Description

本发明属于金属冶炼备料工艺。
传统的工艺是将精矿粉加水在一定压力下制成型,干燥后,再入炉冶炼。由于强度低,在冶炼过程中自然松散成粉状,从而堵塞气体流通孔隙,被迫增大鼓风压力,使部份粉状精矿随废气吹走,金属回收率降低,而炉壁透气性相对较好,易在此产生局部高温,形成炉结,使炉龄降低。
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的使冶炼精矿粉成型后其强度提高的新方法,即硅酸盐混凝土工艺。它能提高精矿粉成型后的强度,因而提高炉日处理量,延长炉龄,使金属回收率提高一个百分点,提高产量,降低生产成本。
本发明在于利用了矿粉中残存的二氧化硅,加入活性钙,经混合水解反应,成型之后,在一定温度与压力的蒸汽中蒸养生成水化硅酸钙。
与传统的备料工艺相比,由于炉料强度提高,透气性好,炉温提高,提高了冶炼炉的日处理能力,提高了金属回收率,延长了炉龄,提高了产量。经济效益与社会效益都是可观的。

  1. 一种用于金属冶炼的备料工艺,其特征在于利用矿粉中的残存二氧化硅,加入活性钙,经混合、水解,然后成型,在一定温度与压力的蒸汽中蒸养一定时间。
