Background
The comfort degree of the internal environment of the passenger car relates to the traveling quality of passengers, and in terms of comfort, besides the influence factors such as vehicle vibration, illumination, refrigeration in the passenger room in summer, heating in winter and the like, the micro-wind speed in the passenger room, the uniformity of a wind speed field, the indoor air flow organization state, the pressure change inside and outside the passenger car and the like are important parameters, and the parameters mainly depend on the ventilation condition of the passenger car.
For double-deck passenger cars, the air intake of the ventilation system is more strictly required due to the space limitation. The existing natural ventilation system is only provided with a left air outlet and a right air outlet, the air volume of the two air outlets respectively accounts for 50%, but the total air volume is low (only can reach 2kg/s), the air volume is different from the air volume of 3kg/s required by the design requirement at the speed of 40km/h, the air volume in the ventilation system has poor mobility, effective and sufficient air purification cannot be carried out, and the energy loss is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a natural ventilation system, aiming at solving the problems that the traditional ventilation system has low air inlet amount, poor air flow mobility in the ventilation system, can not carry out effective and sufficient air purification and has large energy loss.
The invention is realized by the following steps:

Furthermore, the air collecting box is provided with three outlets, and the three outlets are respectively provided with a left air guide channel, a middle air guide channel and a right air guide channel.

Preferably, the total cross-sectional area of the three outlets 3a is 80-90% of the surface area of the plane in which the three outlets 3a lie. With this arrangement, the wind collecting box 3 has high wind guiding efficiency, and can rapidly distribute the wind volume of the wind guiding box 2 to different wind guiding channels 4.
Preferably, the volume of the wind collecting box 3 is 0.1-0.2 times of the volume of the wind guide box 2, so that the wind collecting effect is increased and the wind quantity of the outlet 3a is reasonably distributed.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1, the left air guide duct 4a, the middle air guide duct 4b, and the right air guide duct 4c are respectively provided with a left air outlet 4d, a middle air outlet 4e, and a right air outlet 4f, and the left air outlet 4d, the middle air outlet 4e, and the right air outlet 4f are respectively connected to an air-conditioning duct.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1, the ratio of the ventilation volume of the left air guide channel 4a, the middle air guide channel 4b, and the right air guide channel 4c is 1:1.5-2.5:1, and preferably, referring to fig. 3, the ratio of the ventilation volume of the left air guide channel 4a, the middle air guide channel 4b, and the right air guide channel 4c is 1:2:1, so that the design requirement of the passenger car is met, and the air volume in the passenger car is sufficient and more comfortable.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the wind collecting box 3 is disposed at the center of the top surface of the wind guiding box 2, the left wind guiding channel 4a extends to the left end of the wind guiding box 2 leftwards, the right wind guiding channel 4c extends to the right end of the wind guiding box 2 rightwards, correspondingly, the left wind outlet 4d is located at the left end of the wind guiding box 2, the right wind outlet 4f is located at the right end of the wind guiding box 2, the middle wind outlet 4e is located in the middle of the wind guiding box 2, and the three wind outlets are reasonably distributed, so that the flow of air is accelerated. Optionally, the left air outlet 4d and the right air outlet 4f are at the same height and higher than the middle air outlet 4e.
The air volume was measured at an air speed of 40km/h in the natural ventilation system provided in example 1 and the conventional art (air ducts were provided at both ends of the air guide box, and the air volume in the air ducts at both ends was 50% each), and the results are shown in table 1. The natural ventilation system provided by the embodiment of the invention has the total air volume of more than 3kg/s at the wind speed of 40km/h, and meets the design requirements, as shown in the following table 1. Compared with the ventilation rate of 2.281kg/s in the prior art, the ventilation rate of the embodiment is increased by 42.7%.

Optionally, referring to fig. 1, an air inlet grille 1b is disposed at an air inlet 1a of the air inlet box 1 to remove particles such as dust, sand and the like in the air.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, an air purifying device 3b is further disposed on the channel between the wind collecting box 3 and the wind guiding box 2, and is used for purifying air flowing through the natural ventilation system.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, the air purification device 3b is a filter screen, the air collecting box 3 is provided with an installation groove, the filter screen is embedded in the installation groove, and the filter screen can be detached for periodic cleaning. Optionally, referring to fig. 1, when the natural ventilation system operates, air outside the vehicle enters the air inlet box 1 through the air inlet grille under the filtering action of the air inlet grille, then flows through the air guiding box 2, flows into the air collecting box 3 after being sufficiently purified by the air purifying device, and flows out through the air guiding pipe 4 after the air collecting box 3 reasonably distributes the air volume in the box.
The invention also provides a double-deck passenger car of the natural ventilation system, the ventilation system of the double-deck passenger car is the natural ventilation system in any one of the embodiments, and the overall environment in the car can be improved and the comfort level of passengers can be improved by the optimized design of the ventilation system in the carriage.

The pressure loss caused by the sudden increase of the pipe sectional area at the butt joint of the air outlet and the air-conditioning pipeline is reduced, and the generation of vortex is avoided, so that the airflow smoothly enters the carriage.
