Abstract
The invention provides a natural ventilation system and a double-deck passenger car, and relates to the technical field of ventilation, wherein the natural ventilation system comprises: the air guide box comprises an air inlet box (1), an air guide box (2), an air collecting box (3) and an air guide channel (4), wherein the air inlet box (1) is provided with an air inlet (1a) for receiving external air, the air guide box (2) is respectively communicated with the air inlet box (1) and the air collecting box (3), and the external air enters the air collecting box (3) through the air guide box (2); a plurality of outlets (3a) are formed in the air outlet end of the air collecting box (3), each outlet (3a) is provided with an air guide channel (4), and external air is distributed to the air guide channels (4) through the outlets (3a) after entering the air collecting box (3) and then is guided out through the air guide channels (4). The invention also provides a double-deck passenger car which comprises the natural ventilation system. The invention can improve the air intake of the double-deck passenger car, improve the air flow in the ventilation system and reduce the energy loss.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ventilation, in particular to a natural ventilation system and a double-deck passenger car.
Background
The comfort degree of the internal environment of the passenger car relates to the traveling quality of passengers, and in terms of comfort, besides the influence factors such as vehicle vibration, illumination, refrigeration in the passenger room in summer, heating in winter and the like, the micro-wind speed in the passenger room, the uniformity of a wind speed field, the indoor air flow organization state, the pressure change inside and outside the passenger car and the like are important parameters, and the parameters mainly depend on the ventilation condition of the passenger car.
For double-deck passenger cars, the air intake of the ventilation system is more strictly required due to the space limitation. The existing natural ventilation system is only provided with a left air outlet and a right air outlet, the air volume of the two air outlets respectively accounts for 50%, but the total air volume is low (only can reach 2kg/s), the air volume is different from the air volume of 3kg/s required by the design requirement at the speed of 40km/h, the air volume in the ventilation system has poor mobility, effective and sufficient air purification cannot be carried out, and the energy loss is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a natural ventilation system, aiming at solving the problems that the traditional ventilation system has low air inlet amount, poor air flow mobility in the ventilation system, can not carry out effective and sufficient air purification and has large energy loss.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
a natural ventilation system for natural ventilation of a double-deck passenger vehicle, comprising: the air inlet box is provided with an air inlet and used for receiving external air; the air guide box is respectively communicated with the air inlet box and the air collecting box, and the external air enters the air collecting box through the air guide box; the air outlet end of the air collecting box is provided with a plurality of outlets, each outlet is provided with an air guide channel, and the outside air is distributed to the plurality of air guide channels through the outlets after entering the air collecting box and then is guided out through the air guide channels.
Furthermore, the air guide duct is a rectangular air duct, is dispersedly arranged on the air collecting box and is used for guiding the airflow flowing out of the air collecting box to flow to the air conditioning pipeline.
Furthermore, the air collecting box is provided with three outlets, and the three outlets are respectively provided with a left air guide channel, a middle air guide channel and a right air guide channel.
Furthermore, the left air guide duct, the middle air guide duct and the right air guide duct are respectively provided with a left air outlet, a middle air outlet and a right air outlet, and the left air outlet, the middle air outlet and the right air outlet are respectively connected with an air conditioner pipeline.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the natural ventilation system obtained by the design can increase the effective area of the air inlet and improve the air inlet amount when in use; the fresh air outside the vehicle is continuously exchanged, the fresh air entering the vehicle room is distributed through the air collecting box, the air flow in the ventilation system is improved, the energy loss is reduced, and the cleanliness, the temperature and the humidity of the air in the carriage are adjusted, so that the health and the comfort of a human body are directly influenced.

Optionally, referring to fig. 1, the air guide duct 4 is a rectangular air duct, or may be a cylindrical air duct, a spiral air duct, or other air ducts, and is dispersedly disposed on one side of the air outlet of the air collecting box 3, and is used for guiding the air flow flowing out of the air collecting box 3 to flow to the air conditioning duct.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1, the three air collecting boxes 3 are provided with three outlets 3a, the three outlets 3a are respectively provided with a left air guide channel 4a, a middle air guide channel 4b and a right air guide channel 4c, and the design of the plurality of air guide channels is beneficial to reducing the conveying resistance of air flow, increasing the air intake and adapting to the air volume requirement of a double-deck passenger car.
Preferably, the total cross-sectional area of the three outlets 3a is 80-90% of the surface area of the plane in which the three outlets 3a lie. With this arrangement, the wind collecting box 3 has high wind guiding efficiency, and can rapidly distribute the wind volume of the wind guiding box 2 to different wind guiding channels 4.
Preferably, the volume of the wind collecting box 3 is 0.1-0.2 times of the volume of the wind guide box 2, so that the wind collecting effect is increased and the wind quantity of the outlet 3a is reasonably distributed.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1, the left air guide duct 4a, the middle air guide duct 4b, and the right air guide duct 4c are respectively provided with a left air outlet 4d, a middle air outlet 4e, and a right air outlet 4f, and the left air outlet 4d, the middle air outlet 4e, and the right air outlet 4f are respectively connected to an air-conditioning duct.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1, the ratio of the ventilation volume of the left air guide channel 4a, the middle air guide channel 4b, and the right air guide channel 4c is 1:1.5-2.5:1, and preferably, referring to fig. 3, the ratio of the ventilation volume of the left air guide channel 4a, the middle air guide channel 4b, and the right air guide channel 4c is 1:2:1, so that the design requirement of the passenger car is met, and the air volume in the passenger car is sufficient and more comfortable.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the wind collecting box 3 is disposed at the center of the top surface of the wind guiding box 2, the left wind guiding channel 4a extends to the left end of the wind guiding box 2 leftwards, the right wind guiding channel 4c extends to the right end of the wind guiding box 2 rightwards, correspondingly, the left wind outlet 4d is located at the left end of the wind guiding box 2, the right wind outlet 4f is located at the right end of the wind guiding box 2, the middle wind outlet 4e is located in the middle of the wind guiding box 2, and the three wind outlets are reasonably distributed, so that the flow of air is accelerated. Optionally, the left air outlet 4d and the right air outlet 4f are at the same height and higher than the middle air outlet 4e.
The air volume was measured at an air speed of 40km/h in the natural ventilation system provided in example 1 and the conventional art (air ducts were provided at both ends of the air guide box, and the air volume in the air ducts at both ends was 50% each), and the results are shown in table 1. The natural ventilation system provided by the embodiment of the invention has the total air volume of more than 3kg/s at the wind speed of 40km/h, and meets the design requirements, as shown in the following table 1. Compared with the ventilation rate of 2.281kg/s in the prior art, the ventilation rate of the embodiment is increased by 42.7%.

