Abstract
本发明提出了一种苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的聚合物及其制备方法,将聚合度为2‑10的壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸、蜂胶和辅料按照质量配比配合,混合均匀加水搅拌干燥后得到苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物,本发明中壳寡糖与苦瓜苷和环蒜氨酸协同配合作用,能够明显改善糖尿病患者和高血脂患者的症状,且不会引起不良反应,同时本发明在一定程度上还能够增强人体的免疫力。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品领域,尤其涉及一种苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
脂肪代谢或运转异常会使血浆一种或多种脂质高于正常水平,这种情况被称为高血脂,高血脂是一种全身性疾病,血液中TC和/或TG过高或HDL-C过低。该病对身体的损害是隐匿、逐渐、进行性的,它会直接导致全身的动脉粥样硬化,最终导致身体器官衰竭、心血管疾病等。
糖尿病是一种内分泌系统代谢紊乱疾病,以血浆葡萄糖含量高于正常水平为基本表现,糖尿病的成因至今尚未明确,无法根治,大多采用对症治疗、药物控制的方法,糖尿病如果不得到有效的控制,将进一步引发全身多种并发症,损害器官。
高血脂和糖尿病作为慢性疾病,需要长期用药,给患者带来了长期的困扰,长期服用药物同样给身体带来严重的副作用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种具有辅助降血糖降血脂功能的苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物,该组合物不仅可以有效降低患者的血糖和血脂水平,而且对身体损害小,同时还具有一定的保健作用。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:本发明提供了一种苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物,包括包括聚合度为2-10的壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸和蜂胶,所述壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸和蜂胶的质量比为1∶(1-1.25)∶(0.5-1.5)∶(0.2-0.6)。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸和蜂胶的质量比为1∶(1-1.2)∶(0.6-1.4)∶(0.3-0.5)。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸和蜂胶的质量比为1∶(1-1.1)∶(0.8-1.2)∶(0.3-0.4)。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,还包括辅料,所述辅料包括下述一种或多种成分:木糖醇、低聚木糖、甘露醇、蔗糖、糊精、淀粉、蛋白糖和植物蛋白粉,所述壳寡糖与辅料的质量比为1∶(2-3)。
一种苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按质量比称取苦瓜苷、壳寡糖、环蒜氨酸、蜂胶和辅料,分别过80目筛,将苦瓜苷和壳寡糖混合均匀,加入环蒜氨酸和蜂胶,混合均匀,再加入辅料的水溶液,制成浆料,搅拌10~30min,40~50℃下干燥后,得到苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物。
本发明的一种苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物及其制备方法相对于现有技术具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所涉及的主要成分均为天然产物,毒副作用小,安全可靠,同时还具有显著的降血糖和降血脂的功效,壳寡糖是自然界中唯一带正电荷阳离子碱性氨基低聚糖,安全无毒,具有抑制腐败菌,调节肠道等功能,同时壳寡糖还能够促进人体胰岛素分泌、增加胰岛受体的敏感性,增强血糖利用,同时配合苦瓜苷改善胰岛素的功能,修复β细胞,平稳降低血糖水平,有效减轻和控制II型高血糖并发症;
(2)本发明中还通过环蒜氨酸与壳寡糖复配使用,有效抑制高脂肪饮食引起的胆固醇升高,改善动脉粥样硬化,让人意想不到的是,本发明中壳寡糖与苦瓜苷和环蒜氨酸协同配合作用,能够明显改善糖尿病患者和高血脂患者的症状,且不会引起不良反应,同时本发明在一定程度上还能够增强人体的免疫力。

下面将结合本发明实施方式,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本发明一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
