本发明公开了一种单模式玉米自动切段装置,包括链板输送机、玉米切段模及玉米收集箱,所述的链板输送机两侧设有挡板,所述的玉米切段模安装在挡板上,横跨链板输送机并位于链板上方,所述的链板输送机尾端设有玉米收集箱,所述的挡板上设有感应器,感应器位于玉米切段模正下方位置相对的挡板侧面,所述链板输送机的链板与感应器同一侧的那端设有感应磁条,链板上设有若干把切刀A。本发明的双模式玉米自动切段装置通过链板输送机输送玉米,再由玉米切段模一次性将玉米切成数段,自动化程度高,提高了玉米切段效率,其切段均匀,切口平整,同时解决了玉米粒被压烂的问题。

一种单模式玉米自动切段装置
技术领域
本发明涉及玉米加工领域,具体涉及一种单模式玉米自动切段装置。
背景技术
玉米营养丰富 :含有碳水化合物 :74.8 克,蛋白质 :29 克,脂肪 :16.6 克,膳食纤维 6.9 克。可以说玉米是当之无愧的“第一黄金主食”,营养专家称,玉米所含的“全能营养”适合各个年龄段的人群食用,其丰富的谷氨酸能促进大脑发育,是儿童最好的“益智食物”;所含维生素 B 族能调节神经,是适合白领的“减压食品”;富含的亚油酸、钙质,能帮助调脂、降压,高纤维含量则使玉米成为很好的“刮肠食物”,能预防中年发福 ;此外,玉米中富含的谷胱甘肽是最有效的抗癌成分,其所含丰富的维生素E也能帮助抗衰老,软化血管。
由于玉米丰富的营养及鲜甜的口感,常被用来做菜,尤其煲汤口味更佳,为了使玉米更好地入味及使玉米的味道融入汤水中,通常会将玉米切成小段之后再进行煲汤;而目前一般情况下,将玉米切段的操作都是厨师用刀将玉米切成几小段,不仅劳动强度大,耗时长,效率低,切段不均匀,刀口不平整,而且操作时需要将玉米放在垫板上,由于切玉米时需要较大的力气才能将玉米切段,且玉米与垫板的接触面较大,导致玉米与垫板接触的那面玉米粒出现不同程度的损伤、压烂情况,影响口感和美观;为了解决人工用刀操作劳动强度大、效率低的问题,申请号2014103018276的专利公开了一种转刀式玉米切段机,其采用的方式是将玉米竖直放进进料管内,玉米受重力自然下料使玉米下端接触托板,再通过电机驱动旋转的刀片对玉米进行切段,解决了人工用刀操作劳动强度大、效率低、切段不均的问题,但在刀片对玉米进行切段时,玉米自身需要承受进料管对切刀的抵消力,使玉米与刀片旋转方向相反的那一面受到进料管的挤压而出现玉米粒损伤、压烂情况;该玉米切段机相对人工用刀效率提高了不少,但切玉米需要一段段切,效率还是不足,为此开发一种能提高玉米切段效率同时又不会损伤、压烂玉米粒的玉米自动切段装置尤为迫切。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种单模式玉米自动切段装置,通过链板输送机输送玉米,再由玉米切段模一次性将玉米切成数段,自动化程度高,提高了玉米切段效率,切玉米时不会压烂玉米粒,解决背景技术中所提出的问题。
本发明的目的通过以下方式来实现:
一种单模式玉米自动切段装置,包括链板输送机、玉米切段模及玉米收集箱,所述的链板输送机两侧设有挡板,所述的玉米切段模安装在挡板上,横跨链板输送机并位于链板上方,所述的链板输送机尾端设有玉米收集箱,所述的挡板上设有感应器,感应器位于玉米切段模正下方位置相对的挡板侧面,所述链板输送机的链板与感应器同一侧的那端设有感应磁条,链板上设有若干把切刀A;
