The bunge auriculate root benzophenone can promote metabolism of hair follicle cells, has a promoting effect on growth of the hair follicle cells, and has an effect of resisting scalp sclerosis. The folium Platycladi flavone has effects of promoting blood circulation, blackening hair, and promoting hair growth. The angelica oil can expand scalp and capillary vessels of skin, promote blood circulation, moisten skin and hair, blacken and brighten hair, and is a transdermal absorption enhancer which can promote transdermal absorption of other effective components. The oleum Olivarum has effects of promoting blood circulation, protecting skin, resisting aging, and keeping moisture. The bluecopper peptide can protect injured tissues from further damage caused by oxidation, stimulate hair follicles, grow hairs, reduce alopecia and promote the synthesis of type I collagen so as to repair the injured hair quality. MES (fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (3) disodium sulfosuccinate monoester) has good performances of washing, dispersing, wetting, solubilizing and the like, and can be well compounded with other components in a product to generate high emulsification inclusion effect.

(2) Preparation of the aqueous phase: dissolving saponin of fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis, saponin of fructus Sapindi Mukouossi, and ceruloplasmin in water, and filtering.

(3) Preparation of the product: slowly adding the prepared water phase into the oil phase, adding MES, angelica oil and olive oil under strong stirring, adding water to a constant volume, and continuously stirring for 10-30min to obtain the natural hair nourishing and protecting shampoo.

32g of saponin of Chinese honeylocust fruit, 80g of soapnut saponin, 0.56g of ceruloplasmin, 0.03g of benzophenone of bunge auriculate root, 0.36g of flavone of Chinese arborvitae twig, 0.15g of gingerol, 0.4g of angelica oil, 10g of olive oil and 33.6g of MES.

Example 4

8g of saponin of Chinese honeylocust fruit, 80g of soapnut saponin, 0.56g of ceruloplasmin, 0.03g of benzophenone of bunge auriculate root, 0.36g of flavone of cacumen biotae, 0.45g of gingerol, 0.4g of angelica oil, 0.14g of olive oil and 22.4g of MES.

(3) Preparation of the product: slowly adding the prepared water phase into the oil phase, adding MES, angelica oil and olive oil under strong stirring, adding water to a constant volume of 280g, and continuously stirring for 15min to obtain the natural hair nourishing and protecting shampoo.

Example 5

Example 6

8g of saponin of Chinese honeylocust fruit, 20g of soapnut saponin, 0.56g of ceruloplasmin, 0.14g of benzophenone of bunge auriculate root, 0.36g of flavone of Chinese arborvitae twig, 0.15g of gingerol, 0.4g of angelica oil, 10g of olive oil and 33.6g of MES.

50 pieces of C₅₇Mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: blank control group, positive control group, test substance group (sample prepared in example 1), 10 of each group, and male and female halves. Preparing a bacterial suspension: inoculating Malassezia furfur strain on olive oil solid culture medium, culturing in 37 deg.C incubator for 4 days, eluting with normal saline to obtain bacterial suspension, adjusting turbidimeter to McLeod 4 tube concentration, counting with blood cell counting plate to (1.0-2.0) × 10⁶CFU/ml. Adding 100 μ L of the bacterial liquid in the previous step into each prepared drug-containing 96-well plate to obtain final bacterial concentration of 0.5-1.0 x 10⁶CFU/ml. The liquid culture medium is used for dilution of a sample to be tested in a multiple ratio, and the test concentration of all samples is 25-0.024% based on 100% concentration. The experimental results show that the sample A, B, C has certain bacteriostatic activity, wherein the minimum bacteriostatic concentration of the sample A (the sample prepared in example 1) is the minimum, which indicates that the oil phase, the water phase and the medium have synergistic antibacterial effect after being mixed to prepare the product.

The natural hair nourishing and caring shampoo is characterized by being prepared from 10-40.2% of water phase, 0.19-0.34% of oil phase and 51.82-97.4% of matrix by mass percent; 9.03-61.37% of saponin in the water phase, 38.05-90.76% of soapberry saponin and 0.12-1.96% of ceruloplasmin; 22.97 to 53.71 percent of gingerol, 37.67 to 66.75 percent of Chinese arborvitae twig flavone and 3.44 to 22.05 percent of bunge auriculate root benzophenone in the oil phase; in the matrix, 0.029-0.27% of angelica oil, 0.053-6.45% of olive oil, 8.56-21.5% of MES and the balance of deionized water are adopted; the preparation method of the natural hair nourishing and caring shampoo comprises the following steps:

(1) preparation of oil phase: dissolving gingerol, folium Platycladi flavone, and radix Cynanchi auriculati benzophenone with sufficient ethanol, and filtering;

(2) preparation of the aqueous phase: dissolving saponin of fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis, saponin of fructus Sapindi Mukouossi, and ceruloplasmin in water, and filtering;
