Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: aiming at the defects in the prior art, the garbage recycling device special for the public facilities is provided, the peculiar smell can be effectively removed, the garbage in the recycling device can be automatically compressed, and the condition of the contained objects of the device can be displayed.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

After the garbage throwing is finished, a user pushes the handle rightwards, the arc-shaped partition plate is rotated anticlockwise, the handle partition barrel is driven to rotate, the upper end of the jacking block props against the lower end of the liner, the jacking block moves upwards from the lower end along the guide spiral column, the liner moves upwards along the axial direction of the barrel body in the process to the stop bayonet of the second clamping column and the upper end of the vertical guide groove, and when the second clamping column is clamped at the stop bayonet, the liner stops moving upwards; in the process, when the recycling opening is staggered with the garbage throwing opening and is not communicated with the garbage throwing opening, the controller controls the exhaust fan to stop working; in addition, in the ascending process of the inner container, the garbage throwing-in opening is shielded by the inner wall of the barrel body, and even if the garbage in the barrel body of the inner container exceeds the lower edge of the garbage throwing-in opening, the garbage cannot fall out of the barrel body from the barrel body; the pressing disc tightly supports the fluffy garbage in the inner container barrel body under the action of the spring, so that the fluffy garbage is compressed below the lower edge of the garbage throwing inlet; in the process, if the reaction force of the garbage on the compaction disc detected by the pressure sensor exceeds a set value, the controller controls the alarm lamp to be turned on to warn a garbage cleaning person that the equipment is fully loaded and the garbage in the garbage cleaning equipment is to be cleaned; after the recycling opening is closed, the laser ranging sensor is aligned with the inner container barrel body to detect, detected data are displayed on the display screen through the controller, and a garbage recycling person can know the containing condition of garbage in the inner container through the display screen.

The following describes in detail an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 13 and 17, the garbage collection apparatus includes a cylindrical outer tube 1, an inner container 4 mounted in the outer tube 1, a handle partition tube 5 disposed between the outer tube 1 and the inner container 4, and a top cover 3 sleeved on the outer tube.
The outer cylinder 1 comprises a cylinder body 11, and a V-shaped positioning slot 112 is formed in the inner wall of the upper end face of the cylinder body along the axial direction of the cylinder body; a recovery opening 111 is formed in the side wall of the upper part of the cylinder body and is positioned below the positioning slot; an exhaust outlet 116 is formed on the side wall of the cylinder body between the lower edge of the recovery opening and the upper edge of the cylinder body and is different from the position of the recovery opening; a group of cover lug sockets 114 are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the upper part of the cylinder body; the cover lug socket comprises a locking part and two connecting parts which are fixedly connected with the outer wall of the cylinder body respectively. A cylindrical guide spiral column 13 is formed at the center of the bottom in the cylinder body, and a spiral groove 131 is formed on the side wall of the guide spiral column.
An air draft device 2 is arranged on the outer side of the cylinder body corresponding to the exhaust outlet; the air draft device comprises a box body 22, an active carbon filter 24 inserted in the front part in the box body and used for filtering off odor gas overflowing from the exhaust outlet, and an exhaust fan 6 arranged at the rear part of the box body; the activated carbon filter comprises a shell with through holes uniformly formed in the wall surface and activated carbon particles arranged in the shell; the exhaust fan is connected to the inner wall of the box body through screws; an air outlet 23 is formed on the lower end surface of the box body corresponding to the outlet of the exhaust fan; the upper end surface of the box body is also fixedly connected with an L-shaped supporting base 21; the L-shaped supporting base is connected with the side wall of the top cover through a screw; the side wall of the box body is also formed with a filter material mounting opening, and the filter material mounting opening is rotatably connected with a box cover.
The inner container comprises a barrel body 41 in a cylindrical shape; a positioning bulge 412 is formed at the upper end of the inner container corresponding to the positioning slot; the positioning bulge is matched and connected with the positioning slot in a sliding manner;
a garbage throwing-in opening 411 is formed on the side wall of the upper part of the barrel body corresponding to the position of the recovery opening; a sink groove is formed on the side wall of the upper part of the barrel body corresponding to the exhaust outlet; and a plurality of groups of air outlet holes 413 which are arranged along the axis of the barrel body at equal intervals are formed in the sinking groove.
