互交错。
所述顶层纹路和底层纹路直径相同或顶层纹路直径大于底层纹路直径。
一种制作裸眼3D防伪材料的方法,步骤如下:
(1)将基材上层涂布顶层UV光油,顶层UV光油通过压印形成顶层纹路,将基材下层涂布底层UV光油,底层UV光油通过压印形成底层纹路,底层纹路与顶层纹路相互交错;
(2)用UV灯照射使UV光油固化。
其有益效果是:顶层纹路和底层纹路错位产生的放大效果随着光线射入角度的不同产生不同的方法效果,若底部纹路为0.01mm,在转动角度达到30°的时候,纹路可放大至5mm,放大效果显著,并且图案更加立体,实现裸眼3D效果。

如图1所示的一种裸眼3D防伪材料,包括基材1,所述基材1两侧分别涂布顶层UV光油2和底层UV光油4,顶层UV光油2和底层UV光油4分别通过压印形成顶层纹路3和底层纹路5,所述顶层纹路3和底层纹路5均为球形凸点形成的微透镜阵列,所述顶层纹路3和底层纹路5的球形凸点位置相互交错。
所述顶层纹路3和底层纹路5直径相同或顶层纹路3直径大于底层纹路5直径。
一种制作裸眼3D防伪材料的方法,步骤如下:

1.一种裸眼3D防伪材料,包括基材(1),其特征在于,所述基材(1)两侧分别涂布顶层UV光油(2)和底层UV光油(4),顶层UV光油(2)和底层UV光油(4)分别通过压印形成顶层纹路(3)和底层纹路(5),所述顶层纹路(3)和底层纹路(5)均为球形凸点形成的微透镜阵列,所述顶层纹路(3)和底层纹路(5)的球形凸点位置相互交错。
2.根据权利要求1所述的裸眼3D防伪材料,其特征在于,所述顶层纹路(3)和底层纹路(5)直径相同或顶层纹路(3)直径大于底层纹路(5)直径。
3.一种制作权利要求1所述的裸眼3D防伪材料的方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)将基材上层涂布顶层UV光油,顶层UV光油通过压印形成顶层纹路,将基材下层涂布底层UV光油,底层UV光油通过压印形成底层纹路,底层纹路与顶层纹路相互交错;
(2)用UV灯照射使UV光油固化。
