Abstract
一种高韧性共挤阻隔薄膜材料,该薄膜为层状结构,各层依次为21%的聚乙烯PE层、15%的茂金属聚乙烯层、5%的TiC粘合层、18%的乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物EVOH阻隔层、5%的TiC粘合层、15%的茂金属聚乙烯层和21%的聚乙烯PE层,本发明目的在于提供一种高韧性共挤阻隔薄膜材料,该薄膜通过配方的改良和优化,采用乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物EVOH阻隔层替代传统的BOPA层,提高了薄膜阻隔性性能,并采用聚乙烯PE层和茂金属聚乙烯层,增加了薄膜的力学稳定性,同时通过配方的改良和优化,把各层材料通过共挤工艺成型,明显提高了薄膜的抗拉强度、粘合性、耐穿刺性和阻隔性性能,并且该薄膜在热封强度、开口性、抗污染性上都有明显提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种薄膜材料,具体涉及一种高韧性共挤阻隔薄膜材料。
背景技术
目前市场上的共挤阻隔薄膜材料,由于选料、配比和工艺方面的原因,经常在使用过程中出现阻隔性、耐穿刺性、热封强度、开口性、粘合性、抗污染性不高等问题。例如现有产品中共挤膜基本为对称PA(尼龙)结构,其阻隔性性能不高,而且现有产品中PE层仅采用一般低密度聚乙烯+线性低密度聚乙烯,这在一定程度上影响了产品力学性能,导致在后续制袋或者使用的时候,在施加张力情况下由于强度不高而出现拉伸现象,导致破包率高,收卷不齐,封边起皱,加大损耗现象。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种高韧性共挤阻隔薄膜材料,该薄膜通过配方的改良和优化,采用乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物EVOH阻隔层替代传统的BOPA层,提高了薄膜阻隔性性能,并采用聚乙烯PE层和茂金属聚乙烯层,增加了薄膜的力学稳定性,同时通过配方的改良和优化,把各层材料通过共挤工艺成型,明显提高了薄膜的抗拉强度、粘合性、耐穿刺性和阻隔性性能,并且该薄膜在热封强度、开口性、抗污染性上都有明显提高。
本发明的上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:该薄膜为层状结构,各层依次为21%的聚乙烯PE层、15%的茂金属聚乙烯层、5%的TiC粘合层、18%的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物EVOH阻隔层、5%的TiC粘合层、15%的茂金属聚乙烯层和21%的聚乙烯PE层,该薄膜的各层通过共挤工艺成型。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明采用乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物EVOH阻隔层替代传统的BOPA层,提高了薄膜阻隔性性能,并采用聚乙烯PE层和茂金属聚乙烯层,增加了薄膜的力学稳定性,并通过配方的改良和优化,把各层材料通过共挤工艺成型,使薄膜的粘合性不断加强,最终得到具有较高抗拉强度、粘合性、耐穿刺性和阻隔性性能的薄膜,并且其热封强度、开口性、抗污染性上都有明显提高,更能适应大包装液体灌装对薄膜高阻隔性能的要求;
2、本发明提供的高韧性共挤阻隔薄膜材料,使用效果比传统薄膜在使用时破包率降低约70%,节约包装原材料约35%,如推广实用,不仅可以解决液体大袋包装难题,对产品的广泛推广起到关键作用,而且可以节约大量的社会资源,具有良好的社会效益。

为了更好的理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐述本发明的内容,但本发明的内容并不仅仅局限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
一种高韧性共挤阻隔薄膜材料,该薄膜为层状结构,各层依次为21%的聚乙烯PE层、15%的茂金属聚乙烯层、5%的TiC粘合层、18%的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物EVOH阻隔层、5%的TiC粘合层、15%的茂金属聚乙烯层和21%的聚乙烯PE层,该薄膜的各层通过共挤工艺成型。
实施例2
一种高韧性共挤阻隔薄膜材料,该薄膜为层状结构,各层依次为15%的聚乙烯PE层、10%的茂金属聚乙烯层、5%的TiC粘合层、5%的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物EVOH阻隔层、5%的TiC粘合层、10%的茂金属聚乙烯层和15%的聚乙烯PE层,该薄膜的各层通过共挤工艺成型。
实施例3
一种高韧性共挤阻隔薄膜材料,该薄膜为层状结构,各层依次为60%的聚乙烯PE层、50%的茂金属聚乙烯层、5%的TiC粘合层、25%的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物EVOH阻隔层、5%的TiC粘合层、50%的茂金属聚乙烯层和60%的聚乙烯PE层,该薄膜的各层通过共挤工艺成型。
实施例4
一种高韧性共挤阻隔薄膜材料,该薄膜为层状结构,各层依次为21%的聚乙烯PE层、15%的茂金属聚乙烯层、5%的TiC粘合层、18%的PA层、5%的TiC粘合层、15%的茂金属聚乙烯层和21%的聚乙烯PE层,该薄膜的各层通过共挤工艺成型。
实施例5
一种高韧性共挤阻隔薄膜材料,该薄膜为层状结构,各层依次为30%的聚乙烯PE层、5%的TiC粘合层、18%的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物EVOH阻隔层、5%的TiC粘合层、30%的聚乙烯PE层,该薄膜的各层通过共挤工艺成型。

由表5可知:实施例1提供的共挤阻隔薄膜材料包封率最高,而且经过计算实施例1使用效果比传统薄膜在使用时破包率降低约70%,节约包装原材料约35%。

1.一种高韧性共挤阻隔薄膜材料,其特征在于,该薄膜为层状结构,各层依次为21%的聚乙烯PE层、15%的茂金属聚乙烯层、5%的TiC粘合层、18%的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物EVOH阻隔层、5%的TiC粘合层、15%的茂金属聚乙烯层和21%的聚乙烯PE层,该薄膜的各层通过共挤工艺成型。