The handle separating cylinder comprises a separating cylinder base 52 which is rotationally connected to the inner bottom surface of the cylinder body, a cylindrical guide seat 53 which is formed at the upper end of the separating cylinder base, and an arc-shaped separating plate 51 which is formed at the periphery of the upper end of the separating cylinder base; the width of the circular arc-shaped partition plate is smaller than that of the recovery opening; the width of the arc-shaped partition plate is not less than that of the garbage throwing port; a handle 511 is fixedly connected to the position, corresponding to the recovery opening, of the circular arc-shaped partition plate; a group of vertical guide grooves 531 parallel to the axial direction of the cylinder body are formed on the inner wall of the cylindrical guide seat; 2 guide grooves 531 are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the cylindrical guide seat; a stop bayonet 532 is formed at the upper end of the guide groove; a jacking block 50 for pushing the inner container to move up and down along the axial direction of the barrel body is further arranged between the barrel body and the barrel body; the jacking block 50 comprises a jacking connecting part 502 connected between the guide screw column and the cylindrical guide seat and a jacking part 501 formed at the upper end of the jacking connecting part; a first clamping column 5021 matched with the spiral groove in sliding connection is formed at the lower part of the inner wall of the jacking connecting part; second clamping columns 5022 are formed on the outer side of the jacking connecting part corresponding to the vertical guide grooves respectively; the second clamping column is connected with the vertical guide groove in a sliding mode; the upper end surface of the jacking part is abutted against the lower end surface of the barrel body.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the inner side of the jacking block is slidably connected with the guiding spiral column through a first clamping column, and the outer side of the jacking block is slidably connected with the cylindrical guiding seat through a second clamping column; when a user rotates the handle separating cylinder to drive the cylindrical guide seat to rotate, the rotating cylindrical guide seat can push the second clamping column to move, and at the moment, the first clamping column can move along the spiral groove of the guide spiral column, so that the jacking block can move up and down along the axial direction of the guide spiral column to drive the inner container tightly abutted against the jacking block to move up and down; when the jacking block moves to the upper part of the guide spiral column, the second clamping column is clamped on the stop bayonet to position the jacking block relative to the guide spiral column.
The top cover comprises a circular groove-shaped cover body 31 with an opening at the lower end and 2 positioning cover lugs formed on the periphery of the lower end of the cover body; 2 positioning cover lugs are respectively matched and spliced with the cover lug sockets; a display screen mounting groove 311 is formed in the upper part of the positioning cover lug; a display screen 312 is arranged in the display screen mounting groove; a handle 313 is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the cover body; an alarm lamp 314 is mounted on the upper end face of the cover body through screws.
The upper end surface of the inner part of the cover body is provided with an inserting convex block 32 inserted with the inner wall of the inner container.
The center of the plug-in lug is in threaded connection with a guide column 35; a circular clamping block is formed on the lower end face of the guide post; the guide post is sequentially sleeved with a spring b33 and a compaction disc 34 for compacting garbage in the liner; the upper end of the spring b abuts against the upper end face inside the cover body, and the lower end of the spring b abuts against the upper end face of the pressing disc; the lower end face of the pressing disc is tightly abutted to the upper end face of the circular fixture block; a pressure sensor 351 and a laser ranging sensor 352 are mounted on the lower end face of the circular fixture block; the locking part is slidably connected with a locking buckle 115 used for clamping the positioning cover lug; the lower end surface of the box body and the lower end surfaces of the 2 positioning cover lugs are positioned on the same horizontal plane; when the top cap was taken off from the stack shell, this structure can guarantee that the top cap can be alone the level place subaerial, prevents that the electrical apparatus part in the top cap from swaying the inefficacy.

When the garbage can is in an open state, the second clamping column of the jacking block is abutted against the bottom end of the vertical guide groove (the inner container is at the lowest position relative to the can body), and a user can put garbage into the inner container through the recycling opening.
