The high difficulty of integral flange forming load is mainly caused by the fact that the contact area is too large when the flange is formed, the inner hole die protector is improved, the limiting flange of the inner hole die protector adopts an inverted circular truncated cone shape with a large upper portion and a small lower portion, the contact area is reduced, the contact area is small when the flange is upset by the improved inner hole die protector, the required load is obviously reduced, as shown in figure 3, a 5000-ton free forging press can achieve the purpose, only the middle portion is formed, but the periphery is only required to be flattened by narrow flat anvils one by one after the inner hole die protector is taken out, as shown in figure 4, the deformation of a central hole is basically not influenced when the periphery on the left side is pressed, more importantly, the pressure requirement on equipment is reduced, and the operation is simple and practical.
