Background
The paper cutter is a traditional production device and is mainly used for meeting the paper cutting requirement in the later stage of printing. The existing mechanical paper cutter in the market is generally large in overall size and weight, not easy to transport and inconvenient to use. And most of the existing paper cutters are hydraulic power paper cutting, so that the manufacturing cost is high, the noise is large, the oil leakage phenomenon often occurs, the safety protection measures are poor, and safety accidents occur in the production process. When the machining precision and the assembling precision of the gear can not meet the requirements, the gear is seriously abraded, the generated noise is high, the power loss is high through gear transmission, the power of a motor is high, and the power consumption is high.
Aiming at the problems, a paper cutting machine which is low in noise, energy-saving, environment-friendly, complete in safety protection measures, compact in structure, low in manufacturing cost, small in size and convenient to transport needs to be designed.

the paper pressing mechanism comprises a pressing plate, an L-shaped connecting rod, a transmission rod, a pressing rod, a connecting plate, a linear guide rail b and a paper pressing spring, the whole pressing plate is a cuboid, and a plurality of rectangular notches are uniformly formed in the middle lower part of the pressing plate; the middle parts of the L-shaped connecting rods are arranged on the back surface of the mounting frame through rotating shafts, the upper ends of the L-shaped connecting rods are connected with the transmission rod through the rotating shafts, the two L-shaped connecting rods form a horizontal straight line at two mounting points of the mounting frame, the lower ends of the two L-shaped connecting rods are connected with the pressing rod through the rotating shafts, and the other ends of the pressing rod are connected with the pressing plate through the rotating shafts; the connecting plates are arranged on two sides of the pressing plate; a guide rod of the linear guide rail b is vertically arranged in an installation seat, the installation seat is fixed on the back of the installation frame, a paper pressing spring is arranged between the installation seat at the upper end of the linear guide rail b and a guide sleeve of the linear guide rail b, and two connecting plates are respectively connected with two sides of a pressing plate and the guide sleeve of the linear guide rail b; the upper end of the vertical ejector rod is connected with a connecting plate.
When the equipment runs, the paper cutting motor drives a screw rod of the ball screw to rotate, a nut of the ball screw pushes the sliding wheel to move along a sliding rail on the track plate and pushes the power transmission rod to move up and down through the jacking spring, so that a cutter of the cutter mechanism is driven to cut paper up and down; meanwhile, the movable plate pushes the movable plate b to move so as to enable the cam to rotate, and the vertical ejector rod moves up and down under the action of the paper pressing spring and the cam, so that the pressing plate is driven to lift.
Preferably, the paper pushing mechanism comprises a frame, a push plate, a ball screw b, a connecting plate b, an encoder, a linear guide rail c, a belt wheel transmission mechanism b and a stepping motor, the frame is fixed on the rear workbench, mounting seats at two ends of a screw rod of the ball screw b and mounting seats at two ends of a guide rod of the linear guide rail c are respectively fixed on the side face of the frame, a nut of the ball screw b and a guide sleeve of the linear guide rail c are respectively connected with two ends of the top face of the push plate through the connecting plate b, the encoder is installed at one end of the screw rod of the ball screw b, the other end of the screw rod of the ball screw b is connected with a synchronous belt wheel of the belt wheel transmission mechanism b, the other synchronous belt wheel of the belt wheel.
The stepping motor rotates to drive the push plate to move, the encoder detects and feeds back actual rotation turn number signals of the screw rod of the ball screw b, and the control system realizes accurate control of displacement of the push plate according to the signals and improves paper cutting precision.
As optimization, safety gratings are installed on two sides of the front workbench.

Preferably, the paper cutting motor is a common three-phase asynchronous motor.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a paper cutting machine comprises a frame 1, a paper cutting mechanism 2, a paper pressing mechanism 3 and a paper pushing mechanism 4, wherein the frame 1 is a rectangular frame welded by steel materials, four corners of the bottom surface of the frame 1 are provided with foot cups and casters, the top surface of the frame 1 is sequentially provided with a front workbench 1-1, a main mounting plate 1-2 and a rear workbench 1-3 from front to back, and the front workbench 1-1 is provided with an operating button 1-1-1; a discharge port 1-1-2 is arranged at the position where the front workbench 1-1 is contacted with the main mounting plate 1-2; the paper cutting mechanism 2 and the paper pressing mechanism 3 are arranged on the main mounting plate 1-2; The jacking springs 2-5-4 are disc springs. The paper cutting motor 2-1 is a common three-phase asynchronous motor. A tension spring 2-5-13 is also arranged between the movable plate b2-5-7 and the power transmission rod 2-4-6.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 11 and 12, the paper pushing mechanism 4 includes a frame 4-1, a pushing plate 4-2, a ball screw b4-3, a connecting plate b4-4, an encoder 4-5, a linear guide c4-6, a pulley transmission mechanism b4-7, and a stepping motor 4-8, the frame 4-1 is fixed on the rear workbench 1-3, the mounting seats at both ends of the screw of the ball screw b4-3 and the mounting seats at both ends of the guide rod of the linear guide c4-6 are respectively fixed on the side surface of the frame 4-1, the nut of the ball screw b4-3 and the guide sleeve of the linear guide 829c 4-6 are respectively connected with both ends of the top surface of the pushing plate 4-2 through the connecting plate b4-4, the encoder 4-5 is installed at one end of the screw of the ball screw b4-3, the other end of the screw b4-3 is connected with a pulley of the pulley transmission, the other synchronous belt wheel of the belt wheel transmission mechanism b4-7 is arranged on an output shaft of the stepping motor 4-8, and the stepping motor 4-8 is fixed on the bottom surface of the main mounting plate 1-2 through a mounting plate. The stepping motor 4-8 rotates to drive the push plate 4-2 to move, the encoder detects and feeds back an actual rotating turn number signal of the ball screw b4-3 screw, and the control system realizes accurate control of the displacement of the push plate 4-2 according to the signal, so that the paper cutting precision is improved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 13, safety barriers 5 are installed on both sides of the front stage 1-1. The lower part of the discharge port 1-1-2 is provided with a discharge chute 6, and the front surface of the frame 1 is correspondingly provided with a discharge chute supporting rod 7.