When a user holds a handle to push a handle separating cylinder to rotate anticlockwise, the handle separating cylinder drives a cylindrical guide seat to rotate while gradually blocking a recovery opening along with an arc-shaped partition plate, the rotating cylindrical guide seat can push a second clamping column to move, and at the moment, a first clamping column can move along a spiral groove of a guide spiral column, so that the jacking block can move upwards along the axial direction of the guide spiral column to drive an inner container tightly abutted against the jacking block to move upwards; when the second clamping column clamps the stop bayonet, the inner container stops moving upwards (the inner container is at the highest position relative to the cylinder body); in the process of lifting the inner container upwards, the pressing disc extends into the inner container from the opening at the upper end of the inner container, and the loose garbage in the inner container is compacted under the action of the spring, so that the residual capacity of the inner container is increased. In the compaction process, a pressure sensor arranged at the lower end of the guide post feeds back the garbage reaction force transmitted to the compaction disc to the controller, and when the pressure value exceeds 400N, the controller lights the alarm lamp to warn a garbage cleaning person that the equipment is fully loaded and the internal garbage is to be cleaned.
In the process that the inner container moves upwards relative to the cylinder body, the top cover is fixed on the cylinder body through the locking buckle; the structure can ensure that the compaction disc is jacked up in the process of compacting the garbage in the inner container.
The inside controller that still installs of top cap, pressure sensor, laser rangefinder sensor, warning light, display screen, exhaust fan with the controller electricity is connected.
The controller is a single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer is used for acquiring signals of the laser ranging sensor, the pressure sensor and the like, and the work of controlling the alarm lamp, the electromagnet, the exhaust fan and the like according to a set program is conventional technology in the field, and the work can be easily realized by a person skilled in the art according to the requirements of the invention, so the description is not repeated.
The size of the garbage throwing opening is not larger than that of the recycling opening. As shown in fig. 14, 15 and 16, the present embodiment is improved based on embodiment 1 as follows: and an energy storage device 12 is further mounted on the lower part of the outer side of the cylinder body corresponding to the position of the recovery opening. The energy storage device comprises a base 121 fixedly connected with the lower end of the barrel body, a pedal 122 rotatably connected to the base through a rotating shaft 124, a connecting wire joint 123 fixedly connected to the lower end of the pedal, and a connecting mechanism 120 for connecting the pedal and the handle separating barrel; the connecting mechanism comprises a pre-tightening abutting plate 1202 fixedly connected to the inner wall of the barrel body, a sliding push block 1205 used for pushing the handle separating barrel to rotate, a pre-tightening spring 1201, one end of which is fixedly connected to the sliding push block and the other end of which is connected to the pre-tightening abutting plate, a pulley 1203 rotatably connected to the inner wall of the barrel body and a connecting line 1204 sequentially connected with the sliding push block, the pulley and the connecting line joint; the sliding push block is connected to the inner wall of the lower part of the barrel body in a sliding manner; the pulley, the pre-tightening resisting plate, the sliding push block and the pre-tightening spring are arranged on the same horizontal plane. When a user steps on the pedal, the connecting line joint connected below the pedal drives the connecting line to be pulled downwards, the connecting line turns horizontally through the pulley to pull the sliding push block to be communicated with the pre-tightening resisting plate to be contracted towards one side of the pre-tightening resisting plate, and potential energy continues to be accumulated. As shown in fig. 16, when the circular arc type partition plate 51 is located at the door closing position S2, that is, the recovery opening is blocked by the circular arc type partition plate; when the arc-shaped partition plate 51 is located at the door opening position S1, namely the recycling opening is not blocked by the arc-shaped partition plate, and the recycling opening is correspondingly communicated with the garbage throwing-in opening; when a user puts garbage in the garbage bin, the user firstly steps on the pedal by feet, and if the user opens the door to put the garbage, the sliding push block pushes the handle separating cylinder under the action of the spring after the user releases the pedal, so that the arc-shaped separating plate is automatically restored to the door closing position from the door opening position; if the user steps on the pedal but does not rotate the arc-shaped partition plate, the sliding push block is restored to the original position after the user releases the pedal, and the handle partition cylinder is not pushed.