Optionally, referring to fig. 1, an air inlet grille 1b is disposed at an air inlet 1a of the air inlet box 1 to remove particles such as dust, sand and the like in the air.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, an air purifying device 3b is further disposed on the channel between the wind collecting box 3 and the wind guiding box 2, and is used for purifying air flowing through the natural ventilation system.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, the air purification device 3b is a filter screen, the air collecting box 3 is provided with an installation groove, the filter screen is embedded in the installation groove, and the filter screen can be detached for periodic cleaning. Optionally, referring to fig. 1, when the natural ventilation system operates, air outside the vehicle enters the air inlet box 1 through the air inlet grille under the filtering action of the air inlet grille, then flows through the air guiding box 2, flows into the air collecting box 3 after being sufficiently purified by the air purifying device, and flows out through the air guiding pipe 4 after the air collecting box 3 reasonably distributes the air volume in the box.
The invention also provides a double-deck passenger car of the natural ventilation system, the ventilation system of the double-deck passenger car is the natural ventilation system in any one of the embodiments, and the overall environment in the car can be improved and the comfort level of passengers can be improved by the optimized design of the ventilation system in the carriage.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the natural ventilation system provided by the embodiment of the present invention has the same implementation principle and the same technical effect as those of the embodiment 1, and for the sake of brief description, the same contents as those of the embodiment 1 may be referred to for the non-mentioned parts of the embodiment.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the left air outlet 4d, the middle air outlet 4e, and the right air outlet 4f are designed as divergent tubes, the right air outlet 4f is the same as the left air outlet 4d, and the tube sectional area of the divergent tubes gradually increases along with the airflow direction. The pressure loss caused by the sudden increase of the pipe sectional area at the butt joint of the air outlet and the air-conditioning pipeline is reduced, and the generation of vortex is avoided, so that the airflow smoothly enters the carriage.

the air guide box comprises an air inlet box (1), an air guide box (2), an air collecting box (3) and an air guide channel (4), wherein the air inlet box (1) is provided with an air inlet (1a) for receiving external air; the air guide box (2) is respectively communicated with the air inlet box (1) and the air collecting box (3), and the external air enters the air collecting box (3) through the air guide box (2); the volume of the air collection box (3) is 0.1-0.2 times of the volume of the air guide box (2), three outlets (3a) are formed in the air outlet end of the air collection box (3), the total sectional area of the three outlets (3a) is 80-90% of the surface area of the plane where the three outlets (3a) are located, a left air guide channel (4a), a middle air guide channel (4b) and a right air guide channel (4c) with the ventilation quantity ratio of 1:1.5-2.5:1 are respectively arranged at the three outlets (3a), and external air is distributed to the air guide channels (4) through the outlets (3a) after entering the air collection box (3) and then is guided out through the air guide channels (4).
2. The natural ventilation system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air guide duct (4) is a rectangular duct, and is dispersedly disposed on the air collection box (3) for guiding the air flow flowing out from the air collection box (3) to the air conditioning duct.

The natural ventilation system according to claim 1, wherein the left air duct (4a), the middle air duct (4b) and the right air duct (4c) are respectively provided with a left air outlet (4d), a middle air outlet (4e) and a right air outlet (4f), and the left air outlet (4d), the middle air outlet (4e) and the right air outlet (4f) are respectively connected with an air-conditioning duct.
4. The natural ventilation system as claimed in claim 1, wherein an air intake grill (1b) is provided at the air intake (1a) of the air intake box (1) to remove dust from the air.
5. The natural ventilation system according to claim 1, wherein an air cleaning device (3b) is further provided on a passage between the wind-collecting box (3) and the wind-guiding box (2) for cleaning air flowing through the natural ventilation system.
6. The natural ventilation system of claim 5, wherein the air purification device (3b) is a filter screen, the wind collecting box (3) is provided with an installation groove, and the filter screen is embedded in the installation groove.
7. Double-decker passenger car, characterized in that it comprises a natural ventilation system according to any of the preceding claims 1-6.