所述的玉米切段模设有安装架,安装架上设有气缸,气缸的气缸轴下方设有切刀安装板,切刀安装板上安装有与每块链板的切刀A相同数量的切刀B,两端设有导孔及导套,导套安装在导孔上,所述玉米切段模还设有2根导柱,导柱安装在挡板上,导柱上安装有弹簧,导柱顶端穿过导套及导孔使切刀安装板与导柱配合连接。
链板输送机是整个装置在自动化切段过程中必不可少的一部分,其链板上设置的切刀A是放置玉米的载体,挡板可防止玉米切段从链板输送机侧面弹出,导柱及导套可防止切刀安装板跑偏,提高切段精度,导套同时可防止切刀板的导孔磨损且可防止弹簧跑偏及变形,导柱上设置的弹簧可缓冲气缸的冲击力,降低切刀B下压的速度及冲力,防止切刀切玉米速度过快将玉米弹飞,同时提高切刀及链板的使用寿命。
作为本发明的优选,所述的切刀A与相邻切刀A的距离相等,所述的切刀B与相邻切刀B之间的距离相等,所述的切刀A与相邻切刀A的距离等于所述的切刀B与相邻切刀B之间的距离,所述切刀A的刀刃向上,切刀B的刀刃向下,当任意一块链板位于切刀B正下方时,切刀A与切刀B对中。
切刀A的作用是放置玉米,解决玉米粒被压烂的问题,由于切刀A 采用刀刃支撑玉米,解决了现有技术玉米与支撑物大面积接触的问题,从而解决玉米粒被压烂的问题;因切刀A与切刀B对中在同一条直线上,当切刀B对玉米进行切段时,切刀A亦受力,使切刀B及切刀A同时对玉米进行切段,提高了切段效率,切刀A与相邻切刀A之间的距离相等且等于切刀B与相邻切刀B的距离是切段均匀的关键。
作为本发明的优选,所述的切刀A及切刀B包括刀片,刀片两端边缘设有三角柱,所述切刀A三角柱的高度大于刀片的高度1mm,所述切刀B三角柱的高度等于刀片高度,所述的三角柱的三个角为弧角,所述刀片厚度由刀刃到刀背逐渐增加。
三角柱的作用是为了固定刀片,而切刀A的三角柱高于刀片1mm的具有固定玉米的作用,防止玉米滚动,避免玉米从切刀掉落,由于三角柱宽度大于刀片厚度,切完段后还可以防止玉米段从三角柱的方向弹飞,同时在切刀对玉米进行切段时,首先是切刀B与切刀A的三角柱先接触,防止切刀B的刀片与切刀A接触,避免刀刃损坏,提高了刀片的使用寿命,而玉米未切到的1mm在切段后还可使玉米段连接在一起,进一步防止玉米段弹飞,但切完段后未切到的1mm因无法承受玉米段的重量而自动断裂,玉米则分开成数段。
作为本发明的优选,所述的链板上还设有两块挡板A,两块挡板A分别设置在链板的长边缘上,挡板A的高度大于切刀A高度3-5mm。
挡板A可防止玉米切成段后从链板滚至链板与链板之间的沟壑上,影响下一根玉米的切段;挡板的高度大于切刀A高度3-5mm可进一步防止玉米在切段时从三角柱方向弹飞。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的双模式玉米自动切段装置通过链板输送机输送玉米,再由玉米切段模一次性将玉米切成数段,自动化程度高,提高了玉米切段效率,其切段均匀,切口平整,同时解决了玉米粒被压烂的问题。

如图1-5所示,一种单模式玉米自动切段装置,包括链板输送机1、玉米切段模及玉米收集箱2,所述的链板输送机1两侧设有挡板3,所述的玉米切段模安装在挡板3上,横跨链板输送机1并位于链板1-1上方,所述的链板输送机1尾端设有玉米收集箱2,所述的挡板3上设有感应器4,感应器4位于玉米切段模正下方位置相对的挡板3侧面,所述链板输送机1的链板1-1与感应器4同一侧的那端设有感应磁条5,链板1-1上设有若干把切刀A6;所述的玉米切段模设有安装架7,安装架7上设有气缸8,气缸8的气缸轴下方设有切刀安装板9,切刀安装板9上安装有与每块链板1-1的切刀A6相同数量的切刀B10,两端设有导孔9-1及导套11,导套11安装在导孔9-1上,所述玉米切段模还设有2根导柱12,导柱12安装在挡板3上,导柱12上安装有弹簧13,导柱12顶端穿过导套11及导孔9-1使切刀安装板9与导柱12配合连接。