Abstract

本案涉及一种高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,包括依次设置的PE层、PC片层、聚氨酯纤维网层、PET基材层、防静电层;本发明有着较好的防刮、防爆效果,并有较好的可视效果,可广泛应用于手机等电子产品内屏的保护。

高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜
技术领域
本发明属于膜技术领域,具体涉及一种高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜。
背景技术
手机内屏在制造、包装、运输、存储直到用于制造屏幕总成阶段之前,都需要在表面贴防护膜以防尘、防刮、防爆抗摔。
现有的内屏保护膜通常为单层结构,结构单一,防护性较差,除防尘外,难以起到有效的防刮、防爆作用;另外现有的内屏保护膜通常不注重其透明度,在需要进行一些安装前手机内屏的基本测试时,有时不得不撕下保护膜,增加了内屏被污染的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种有较高硬度的手机内屏防爆保护膜。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种可视效果较好的手机内屏防爆保护膜。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,包括依次设置的PE层、PC片层、聚氨酯纤维网层、PET基材层、防静电层。
所述PE层、PC片层、聚氨酯纤维网层、PET基材层间通过粘结剂粘合。
所述粘结剂为丙烯酸酯。
所述聚氨酯纤维膜层厚度为10-30μm。聚酯纤维网良好的韧性、抗变形性使本发明具有较好的抗爆性和。
所述PC片层包括多片平铺排列的PC片。
所述PC片为矩形。
所述PC片单片面积不低于0.25cm2。PC材料有着高分子材料中极佳的硬度,有着很好的防刮、防冲击的效果,但由于PC材料较脆,难以承受较大幅度的弯折,将PC板裁切成大小相同的薄片,平铺于聚氨酯纤维膜层上,可起到类似于防弹玻璃的效果,有效抵抗外部的冲击;PC片能在手机内屏被尖锐硬物撞击时,将冲击力分散在PC片上,减小内屏受损的几率,有效起到保护作用。
所述高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜透光率不低于70%。PC材料透光率在80%以上,控制聚氨酯纤维网层的厚度和杂质含量,可使高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜透光率不低于70%。
所述PET基材层侧部或边角处设有一个或多个手柄。
所述手柄处贴有有色粘纸。
本发明的高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,有着较好的防刮、防爆效果,并有较高的可视效果,可广泛应用于手机等电子产品内屏的保护。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,包括依次设置的PE层1、PC片层2、聚氨酯纤维网层3、PET基材层4、防静电层5。
所述PE层1、PC片层2、聚氨酯纤维网层3、PET基材层4间通过粘结剂粘合。
所述粘结剂为丙烯酸酯。
所述聚氨酯纤维膜层3厚度为20μm。
所述PC片层2包括多片平铺排列的PC片。
所述PC片为矩形。
所述PC片单片面积为0.5cm2
所述高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜透光率为73%。
所述PET基材层4侧部或边角处设有一个手柄5。
所述手柄6处贴有有色粘纸。
所述高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜整体厚度为0.21mm。
实施例2
采用一根重30g的铁钉,锐部朝下,分别从不同高度零初速度释放,测试在击碎无保护膜手机内屏、贴有普通PET保护膜手机内屏、贴有实施例1保护膜手机内屏时的下落高度,多次试验求平均值,以此来衡量不同手机内屏保护膜的抗冲击效果,结果表明,贴有普通PET保护膜手机内屏、贴有实施例1保护膜手机内屏的抗冲击力分别比无保护膜手机内屏提高了11%和37%;由此可见,本发明能对手机内屏起到较好的保护作用。
实施例3
由于PC片层采用拼接结构,本发明的高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜在移除时不会因PC材料硬脆的质地而产生困难,而当采用整块的PC片作为PC片层,在手机内屏贴膜和移除时较易发生PC片层的断裂。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。

Claims (10)

1.一种高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,其特征在于,包括依次设置的PE层、PC片层、聚氨酯纤维网层、PET基材层、防静电层。
2.如权利要求1所述的高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,其特征在于,所述PE层、PC片层、聚氨酯纤维网层、PET基材层间通过粘结剂粘合。
3.如权利要求1所述的高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为丙烯酸酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯纤维膜层厚度为10-30μm。
5.如权利要求1所述的高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,其特征在于,所述PC片层包括多片平铺排列的PC片。
6.如权利要求1所述的高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,其特征在于,所述PC片为矩形。
7.如权利要求1所述的高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,其特征在于,所述PC片单片面积不低于0.25cm2
8.如权利要求1所述的高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,其特征在于,所述高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜透光率不低于70%。
9.如权利要求1所述的高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,其特征在于,所述PET基材层侧部或边角处设有一个或多个手柄。
10.如权利要求1所述的高硬度可视手机内屏防爆保护膜,其特征在于,所述手柄处贴有有色粘纸。
