发热储热性能好的纤维面料
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维面料领域,特别是涉及一种发热储热性能好的纤维面料。
背景技术
传统的冬服如棉絮、羽绒、裘皮和各类化纤絮片等保暖材料制成的服装,多通过阻止热量散发来达到保暖效果,其缺点是厚重、臃肿。随着人们审美和舒适要求的提高,能发热并持久保温的轻薄型面料日益受到青睐,从而促进了储热发热纤维面料的研发。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种发热储热性能好的纤维面料,能够在光能发热纤维层通过光照吸收远红外纤维从而发热,通过层层传导进入面料内部,起到发热保温的效果,发热效果佳,储热效果好在冬日为人们提供暖意。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种发热储热性能好的纤维面料,包括:防水耐磨层、光能发热纤维层、储热纤维层和亲肤纤维层;所述防水耐磨层为防水耐磨薄膜,是所述发热储热性能好的纤维面料的最外层,所述防水耐磨层涂覆在所述光能发热纤维层外层,所述储热纤维层压制在所述光能发热纤维层下层,所述亲肤纤维层为所述发热储热性能好的纤维面料的最里层,纺制在所述储热纤维层下层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防水耐磨层的防水耐磨薄膜为氟化聚氨酯膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防水耐磨层厚度为2μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述光能发热纤维层材料为含有陶瓷粉体的丙纶纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述储热纤维层材料为中空纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述亲肤纤维层材料为羊绒纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够在光能发热纤维层通过光照吸收远红外纤维从而发热,通过层层传导进入面料内部,起到发热保温的效果,发热效果佳,储热效果好在冬日为人们提供暖意。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种发热储热性能好的纤维面料,包括:防水耐磨层1、光能发热纤维层2、储热纤维层3和亲肤纤维层4;所述防水耐磨层1为防水耐磨薄膜,是所述发热储热性能好的纤维面料的最外层,所述防水耐磨层1涂覆在所述光能发热纤维层2外层,所述储热纤维层2压制在所述光能发热纤维层3下层,所述亲肤纤维层4为所述发热储热性能好的纤维面料的最里层,纺制在所述储热纤维层3下层。因为防水耐磨层1为透明色,因此阳光能够直接照射至光能发热纤维层2,光能发热纤维层2吸收阳光中的远红外线,从而实现自发热,其热量会传导至储热纤维层3,储热纤维层3储存的热量通过亲肤纤维层4传导至人体皮肤,从而为人体提供热量和温暖。
进一步说明,所述防水耐磨层的防水耐磨薄膜为氟化聚氨酯膜,当聚氨酯膜被氟化后,膜层和水的接触角达到了156°,和油的接触角达到了145°,从而具有了超疏水疏油性能。并且氟化聚氨酯膜具有更高的耐水性、更好的透气性和水蒸汽透过率。能够确保纤维面料的防水性能和使用寿命,同时,防水耐磨层厚度为2μm。因为光能发热纤维层是在防水耐磨层之后的,防水耐磨层厚度过厚的话,会影响光线的穿透率,使光线发生偏折,从而影响光发热纤维层对远红外线的捕捉。而防水耐磨层厚度太薄的话,则会影响纤维面料的保暖性能,容易让热能逸散。
再进一步说明,光能发热纤维层材料采用的是有陶瓷粉体的丙纶纤维。陶瓷粉体多是金属氧化物,如氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化锆,是一种远红外线吸收物质,能够有效的吸收阳光中的远红外波,并产生热能,从而达到自发热的目的,丙纶最大的优点是质地轻,其密度仅为0.91g/cm3是常见化学纤维中密度最轻的品种,所以同样重量的丙纶可比其他纤维得到的较高的覆盖面积。因此采用丙纶能够显著的减少原料成本,同时,丙纶还具有良好的耐酸碱性能和强度,使用寿命长,并且丙纶导热系数不高,因此具有良好的保暖性能。
更进一步说明,所述储热纤维层材料为中空纤维。中空纤维是指纤维轴向有细管状空腔的化纤,贯通纤维轴向具有管状空腔的化学纤维,高中空结构减少了纤维20%的重量,并且能包含大量静止空气,使其织物在轻便的同时保暖性能却比普通同质纤维面料提高了65%,在节省生产成本的同时提高保暖性能。
更进一步说明,所述亲肤纤维层材料为羊绒纤维。羊绒是一根根细而弯曲的纤维,其中含有很多的空气,并形成空气层,可以防御外来冷空气的侵袭,保留体温不会减低。羊绒比羊毛细很多,外层鳞片也比羊毛细密、光滑,因此,重量轻、柔软、韧性好。特别适合制做内衣,贴身穿着时,轻、软、柔、滑,非常舒适,是任何纤维所无法比拟的。因此采用羊绒纤维作为亲肤层,是最佳选择。
本发明能够在光能发热纤维层通过光照吸收远红外纤维从而发热,通过层层传导进入面料内部,起到发热保温的效果,发热效果佳,储热效果好在冬日为人们提供暖意。

1.一种发热储热性能好的纤维面料,其特征在于,包括:防水耐磨层、光能发热纤维层、储热纤维层和亲肤纤维层;所述防水耐磨层为防水耐磨薄膜,是所述发热储热性能好的纤维面料的最外层,所述防水耐磨层涂覆在所述光能发热纤维层外层,所述储热纤维层压制在所述光能发热纤维层下层,所述亲肤纤维层为所述发热储热性能好的纤维面料的最里层,纺制在所述储热纤维层下层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发热储热性能好的纤维面料,其特征在于,所述防水耐磨层的防水耐磨薄膜为氟化聚氨酯膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发热储热性能好的纤维面料,其特征在于,所述防水耐磨层厚度为2μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发热储热性能好的纤维面料,其特征在于,所述光能发热纤维层材料为含有陶瓷粉体的丙纶纤维。