所述的切刀A6与相邻切刀A6的距离相等,所述的切刀B10与相邻切刀B10之间的距离相等,所述的切刀A6与相邻切刀A6的距离等于所述的切刀B10与相邻切刀B10之间的距离,所述切刀A6的刀刃向上,切刀B10的刀刃向下,当任意一块链板1-1位于切刀B10正下方时,切刀A与切刀B对中;所述的切刀A6及切刀B10包括刀片6-1,刀片6-1两端边缘设有三角柱6-2,所述切刀A6的三角柱6-2的高度大于刀片6-1的高度1mm,所述切刀B10的三角柱6-2的高度等于刀片6-1高度,所述的三角柱6-2的三个角为弧角,所述刀片6-1厚度由刀刃到刀背逐渐增加;所述的链板1-1上还设有两块挡板A14,两块挡板A14分别设置在链板1-1的长边缘上,挡板A14的高度大于切刀A6高度4mm。
操作时,可先在玉米收集箱2内倒入水,防止玉米段在输送进玉米收集箱2碰坏玉米粒;人工在链板输送机1首端将剥去外衣的玉米放上切刀A6的刀刃上,由于每个链板1-1上设有感应磁条5且挡板3侧面设有感应器4,当链板输送机1将玉米输送至切刀A6正下方时,链板输送机1停顿,气缸8驱动切刀安装板9带动切刀B10顺着导柱12向下压,当切刀B10的三角柱6-2与切刀A6的三角柱6-2触碰时,玉米即被切成数段,下一根玉米亦按上述流程继续切段,切段后的玉米通过链板输送机1输送进玉米收集箱2内。

1.一种单模式玉米自动切段装置,包括链板输送机、玉米切段模及玉米收集箱,其特征在于,所述的链板输送机两侧设有挡板,所述的玉米切段模安装在挡板上,横跨链板输送机并位于链板上方,所述的链板输送机尾端设有玉米收集箱,所述的挡板上设有感应器,感应器位于玉米切段模正下方位置相对的挡板侧面,所述链板输送机的链板与感应器同一侧的那端设有感应磁条,链板上设有若干把切刀A;
所述的玉米切段模设有安装架,安装架上设有气缸,气缸的气缸轴下方设有切刀安装板,切刀安装板上安装有与每块链板的切刀A相同数量的切刀B,两端设有导孔及导套,导套安装在导孔上,所述玉米切段模还设有2根导柱,导柱安装在挡板上,导柱上安装有弹簧,导柱顶端穿过导套及导孔使切刀安装板与导柱配合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单模式玉米自动切段装置,其特征在于,所述的切刀A与相邻切刀A的距离相等,所述的切刀B与相邻切刀B之间的距离相等,所述的切刀A与相邻切刀A的距离等于所述的切刀B与相邻切刀B之间的距离,所述切刀A的刀刃向上,切刀B的刀刃向下,当任意一块链板位于切刀B正下方时,切刀A与切刀B对中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单模式玉米自动切段装置,其特征在于,所述的切刀A及切刀B包括刀片,刀片两端边缘设有三角柱,所述切刀A三角柱的高度大于刀片的高度1mm,所述切刀B三角柱的高度等于刀片高度,所述的三角柱的三个角为弧角,所述刀片厚度由刀刃到刀背逐渐增加。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单模式玉米自动切段装置,其特征在于,所述的链板上还设有两块挡板A,两块挡板A分别设置在链板的长边缘上,挡板A的高度大于切刀A高度3-5mm。
