Background
A dishwasher is a device that sprays cold water or hot water to dishes to remove dirt adhered to the dishes and wash the dishes. Although the spray arm adopts a rotary motion mode through the dishwasher for spray cleaning, the dishwasher has limited cleaning capability because the housing of the dishwasher is generally square, and the motion track of the rotary spray arm is circular, so tableware positioned at four corners of the dishwasher is still a spray dead angle. The soaking type washing mode can enable pollutants to be reattached to tableware when water is removed, and meanwhile a large amount of water resource waste is caused.

In order to avoid that the spraying device cannot self-excitation rotate under the condition of smaller liquid pressure, a transmission shaft which can be driven by a motor is arranged in the main shaft, and the main shaft and the transmission shaft synchronously rotate.
Preferably, a large pressure is achieved for concentrated spraying, each nozzle being directed in the axial direction of the spindle.
Different pressures are generated on the surface of the tableware to strip stains, and the nozzles are in the forms of a sector, a cone, a spiral or a column, and the nozzles on each spray pipe are in different forms.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the advantages that: the spray device is arranged to be in a claw shape as a whole, and the movement track of the spray pipe is consistent with the shape of the inner container of the dish washer, so that all corners in the washing space can be sprayed, the spray dead angle is avoided, the spray range is enlarged, and the cleaning cleanliness is improved; and each spray pipe is provided with nozzles in different forms to form liquid columns in different shapes, so that different pressures are generated on the surface of the tableware to strip stains.

Detailed Description
The application is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a dish washer comprises a housing 1, a liner 2 arranged in the housing 1, wherein a washing space is formed in the liner 2, and a spray device 3 is arranged in the washing space. The cross sections of the outer shell 1 and the inner container 2 are square, preferably square.
The shower device 3 includes a main shaft 31, a shower arm 32 connected to the main shaft 31, and a spout 33 connected to the shower arm 32. The main shaft 31 has a hollow cylindrical shape, the spray arms 32 include at least two, a first end of each spray arm 32 is connected to a peripheral wall of the main shaft 31 and an inside of the spray arms 32 communicate. In the present embodiment, the shower arms 32 are three, and are arranged at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the main shaft 31. The main shaft 31 is angled with respect to the spray arm 32, preferably perpendicular to each other, and if the main shaft 31 extends in the longitudinal direction, the spray arm 32 extends in the transverse direction.
The spray arm 32 is hollow and elongated and has opposite first and second ends, the first end being adapted to be coupled to the spindle 31 and the second end being adapted to be coupled to the spout 33, the spout 33 extending in a direction parallel to the axis of the spindle 31. The spout 33 is hollow and tubular, preferably circular, with the spout 33 having opposite first and second ends, the first end of which is connected to the second end of the spray arm 32 and the interior of the spray arm 32 is in communication with the interior of the spout 33, and the second end of the spout 33 is closed. Thus, the internal passages of the main shaft 31, the shower arm 32, and the shower pipe 33 constitute a flow path of the cleaning liquid (water or cleaning agent). Preferably, the direction of extension of the spout 33 relative to the spray arm 32 and the direction of extension of the spindle 31 relative to the spray arm 32 are opposite, and the spout 33 and spray arm 32 are angled, whereby the spray device is claw-shaped overall.
The side wall of the spout 33 is provided with at least two nozzles 331, preferably at least two nozzles 331, and arranged in a spaced relationship between the first and second ends of the spout 33. Because the inner container 2 of the dish washer is square, and the movement track of the spraying device 3 is circular, in order to avoid the four corners of the inner container 2 to be the spraying dead angles, the bottom edge of the inner container 2 is provided with a guide rail 21, and the guide rail 21 is annular and is in a concave groove form with a downward concave and an upper opening. Referring to fig. 4, the spray arm 32 of the spray device 3 includes a fixed arm 321 and a sliding arm 322, the fixed arm 321 is fixedly connected with the spindle 31, and the sliding arm 322 is slidably connected with the fixed arm 321.
The fixed arm 321 has opposite first and second ends, the sliding arm 322 has opposite first and second ends, the first end of the fixed arm 321 is connected to the main shaft 31, the second end of the fixed arm 321 is inserted into the first end of the sliding arm 322, and the second end of the sliding arm 322 is connected to the nozzle 33. The top surface of the fixed arm 321 is provided with a protrusion 323 near the second end, the extending direction of the protrusion 323 is consistent with the spray pipe 33, the top surface of the sliding arm 322 is provided with a sliding groove 324, and the protrusion 323 is inserted into the sliding groove 324, so that the sliding track of the sliding arm 322 relative to the fixed arm 321 is guided.
When the spray device 3 rotates, since the guide rail 21 is square, and the bottom of the spray pipe 33 is always kept in the guide rail 21, the sliding arm 322 moves and stretches relative to the fixed arm 321, that is, the arm length of the spray arm 32 is always changed in motion, when the spray pipe 33 rotates to a corner, the arm length of the spray arm 32 reaches the longest, and when the spray pipe 33 rotates to the middle of one side, the arm length of the spray arm 32 reaches the shortest, so that the rotating track of the spray pipe 33 is square.
The bottom of the spout 33 extends from the top surface of the second end of the slide arm 322 to below the bottom surface and is inserted into the guide rail 21 at the bottom of the liner 2.
The main shaft 31 is connected to a water pump in a manner such that a shower (corresponding to a rotary spray arm) is used as a water outlet member of the water pump as described in a sink type cleaning machine disclosed in the present application No. 201310750968.1. Alternatively, the main shaft 31 of the shower device may be connected to a closed water pump via a pipeline.
Furthermore, the spray device may be self-exciting rotated by the power of the water flow as described in the above-mentioned documents of the present inventors. Alternatively, an additional motor may be provided to drive the spindle 31 to rotate, and a transmission shaft 311 may be provided in the spindle 31, where the transmission shaft 311 may be driven by the motor to rotate, thereby driving the spindle 31 to rotate. The bottom of the main shaft 31 is provided with a gear 312, which can be matched with the output shaft of the motor for transmission, the transmission shaft 311 passes through the gear 312, and the rotation of the gear 312 can further drive the transmission shaft 311. When the dish-washing machine works:
