Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, a sleep reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application, which is implemented by a sleep reminding apparatus and applied to a mobile terminal, includes:
s1: and judging whether the user is in a preset place or not.
S2: and if the user is at the preset place, judging whether the current time reaches the preset sleep time.
S3: and if the current time reaches the preset sleep time, sending first sleep reminding information.
As described in the above steps S1 to S3, the method may be performed by a sleep reminding apparatus. The preset location refers to a specific location suitable for a user to sleep, and may be set by the user, for example, a home of the user, a hotel, or a relative of the user, and the like, and there are various ways for determining whether the user is at the preset location. In addition, the preset sleep time may be set by the user according to the work and rest condition of the user, or may be obtained by some specific calculation method, which is not limited herein. When the user is judged to be in the preset place and whether the current time reaches the preset sleep time, the sleep reminding information is sent to the user to remind the user to sleep on time, and the normal work and rest of the user are guaranteed. The sleep reminding information can be in a voice alarm reminding mode, a text information display reminding mode on an interface of the mobile terminal or a vibration reminding mode. In addition, only when the user is judged to be in the preset place and the current time is judged to reach the preset sleep time, the sleep reminding information is sent to the user, and if the user is not in the preset place, the user is in a state that something is going out and the current position is not suitable for sleeping, and the sleep reminding information cannot be sent to the user under the condition, so that the interference to the user is avoided, and the use experience of the user is reduced.
Further, if the user is not at the preset place, but the current time reaches the preset sleep time, safety reminding information for returning to the preset place is sent to the user to remind the user that the current time is too late and the user does not need to stay too late outside, and the user can return to the preset place to sleep in time. The mode of the safety reminding information can be voice alarm reminding, display of text information on an interface of the mobile terminal for reminding or vibration reminding.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the step S1 includes:
s100: and judging whether specific WIFI can be searched.
S101: if so, judging that the user is in the preset place, otherwise, judging that the user is not in the preset place.
As described in the foregoing steps S100 and S101, the Mobile terminal may be a smart phone (e.g., an Android phone, an iOS phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palm computer, a smart watch, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a PC, etc., and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. The method includes the steps that related information of specific WIFI of a preset place can be obtained in advance and stored (only the related information of the specific WIFI of the preset place needs to be obtained once), wherein the specific WIFI can be all WIFI which can be searched by a mobile terminal of a user at the preset place, and the related information of the specific WIFI at least comprises names of the WIFI. And then, if the mobile terminal of the user can search the specific WIFI, determining that the user is in a preset place, and if the mobile terminal of the user cannot search the specific WIFI, determining that the user is not in the preset place.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, before the step S2, the method includes:
s200: and setting a user getting up monitoring time period.
S201: recording the time point of the first change of the preset parameters of the mobile terminal in the monitoring time period of each day in preset days, and taking each time point as the reference time point of the user getting up.
S202: and calculating the reference time point according to a preset rule to obtain the getting-up time of the user.
S203: and calculating the preset sleep time of the user according to the preset healthy sleep time and the getting-up time.
As described in step S200, the user may set the waking monitoring time period by manually inputting, selecting a preset time, and the like. For example, the present embodiment sets the waking monitoring period to be 06:00 to 10: 00.
As described in step S201, within the preset number of days, when the system time of the mobile terminal meets the set monitoring time period, for example, the preset number of days is 7 days, and when the system time reaches 06:00, the time point when the preset parameter of the mobile terminal changes for the first time is recorded, where the change of the preset parameter includes, but is not limited to, a change of network data, a change of geographic location data, whether there is an operation of a touch screen/key, a change of a large light sensitivity, a large action of a gyroscope, an input of a sound, a change of a camera picture, and the like, and if the change of the preset parameter is collected within the monitoring time period, it indicates that the user is using the mobile terminal, that is, the user is already in a state of getting up, and the time point when the preset parameter changes for the first time can be used as a reference time point for the user to get up, i.e. the time of the user's getting up the day.
As described in step S202, after all the reference time points of the preset number of days are obtained, according to a preset rule, the reference time points are calculated to obtain the waking time of the user, specifically, an average value of all the reference time points may be calculated, and the obtained average value is used as the waking time of the user every day; or carrying out median calculation on all the reference time points, and taking the obtained median as the daily getting-up time of the user; or after all the above reference time points are screened, individual reference time points with large differences (compared with the normal getting-up time of the user, the reference time points with large differences may be time points at which the user needs to go on a business trip and needs to start early, or time points at which the user starts late because of late-weekend sleep late) are excluded, and then the remaining reference time points are averaged, for example, the preset time is set to 14 days, and the reference time points of each of the 14 days are respectively: 7:30, 7:32, 7:28, 7:24, 7:36, 10:30, 5:30, 7:35, 7:25, 7:28, 7:32, 9:30, 6:30, and the 14 reference time points are screened, 4 reference time points with larger difference with other 10 reference time points are removed, then the average value of the remaining 10 reference time points is calculated, and the obtained average value 7:30 is used as the getting-up time of the user every day.
As described in step S203, the preset sleep time of the user can be calculated according to the getting-up time and the preset healthy sleep time of the user. For example, the preset healthy sleep duration may be obtained by obtaining a standard healthy sleep duration on the network and matching the age of the user, where the standard healthy sleep duration of the children and the elderly is 8 hours, and the standard healthy sleep duration of the young people is 7.5 hours. Assuming that the identity of the user is determined to be a young person, the preset healthy sleep duration is set to be 7.5h, and if the calculated getting-up time of the user is 7:30, in order to ensure the healthy sleeping time of the user, the preset sleeping time of the user can be set to be 24:00 to remind the user to have a rest in time. In addition, the preset sleep time of the user can be set according to other information such as personal habits of the mobile terminal or the user, and is not described herein again.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, after the step S3, the method includes:
s300: and judging whether a display panel of the mobile terminal is in a bright screen state.
S301: and if the mobile terminal is in the bright screen state, judging whether the duration time of the bright screen state exceeds a first preset time length.
S302: and if the first preset time length is exceeded, controlling the mobile terminal to enter a screen-off state, and closing the network connection of the mobile terminal.
As described in the above steps S300 to S302, after the sleep reminding information is sent to the user, a situation may occur that the user does not manage the sleep reminding information and continues playing the mobile terminal overnight, which may affect physical and mental health of the user. By detecting the screen state of the display panel of the mobile terminal. If the display panel of the mobile terminal is in a black screen state, the fact that the user does not use the mobile terminal is indicated, and the user defaults that the mobile terminal is in a sleep state; if the display panel of the mobile terminal is in the bright screen state and the duration of the bright screen state exceeds a first preset time, it is determined that the user is using the mobile terminal and does not sleep on time according to the sleep reminding information, in order to ensure that the user has sufficient sleep time and ensure physical and mental health of the user, the mobile terminal is controlled to enter the off-screen state and the network connection of the mobile terminal is closed.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, after the step S3, the method includes:
s310: and obtaining the delayed sleep information fed back by the user.
S311: and determining the delayed sleep time according to the delayed sleep information.
S312: and judging whether the current time reaches the delayed sleep time.
S313: and if so, sending sleep reminding information.
As described in the above steps S310 and S313, after the sleep reminding information is sent to the user, a special situation may occur that the user cannot go to sleep immediately according to the sleep reminding information for a special reason, which may be that the user needs to sacrifice some sleep time for overtime due to heavy work. In view of the above situation, the user may send the delayed sleep information to the sleep reminding device according to an actual situation, where the delayed sleep information may be in a form of, but not limited to, text information or voice information, and when the delayed sleep information is obtained, the actual sleep time of the user, that is, the delayed sleep time, may be determined, and after the current time reaches the delayed sleep time, the sleep reminding information may be sent to the user again to remind the user to go to sleep. For example, if the user needs to overtime, the sleep reminding device may send the voice message that the user needs to overtime to 1 am or go to sleep again after an hour, and then the sleep reminding device may obtain the voice message returned by the user and send the voice message to the server, so that the server calls a specified voice engine to analyze the voice message into a machine language, performs semantic analysis on the machine language to obtain a user intention corresponding to the voice message, intelligently determines the delayed sleep time to be 1 am, and sends the sleep reminding message to the user again when the current time reaches 1 am, so as to remind the user to sleep. The user can delay the preset sleep time according to some special conditions of the user, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the step S1 includes:
s110: and acquiring the related information of the router of the preset place.
