In the embodiment of the present invention, it is considered that when a user triggers any operation, it indicates that the user is in an awake state, and therefore, in order to determine whether the user is in a sleep state, it may be determined whether to acquire operation information triggered by the user. When the terminal device obtains operation information triggered by a user, that is, the parameter information includes operation information triggered by the user, the user may be considered to be in an awake state, and at this time, the terminal device may determine that the parameter information does not meet a first preset sleep condition of an operation dimension. Or, when the terminal device does not acquire the operation information triggered by the user, that is, the parameter information does not include the operation information triggered by the user, the user may be considered to be in a sleep state, and at this time, the terminal device may determine that the parameter information meets a first preset sleep condition of an operation dimension.
The terminal device can be configured with a touch screen, and when the terminal device detects touch operations such as clicking, long-time pressing, sliding and the like of a user on the touch screen through the touch screen, the terminal device can acquire operation information triggered by the user. The terminal device may also be provided with a plurality of keys, such as a power-off key, a volume adjustment key, and the like, and when the pressing operation of the user on any key is detected, operation information triggered by the user is acquired.

Considering that in daily life, a user usually performs an alarm clock setting operation before sleeping to set alarm clock reminding time, and whether the user is in a sleeping state or not can be reflected by operation information for performing the alarm clock setting operation. Therefore, the terminal device may determine that the parameter information conforms to the first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension only when the operation information for performing the operation of setting the alarm clock is acquired, and determine that the parameter information does not conform to the first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension when the operation information for performing the operation of setting the alarm clock is not acquired. That is, by determining whether the acquired parameter information includes operation information for executing an operation of setting an alarm clock, it can be determined whether the parameter information meets a first preset sleep condition of an operation dimension, so as to determine whether to enter a sleep reminding mode according to a determination result.
In fact, the terminal device executes the operation of setting the alarm clock, not only can set at least one alarm clock reminding time, but also can set reminding modes for each alarm clock reminding time, such as the ring type and the ring volume when the alarm clock rings, and therefore, the operation information for executing the operation of setting the alarm clock can include the reminding time of the at least one alarm clock and the reminding mode corresponding to each alarm clock reminding time.
And step four, the terminal equipment acquires the geographical position information and judges whether the geographical position information changes.
In consideration of that in daily life, when the geographic position of the terminal device changes, it can be considered that the geographic position information of the user changes, that is, the user is moving, and therefore it can be determined that the user is in an awake state. And when the geographical location information of the terminal equipment is not changed, the geographical location information of the user can be considered to be not changed, and the user can be determined to be in a sleep state.
Then, the terminal device may obtain the geographical location information, determine whether the geographical location information changes, determine that the parameter information conforms to a first preset sleep condition of the geographical location dimension when the geographical location information does not change, and determine that the parameter information does not conform to the first preset sleep condition of the geographical location dimension when the geographical location information changes.
Specifically, the terminal device may send a geographic location information request to a GPS (Global Positioning System) server, the GPS server sends geographic location information to the terminal device after receiving the geographic location information request, and the terminal device receives the geographic location information and determines the geographic location of the terminal device. Of course, the terminal device may also obtain the geographic location information in other manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, the terminal device may determine a second designated time length, and acquire the geographical location information every time the second designated time length passes. Then, after the terminal device obtains the geographical location information, the geographical location information may be compared with the geographical location information obtained last time, so as to determine whether the geographical location information changes. The second specified time length is used for specifying a time interval for the terminal device to acquire the geographic location information, and the second specified time length is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, the second specified time may be 5 minutes, the geographic position information acquired by the terminal device at 07:00 is "north-hui road", and the geographic position information acquired by the terminal device at 07:05 is "homeroad", the terminal device determines, at 07:05, that the first preset sleep condition does not conform to the geographic position dimension, and the user is in a wake-up state.
And step five, the terminal equipment acquires the current time and judges whether the current time belongs to the specified time period.
Wherein the specified time period is used for specifying a time period in which the user is in a sleep state. The terminal device may obtain a current time, determine whether the current time belongs to a specified time period, determine that the parameter information conforms to a first preset sleep condition of a time dimension when the current time belongs to the specified time period, and determine that the parameter information does not conform to the first preset sleep condition of the time dimension when the current time does not belong to the specified time period.
For example, the designated time period may be 13:00-14:00 in the midday time period or 23:00-06:00 in the late night time period, and the designated time period is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the terminal device may display a time setting interface, and determine the specified time period on the time setting interface according to a setting operation of a user.