原料配比:聚合度2-10的壳寡糖100g、苦瓜苷100g、环蒜氨酸50g、蜂胶20g、木糖醇200g。
制备方法:将壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸、蜂胶过80目筛,按照配比将壳寡糖和苦瓜苷混合均匀,加入配比量的环蒜氨酸和蜂胶,混合均匀,再加入10%木糖醇水溶液,搅拌10min,搅拌完毕40℃下干燥,得到组合物。
实施例2
原料配比:聚合度2-10的壳寡糖100g、苦瓜苷110g、环蒜氨酸60g、蜂胶30g、甘露醇200g。
制备方法:将壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸、蜂胶过80目筛,按照配比将壳寡糖和苦瓜苷混合均匀,加入配比量的环蒜氨酸和蜂胶,混合均匀,再加入10%甘露醇水溶液,搅拌20min,搅拌完毕45℃下干燥,得到组合物。
实施例3
原料配比:聚合度2-10的壳寡糖100g、苦瓜苷120g、环蒜氨酸80g、蜂胶40g、糊精200g。
制备方法:将壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸、蜂胶过80目筛,按照配比将壳寡糖和苦瓜苷混合均匀,加入配比量的环蒜氨酸和蜂胶,混合均匀,再加入10%糊精水溶液,搅拌30min,搅拌完毕50℃下干燥,得到组合物。
实施例4
原料配比:聚合度2-10的壳寡糖100g、苦瓜苷125g、环蒜氨酸120g、蜂胶50g、蛋白糖250g。
制备方法:将壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸、蜂胶过80目筛,按照配比将壳寡糖和苦瓜苷混合均匀,加入配比量的环蒜氨酸和蜂胶,混合均匀,再加入10%蛋白糖水溶液,搅拌10min,搅拌完毕40℃下干燥,得到组合物。
实施例5
原料配比:聚合度2-10的壳寡糖100g、苦瓜苷100g、环蒜氨酸140g、蜂胶60g、植物蛋白粉250g。
制备方法:将壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸、蜂胶过80目筛,按照配比将壳寡糖和苦瓜苷混合均匀,加入配比量的环蒜氨酸和蜂胶,混合均匀,再加入10%植物蛋白粉水溶液,搅拌30min,搅拌完毕50℃下干燥,得到组合物。
实施例6
原料配比:聚合度2-10的壳寡糖100g、苦瓜苷125g、环蒜氨酸150g、蜂胶60g、蔗糖300g。
制备方法:将壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸、蜂胶过80目筛,按照配比将壳寡糖和苦瓜苷混合均匀,加入配比量的环蒜氨酸和蜂胶,混合均匀,再加入10%蔗糖水溶液,搅拌10min,搅拌完毕40℃下干燥,得到组合物。
将以上实施例1-6所制备的苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物喂食给大鼠并统计大鼠的血糖和血脂情况。
结论:本发明的苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物对大鼠的降血压和降血糖作用明显,具有良好的应用效果。

Claims (5)
1.一种苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物,其特征在于,包括聚合度为2-10的壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸和蜂胶,所述壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸和蜂胶的质量比为1∶(1-1.25)∶(0.5-1.5)∶(0.2-0.6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物,其特征在于:所述壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸和蜂胶的质量比为1∶(1-1.2)∶(0.6-1.4)∶(0.3-0.5)。
3.如权利要求1所述的苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物,其特征在于,所述壳寡糖、苦瓜苷、环蒜氨酸和蜂胶的质量比为1∶(1-1.1)∶(0.8-1.2)∶(0.3-0.4)。
4.如权利要求1所述的苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物,其特征在于,还包括辅料,所述辅料包括下述一种或多种成分:木糖醇、低聚木糖、甘露醇、蔗糖、糊精、淀粉、蛋白糖和植物蛋白粉,所述壳寡糖与辅料的质量比为1∶(2-3)。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按质量比称取苦瓜苷、壳寡糖、环蒜氨酸、蜂胶和辅料,分别过80目筛,将苦瓜苷和壳寡糖混合均匀,加入环蒜氨酸和蜂胶,混合均匀,再加入辅料的水溶液,制成浆料,搅拌10~30min,40~50℃下干燥后,得到苦瓜苷与壳寡糖的组合物。