S111: and judging whether the mobile terminal of the user is connected to the router or not.
S112: if so, judging that the user is in the preset place, otherwise, judging that the user is not in the preset place.
In this embodiment, the Mobile terminal may be a smart phone (such as an Android phone, an iOS phone, and the like), a tablet computer, a palm computer, a smart watch, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a PC, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. The relevant information of the router at the preset location may be obtained in advance and stored, where the relevant information of the router at least includes the name of the router. If the mobile terminal of the user can be connected to the router of the preset location, the user is in the preset location, and if the mobile terminal of the user cannot be connected to the router of the preset location, the user is not in the preset location.
According to the sleep reminding method, whether the user is in the preset place or not is judged, when the user is judged to be in the preset place, whether the current judging time reaches the preset sleep time or not is judged, and if the current judging time reaches the preset sleep time, the sleep reminding information is sent to the user. According to the method and the device, the current situation of the user is fully considered, the sleep reminding information can be intelligently sent to the user only when the user is determined to be in the preset place and the preset sleep time is reached, the problem that the user plays a mobile phone all night can be effectively solved, the user can be guaranteed to have sufficient sleep time, and physical and psychological health of the user is guaranteed.

In the recording module, within a preset number of days, when the system time of the mobile terminal meets the set monitoring time period, for example, the preset number of days is 7 days, and when the system time reaches 06:00, the recording module starts to record a time point when a preset parameter of the mobile terminal changes for the first time, where the change of the preset parameter includes, but is not limited to, a change of network data, a change of geographic position data, whether a touch screen/key is operated, a change of a larger light sensitivity, a larger gyroscope action, a sound input, a change of a camera picture, and the like, and if the change of the preset parameter is collected within the monitoring time period, it indicates that the user is using the mobile terminal, that is, the user is already in a state of getting up, and the time point when the preset parameter changes for the first time can be used as a reference time point for the user to get up, i.e. the time of the user's getting up the day.
In the first calculation module, after all reference time points of a preset number of days are acquired, calculating the reference time points according to a preset rule to obtain the waking time of the user, specifically, calculating an average value of all the reference time points, and taking the obtained average value as the waking time of the user every day; or carrying out median calculation on all the reference time points, and taking the obtained median as the daily getting-up time of the user; or after all the above reference time points are screened, individual reference time points with large differences (compared with the normal getting-up time of the user, the reference time points with large differences may be time points at which the user needs to go on a business trip and needs to start early, or time points at which the user starts late because of late-weekend sleep late) are excluded, and then the remaining reference time points are averaged, for example, the preset time is set to 14 days, and the reference time points of each of the 14 days are respectively: 7:30, 7:32, 7:28, 7:24, 7:36, 10:30, 5:30, 7:35, 7:25, 7:28, 7:32, 9:30, 6:30, and the 14 reference time points are screened, 4 reference time points with larger difference with other 10 reference time points are removed, then the average value of the remaining 10 reference time points is calculated, and the obtained average value 7:30 is used as the getting-up time of the user every day.
In the second calculating module, the preset sleep time of the user can be calculated according to the getting-up time and the preset healthy sleep time of the user.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes:
and the third judging module is used for judging whether the display panel of the mobile terminal is in a bright screen state.
And the fourth judging module is used for judging whether the duration time of the bright screen state exceeds a first preset time length or not if the screen is in the bright screen state.
And the control module is used for controlling the mobile terminal to enter a screen-off state and closing the network connection of the mobile terminal if the first preset time length is exceeded.
In this embodiment, after the sleep reminding information is sent to the user, a situation that the user does not manage the sleep reminding information and continues playing the mobile terminal overnight may occur, which may affect physical and mental health of the user.