Optionally, the terminal device may obtain historical operation information, determine at least one time period in which the user sets the silent alert mode each time from the historical operation information, perform statistics on the at least one time period by using a preset statistical algorithm, and determine the specified time period.
In a possible implementation manner, after the terminal device determines the at least one time period, an intersection time period of the at least one time period may be obtained, and the intersection time period of the at least one time period is used as a specified time period. Or acquiring a union time period of the at least one time period, and taking the union time period of the at least one time period as a designated time period.
In another possible implementation manner, after the terminal device determines the at least one time period, the terminal device may determine a time starting point and a time ending point of each time period to obtain at least one time starting point and at least one time ending point, average the at least one time starting point as the time starting point of the specified time period, and average the at least one time ending point as the time ending point of the specified time period, thereby determining the specified time period.
Further, considering that there may be a time period in the at least one time period which is too far apart from other time periods, which may be considered an unexpected situation in daily life, it is less likely that the user will set the silent alert mode in this time period, and is less likely to be in a sleep state in this time period. For example, the time period of the silent reminding mode set by the user is generally 23:00-06:00, and the time period of the silent reminding mode is set to be 13:00-18:00 due to illness in a certain day, and if the specified time period is calculated according to 13:00-18:00, the accuracy of the specified time period is affected.
To avoid this, after the terminal device determines the at least one time period, the terminal device may first calculate the designated time period by using the preset statistical algorithm provided above, and calculate a time interval between each time period and the designated time period, so as to exclude a time period in the at least one time period in which the time interval between the terminal device and the designated time period exceeds the preset interval, that is, select a time period in the at least one time period in which the time interval between the terminal device and the designated time period does not exceed the preset interval, and obtain the designated time period again by using the preset statistical algorithm. Because the time period under the unexpected condition is eliminated, the specified time period obtained by the terminal equipment can be ensured to more accurately reflect whether the user is in the sleep state or not.
For example, the specified time period may be 23:00-06:00, and when the current time reaches 23:00, the terminal device determines that the first preset sleep condition of the time dimension is met, and the user is in a sleep state at this time. When the current time reaches 06:00, the terminal device determines that the first preset sleep condition is not in accordance with the time dimension, and the user is in an awakening state at the moment.
It should be noted that, the above steps one to five may be combined in any combination manner to form a possible implementation manner of the present embodiment. That is, the determination result obtained by the above determination process may be the following two types: the terminal device may obtain at least one parameter information in at least one dimension, respectively determine whether each parameter information meets the corresponding first preset sleep condition, obtain at least one determination result, and determine a final determination result according to the at least one determination result.
Further, the at least one determination result may be the same or different, and the terminal device may determine a final determination result according to a determination result with the largest occurrence frequency in the at least one determination result.
For example, when the second step and the fourth step are combined, the terminal device may obtain operation information and geographical location information, and when the operation information includes operation information triggered by a user and it is determined that the geographical location information changes, and both determination results indicate that the parameter information meets the first preset sleep condition, it is determined that the parameter information meets the first preset sleep condition.
Or, setting corresponding numerical values for the two judgment results, and setting corresponding weights for each parameter information in the first step to the fifth step, wherein the parameter information with larger weights can reflect whether the user is in a sleep state. Then, after at least one judgment result is obtained in the first to fifth steps, weighted summation may be performed according to the numerical values corresponding to the two judgment results and the weight corresponding to each parameter information, and a final judgment result is determined according to a result obtained by the weighted summation.
For example, the judgment result that the parameter information meets the first preset sleep condition is recorded as 1, the judgment result that the parameter information does not meet the first preset sleep condition is recorded as 0, the weight of the operation information for executing alarm clock reminding operation is set as 0.3, the weight of the operation information triggered by the user is set as 0.2, the weight of the operation information for executing alarm clock operation is set as 0.1, the weight of the geographical location information is set as 0.1, the weight of the current time is set as 0.3, the numerical value corresponding to the two judgment results and the numerical value of the weighted sum of the weights corresponding to each parameter information are used as the probability that the user is in the sleep state, when the probability is greater than 0.5, the user is determined to be in the sleep state, and when the probability is less than 0.5, the user is determined to be in the wake-up state.
Then, when the terminal device acquires operation information for executing an alarm clock reminding operation and acquires operation information triggered by a user, the operation information for executing an alarm clock setting operation is not acquired, the geographic position information is not changed, and the current time period belongs to a specified time period, then the calculation result of the weighted summation is 0 × 0.3+ 0.2+ 0.1+1 × 0.1+0 × 0.3 — 0.1, that is, the probability that the user is in a sleep state is 0.1, and the probability is less than 0.5, and at this time, it is determined that the user is in an awake state.
Further, the terminal device may obtain parameter information in multiple dimensions in advance, and train the parameter information in the multiple dimensions through a preset training algorithm to obtain a weight corresponding to each parameter information. The preset training algorithm may be a logistic regression training algorithm, a neural network training algorithm, a support vector machine training algorithm, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. The weight corresponding to each parameter information is obtained by adopting a machine learning mode, so that the judgment result can more accurately reflect whether the user is in a sleep state.
In practical application, in order to improve accuracy, a user may determine whether to enter a sleep reminding mode, so that the operation information that the user confirms to enter the sleep reminding mode may also be used as parameter information, and then, when the terminal device executes any one of the above steps one to five, and determines that the parameter information meets a corresponding condition, a prompt interface may be further displayed, where the prompt interface is used to prompt the user that the terminal device will enter the sleep reminding mode, and when a confirmation operation of the user on the prompt interface is detected, the operation information of the confirmation operation is obtained, and at this time, it is determined that the parameter information meets the first preset sleep condition.

Because the emergency degrees of different communication messages are different, in order to ensure that a user is not disturbed by non-emergency communication messages and does not miss emergency communication messages when the user is in a sleep state, the sleep reminding mode comprises a plurality of reminding modes with different reminding intensities, and the terminal equipment can determine the corresponding reminding mode according to whether each communication message is emergency or not.
Specifically, the embodiment of the present invention divides the communication message into two types according to the urgency of the communication message: the method comprises the following steps of not using the emergency communication message and the emergency communication message, wherein the two communication messages can be reminded in different reminding modes.
Therefore, in order to distinguish between an emergency communication message and a non-emergency communication message, when the terminal device receives a communication message, the method may further include the following steps one to three:
step one, the terminal equipment judges whether the communication message is an emergency communication message according to whether a preset white list comprises a sender identification of the communication message.
When the terminal equipment receives a communication message in a sleep reminding mode, a sender identifier of the communication message can be obtained, a preset white list is obtained, if the preset white list comprises the sender identifier, the communication message is determined to be an emergency communication message, the communication message sent by the sender identifier is reminded according to a first reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode, if the preset white list does not comprise the sender identifier, the communication message is determined to be a non-emergency communication message, and the communication message sent by the sender identifier is reminded according to a second reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode.
The sender identifier of the communication message may be an application identifier for sending the communication message, or may also be a contact identifier for sending the communication message, and the preset white list includes at least one emergency sender identifier.
In one possible implementation, any one or more application identifications may be used as emergency sender identifications. For example, the terminal device may obtain all applications installed by itself, select a social application from all applications, add an application identifier of the social application as an emergency sender identifier to the preset white list, and thereby determine the preset white list. Or, the terminal device may further display an application white list setting interface, display application identifiers of all applications installed on the terminal device in the application white list setting interface, and when the terminal device detects a confirmation operation of a user on any application identifier, use the application identifier as an emergency sender identifier. The application identifier is used to uniquely determine a corresponding application, and may be a name, an icon, and the like of the application, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In another possible implementation, any one or more of the contact identifications may be used as emergency sender identifications. For example, the terminal device may also call an address book interface, and add all the contact identifiers in the address book to the preset white list, so as to determine the preset white list. Or the terminal device may display a contact white list setting interface, display at least one contact identifier in the address list in the contact white list setting interface by calling an address list interface, and use the contact identifier as an emergency sender identifier when detecting a confirmation operation of a user on any contact identifier. The contact identifier is used to uniquely determine a corresponding contact, and may be a name, a number, and the like of the contact, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Or the terminal device may obtain a user identifier for logging in the social application, determine at least one social application contact identifier associated with the user identifier, display the at least one social application contact identifier, and use the social application contact identifier as an emergency sender identifier when a confirmation operation of the user on any social application contact identifier is detected. The social application contact identifier is used for uniquely determining a corresponding social application contact, and may be a nickname, a head portrait, or the like of the social application contact, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
When the communication message sent by the emergency sender identification is received, the reminding is carried out according to the first reminding mode. Therefore, after the terminal device determines the preset white list, the first reminding mode can be determined. For example, the terminal device may display a first reminding mode setting interface, where the first reminding mode setting interface includes at least one reminding mode that the terminal device may provide, such as ringing, vibrating, illuminating a screen, flashing a breathing light, waking up at a low volume, and when a confirmation operation of a user on any reminding mode is detected, the reminding mode is taken as the first reminding mode.
