Abstract

本发明公开了一种高流动高抗冲玻纤增强PPS改性材料,包括以下重量份配比的组份:熔指范围为100‑500的中低熔指PPS原料A 45~55份,熔指范围为500‑800的中高熔指PPS原料B 2~10份,玻璃纤维40~50份,偶联剂0.2~5份,含氟聚合物加工助剂PPA 0.1~1份,乙烯共聚物1~5份,芳香酸0.5~2份。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,更具体地,涉及一种高流动高抗冲玻纤增强PPS改性材料。
背景技术
聚苯硫醚(PPS)是一种综合性能优异的特种工程塑料,具有强度高、耐化学腐蚀性好、阻燃、抗蠕变等特点,广泛应用于汽车、电子电气、航空航天及化工等领域。近些年,PPS也逐渐用于笔记本电脑,但是,聚苯硫醚存在诸如脆性大、刚性低、韧性低等缺点,制约着其进一步应用发展。
虽然PPS经过玻璃纤维增强后可显著提高其刚性和其他力学性能,但是增强后的改性料流动性变差、抗冲击性能差、制品表面粗糙、浮纤多,不能很好地满足制件的注塑成型及性能和外观要求。因此,为了满足制件的注塑成型性能、强度、抗冲击性能、外观等要求,进一步扩大PPS应用领域,迫切需要开发高流动、高力学性能和美观兼具的玻纤增强聚苯硫醚改性材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种高流动高抗冲玻纤增强PPS改性材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高流动高抗冲玻纤增强PPS改性材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份配比的组份:

优选地,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂中的一种或多种组合。
优选地,所述乙烯共聚物为聚苯乙烯、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚四氟乙烯、酸酐改性苯乙烯、酸酐改性乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸盐共聚物、乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物中的一种或多种组合。
优选地,所述芳香酸为苯甲酸、邻羟基苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸中的一种或多种组合。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明通过增加了PPA/乙烯共聚物/芳香酸的功能组分后,可以将熔融指数和抗冲击力都显著增强。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
本发明提出了一种高流动高抗冲玻纤增强PPS改性材料,包括以下重量份配比的组份:

上述组份中,含氟聚合物加工助剂(PPA)、乙烯共聚物和芳香酸构成玻纤增强PPS改性材料的功能母粒,能够增强流动性和抗冲击能力。
偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂中的一种或多种组合。
乙烯共聚物为聚苯乙烯、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚四氟乙烯、酸酐改性苯乙烯、酸酐改性乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸盐共聚物、乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物中的一种或多种组合。
芳香酸为苯甲酸、邻羟基苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸中的一种或多种组合。
除了上述组份外,还可以根据需要加入抗氧剂、颜料、或色粉等助剂。
将上述组份按份量比混合均匀,放入注塑机制得高流动高抗冲玻纤增强PPS改性材料。
表1列出了各实施例以及对比例的组份以及制得的pps改性材料的各功能参数。#1~#5为对比例,#6~#14分别为具体实施例,具体实施例中的乙烯共聚物具体选择为乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH),芳香酸具体选择为苯甲酸,从表1可以看到:
(1)通过对比例#1和#2,PPA的增加可以提高熔融指数,但有限;
(2)通过对比例#3,使用中高流动PPS原料和中低流动PPS原料的混合物可以提高流动性,但是纯使用中高流动PPS原料,流动性仍然不能满足注塑要求;
(3)通过对比例#4和#5,单独增加乙烯共聚物和芳香酸,也会提高流动性,但有限;
(4)和对比例相比,增加了PPA/乙烯共聚物/芳香酸的功能组分后,可以将熔融指数和抗冲击力都显著增强。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高流动高抗冲玻纤增强PPS改性材料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂中的一种或多种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高流动高抗冲玻纤增强PPS改性材料,其特征在于,所述乙烯共聚物为聚苯乙烯、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚四氟乙烯、酸酐改性苯乙烯、酸酐改性乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸盐共聚物、乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物中的一种或多种组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高流动高抗冲玻纤增强PPS改性材料,其特征在于,所述芳香酸为苯甲酸、邻羟基苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸中的一种或多种组合。
