Example 1
The present embodiment provides a spray system 100, please refer to fig. 1-6 together. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a cleaning machine according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is an exploded view of a first spray mechanism provided in an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an impeller assembly in a spray system according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a baffle in a spraying system according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a rotary drum in a spray system according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a connecting shaft in the spraying system according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Including a first spray mechanism 110 and a second spray mechanism 120; the first spraying mechanism 110 is located above the second spraying mechanism 120, and a cleaning space 210 is formed between the first spraying mechanism 110 and the second spraying mechanism 120; both the first spray mechanism 110 and the second spray mechanism 120 spray the rinse solution to the rinse space 210.
The spray system 100 provided in this embodiment includes a first spray mechanism 110 located at the top of the cleaning space 210 and a second spray mechanism 120 located at the bottom of the cleaning space 210, where the first spray mechanism 110 can spray the rinse solution moving from the top to the bottom, and the second spray mechanism 120 can spray the rinse solution moving from the bottom to the top, and the rinse solution sprayed by the first spray mechanism 110 has a movement direction opposite to that of the rinse solution sprayed by the second spray mechanism 120, so that both one side of the tableware facing the bottom of the cleaning space 210 and one side facing the top of the cleaning space 210 can be in the coverage area of the rinse solution, increasing the contact area between the rinse solution and the tableware, and making the tableware clean more thoroughly.
Therefore, the spray system 100 provided in this embodiment enlarges the coverage area of the rinse solution, reduces the dead space area for washing the tableware, and makes the washing of the tableware more thorough and the washing effect more remarkable.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the first and second embodiments, preferably,
The spray system 100 further includes a drive mechanism 130, the drive mechanism 130 for driving the first spray mechanism 110 to rotate about its own axis to rotate the spray rinse.
Meanwhile, the first spraying mechanism 110 is rotated by the driving mechanism 130, and the leacheate located inside the first spraying mechanism 110 is sprayed out of the first spraying mechanism 110. After the sprayed leacheate is separated from the first spraying mechanism 110, the leacheate has an initial speed moving along the circumferential direction, and the leacheate continues to move along the circumferential direction under the action of inertia, and meanwhile, the leacheate can be sprayed from the top to the bottom of the cleaning space 210 under the action of gravity. Therefore, the shower liquid sprayed from the first spraying mechanism 110 may form a coverage area of approximately a truncated cone shape, which gradually increases in diameter in a direction toward the bottom of the washing space 210. The spray system 100 provided in this embodiment enlarges the coverage area of the rinse solution, reduces the dead angle area for washing the tableware, and makes the washing of the tableware more thorough and the washing effect more remarkable.
In particular, the method comprises the steps of,
The drive mechanism 130 includes a side spray head 131 with spray nozzles directed toward the first spray mechanism 110.

The spray system 100 provided in this embodiment is driven by water energy, the water flow sprayed by the side spray head 131 directly acts on the impeller assembly 111, the impeller of the impeller assembly 111 has an arc-shaped diversion surface, the installation position of the diversion surface enables the impeller to divert the water flow, and the acting force of the water flow is converted into the acting force for driving the impeller assembly 111 to rotate. Because the impeller assembly 111 is formed by a plurality of impellers, in the rotation process of the impeller assembly 111, water flow can continuously provide acting force, so that the plurality of impellers can guide water flow and convert the acting force, further drive the impeller assembly 111 to rotate, and drive the first spraying mechanism 110 to rotate. It should be noted that, the plurality of impellers of the impeller assembly 111 are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the impeller assembly 111, and the plurality of impellers may be integrally formed or may be mutually independent.
Further, the method comprises the steps of,