In addition, when a communication message which is not sent by the emergency sender identification is received, the communication message is reminded according to a second reminding mode. Therefore, after the terminal device determines the preset white list, the second prompting mode may also be determined, and the determination process is similar to the determination process of the first prompting mode, and is not described herein again.
And step two, the terminal equipment judges whether the received communication message is an emergency communication message according to the number of the communication messages sent by the same sender identification.
The terminal device can acquire the sender identifier of the communication message when receiving the communication message sent by any sender identifier in the sleep reminding mode, count the number of the communication messages sent by the sender identifier, and judge whether the number reaches a preset number, wherein the preset number is used for regulating the sending number of the emergency communication messages. When the number of the communication messages reaches a preset number, the terminal device can determine that the communication messages are emergency communication messages, then remind the communication messages sent by the sender identification according to a third reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode, when the number of the communication messages does not reach the preset number, the terminal device can determine that the communication messages are non-emergency communication messages, and remind the communication messages sent by the sender identification according to a second reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode.
In addition, the terminal device may further set a preset time threshold, and when the number of the communication messages reaches the preset number within the preset time threshold, determine that the communication messages are emergency communication messages, and remind the communication messages sent by the sender identifier according to a third reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode.
For example, the preset time threshold is 1 hour, the preset number is 10, the terminal device is in the sleep reminding mode when the current time is 08:00, and at this time, when an incoming call message sent by the sender identifier "zhangsan" is received for the first time, the terminal device reminds according to the second reminding mode. At 08: and after 00, the terminal equipment receives the eight-time incoming call message sent by Zhang III, and the terminal equipment reminds in a second reminding mode when receiving the incoming call message every time. And in 08:40, when the terminal equipment receives the tenth incoming call message sent by Zhang III, the current incoming call message is determined to be the emergency incoming call message, and then the terminal equipment performs reminding in a third reminding mode.
And step three, the terminal equipment judges whether the communication message is an emergency communication message or not by performing semantic analysis on the communication message.
The terminal equipment can carry out semantic analysis on the communication message when receiving the communication message in the sleep reminding mode, remind the communication message according to a fourth reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode when determining that the communication message is an emergency communication message through the semantic analysis, and remind the communication message according to a second reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode when determining that the communication message is a non-emergency communication message through the semantic analysis.
Specifically, the terminal device may obtain a keyword database, and determine whether a communication message includes a keyword in the keyword database when the communication message is received, so as to determine whether the communication message is an emergency communication message, where the keyword database includes an emergency keyword, and if a communication message includes any emergency keyword, the communication message is an emergency communication message, which requires a user to process in time. For example, when the communication message includes keywords such as "transfer," "balance," and the like, the terminal device performs semantic analysis on the communication message to determine that the communication message is an emergency notification message, and for example, when the communication message includes words such as "offer," "discount," and the like but does not include keywords such as "transfer," "balance," and the like, the terminal device performs semantic analysis on the communication message to determine that the communication message is not an emergency notification message.
Further, the terminal device may obtain a threshold of the number of keywords, determine that the communication message is an urgent notification message when the communication message includes the keywords in the keyword database and the number of the keywords reaches the threshold of the number of the keywords, and determine that the communication message is not the urgent notification message when the communication message includes the keywords in the keyword database but the number of the keywords does not reach the threshold of the number of the keywords.
