Abstract
The invention relates to a bamboo section outer joint strickling device which comprises a frame, an annular cutter disc rotatably connected to the frame, a power assembly for driving the annular cutter disc to rotate at a high speed, and at least one strickling assembly arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the annular cutter disc. The invention aims to provide a bamboo section outer joint scraping device which can directly perform outer joint removing operation on an unbroken bamboo section and can avoid scraping redundant bamboo outer walls. The invention has the advantages that: the scraping assembly comprises a telescopic seat, a scraping blade and a guide roller, wherein the telescopic seat is slidably connected onto the annular cutter disc, the scraping blade is fixedly arranged at the inner end part of the telescopic seat, the guide roller is rotationally connected onto the telescopic seat, an elastic piece is arranged between the telescopic seat and the annular cutter disc, when the annular cutter disc rotates at a high speed, the guide roller is tightly attached to the outer peripheral wall of the bamboo section through the pressure action of the elastic piece, and automatic adjustment and processing of the scraping blade can be realized according to different radii of the bamboo section.