It should be noted that the first, third and fourth reminding manners are also reminding manners adopted when the terminal device determines that the communication message is an emergency communication message, and the reminding effects of the three reminding manners are all stronger than that of the second reminding manner, so that the user is easier to be reminded. The first reminding mode, the third reminding mode and the fourth reminding mode can be the same reminding mode or different reminding modes. Preferably, the terminal device can set different reminding modes for the three reminding modes, so that the user can distinguish different types of emergency communication messages according to the different reminding modes.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal device may set the first reminding manner, the third reminding manner and the fourth reminding manner to be the same type but different strength reminding manners. For example, the terminal device may perform the reminding in a ringing manner, and the volume value of the terminal device ranges from 0 to 100, then the terminal device may set the reminding volume of the first reminding manner to 20, set the reminding volume of the fourth reminding manner to 50, and set the reminding volume of the third reminding manner to 100.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal device may determine the reminding manners with different reminding strengths according to the urgency level of the communication message. The communication messages with the number reaching the preset number can be determined as first-level emergency communication messages, the communication messages which are analyzed semantically as emergency communication messages are determined as second-level emergency communication messages, the communication messages sent by sender identifiers in a preset white list are determined as third-level communication messages, correspondingly, the terminal equipment sets the third reminding mode as the reminding mode with the strongest reminding intensity in the three reminding modes, and sets the first reminding mode as the reminding mode with the weakest reminding intensity in the three reminding modes.
For example, the terminal device may remind in a vibration manner, and the vibration intensity of the terminal device is divided into five intensities of 1 to 5, so that the terminal device may set the vibration intensity of the second reminding manner to 1, set the vibration intensity of the first reminding manner to 2, set the vibration intensity of the fourth reminding manner to 3, and set the vibration intensity of the third reminding manner to 5.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal device may set different types of reminding manners for different reminding manners.
For example, the terminal device may set the first reminding mode to flash a breathing lamp, set the second reminding mode to mute, set the third reminding mode to ring, set the fourth reminding mode to vibrate, and when the terminal device rings, the user may know that the communication message containing the emergency keyword is received.
204. And when the judgment result is that the communication message does not accord with the first preset sleep condition, the terminal equipment exits the sleep reminding mode and reminds the received communication message according to a reminding mode in a normal reminding mode.
When the terminal device obtains the parameter information and judges that the parameter information does not conform to the first preset sleep condition, the user can be considered to be in the wake-up state. And at the moment, the terminal equipment exits the sleep reminding mode and reminds the received communication message according to a reminding mode in a normal reminding mode.
The normal reminding mode is a reminding mode adopted by the terminal device when the user is in an awake state, that is, the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode may be a default reminding mode of the terminal device, and the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode may be determined by default of the terminal device or set by the user.
Preferably, when the terminal device exits the sleep reminding mode, the number of the communication messages received in the sleep reminding mode may be acquired, and the received communication messages are reminded for multiple times according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode, where the reminding times are equal to the number. By reminding the communication message for many times when the sleep reminding mode is exited, the user can be reminded more timely and more obviously after the user is awakened.
Further, it is considered that the terminal device may perform the reminding in a plurality of different reminding manners in the sleep reminding mode, and the reminding strength of the second reminding manner is weakest. That is, when the first, third, and fourth reminding manners are used for reminding, the possibility that the user views the communication message is the greatest, and when the second reminding manner is used for reminding, the possibility that the user does not view the communication message is the greatest, so that once the terminal device exits the sleep reminding mode, the number of the communication messages received in the sleep reminding mode can be obtained, the number of the communication messages reminded in the second reminding manner is determined, and the number is used as the reminding times.
Further, the terminal device may determine, according to the obtained parameter information, when exiting from the sleep reminding mode, whether to remind the communication message received in the sleep reminding mode for multiple times.
In a possible implementation manner, when the parameter information includes operation information for executing alarm clock reminding operation, the terminal device exits the sleep reminding mode, and determines whether an alarm clock is set within a preset time period after the current time, when the alarm clock is set within the preset time period after the current time, it can be considered that a plurality of alarm clock reminding times are set in a short period of time for a user, and the user hopes to wake up in time within the period of time, at this time, the terminal device obtains the number of received communication messages in the sleep reminding mode, and reminds the received communication messages for many times according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode. And when the terminal equipment exits the sleep reminding mode and determines that the alarm clock is not set in the preset time after the current time, the terminal equipment only reminds the communication message received in the sleep reminding mode once or does not remind the received communication message according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal device may obtain alarm clock reminding setting information when performing alarm clock reminding operation, and determine whether an alarm clock has been set within a preset time after the current time according to the number of alarm clock reminding times in the alarm clock reminding setting information. For example, if the preset time duration is one hour, and the alarm clock reminding time is 08:00, 08:10, and 08:20, when the time reaches 08:00, the terminal device executes alarm clock reminding operation, and determines that two additional alarm clocks have been set within one hour, so that the received communication message is reminded for many times according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode.
In another possible implementation, the preset duration may default to 24 hours. Then, when the terminal device executes the alarm clock reminding operation, as long as the delay reminding instruction triggered by the user is received, it is determined that the alarm clock has been set within the preset time after the current time. For example, the alarm clock reminding time is 08:00, when the time reaches 08:00, the terminal device executes alarm clock reminding operation, receives an alarm clock delay reminding instruction, and uses 08:10 as the alarm clock reminding time, at this time, the terminal device determines that the alarm clock is set within a preset time length, and reminds the received communication message for multiple times according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode.
In consideration of the fact that in home life, when the family of the user of the terminal device is in a sleep state, the terminal device is also required to adjust the reminding mode in order to avoid disturbing the sleep state of the family when the terminal device reminds the communication message.
Therefore, when the family member of the user wears the wearable device, the terminal device may establish a connection, such as a bluetooth connection or other connection, with the wearable device, and receive the physiological state parameter sent by the wearable device. In practical applications, it is generally required that the distance between the terminal device and the wearable device is small enough, since the terminal device can establish a connection with the wearable device. Then, when the terminal device receives the physiological state parameter sent by the wearable device, it may be considered that the user is close to the family, and the terminal device needs to ensure that the sleep of the family is not disturbed.
Therefore, when the terminal device receives the physiological state parameter sent by the wearable device and the physiological state parameter meets a second preset sleep condition, the terminal device enters a sleep reminding mode and reminds the received communication message according to a reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode.
The second preset sleep condition is used for stipulating the physiological state parameters when the user wearing the wearable device is in a sleep state. The wearable device can be an intelligent bracelet, an intelligent watch and the like, the physiological state parameters can be the heart rate, activity intensity, body temperature, muscle relaxation and the like of a user wearing the wearable device, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the parameters.
Further, the terminal device can acquire parameter information of the terminal device, acquire physiological state parameters of the wearable device when judging whether the parameter information meets a first preset sleep condition, judge whether the physiological state parameters meet a second preset sleep condition, and determine a corresponding reminding mode by combining results of two judging processes.
Specifically, when the parameter information of the terminal device in the specified dimension conforms to a first preset sleep condition of the specified dimension and the physiological state parameter conforms to a second preset sleep condition, the terminal device enters the sleep reminding mode and reminds the received communication message according to a reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode. And when the parameter information of the terminal equipment on the designated dimension does not accord with the first preset sleep condition of the designated dimension and the physiological state parameter accords with the second preset sleep condition, quitting the sleep reminding mode, and reminding the received communication message according to a reminding mode in a normal reminding mode.
For example, when the terminal device determines that the parameter information conforms to a first preset sleep condition and the physiological state parameter conforms to a second preset sleep condition, the terminal device enters the sleep reminding mode, and determines that the reminding mode is silent according to the reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode.
In addition, the terminal device may further remind the received communication message according to a reminding mode in a sleep reminding mode when determining that any one of the parameter information and the physiological state parameter information meets the corresponding preset sleep condition. The embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Consider the following scenario: the user holds the mobile phone and is in a waking state, and the child of the user wears the intelligent bracelet and is in a sleeping state.
In the related art, when a mobile phone sets a ring alert mode, when a communication message is received and rings, it will cause a disturbance to the sleep of a user's child.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the parameter information of the terminal device in the specified dimension does not meet the first preset sleep condition and the physiological state parameter meets the second preset sleep condition, the received communication message may be reminded according to a fifth reminding manner. Wherein, in order to avoid waking up the user who wears wearable device, this fifth warning mode can be for reminding the weak warning mode of intensity, including silence warning, vibrations, twinkling breathing lamp etc..
Then, when the mobile phone receives the physiological state parameters sent by the bracelet, the physiological state parameters are judged to accord with the second preset sleep condition, the child of the user can be determined to be in a sleep state, at the moment, the mobile phone reminds the received communication message according to a mute reminding mode, and the child of the user is guaranteed not to be disturbed.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can also be applied to the following scenes in daily life:
scenario A: the terminal device is in a mute reminding mode when the setting ratio is 22:00-08:00, the rest time periods are in a ringing reminding mode, and the user does not use the terminal device any more after 20:00 a day and enters a sleep state.
By adopting the method of the related art, when the terminal device receives the communication message at 20:00 to 22:00, because only the current time is considered, the terminal device reminds in a ring reminding mode because the current time does not belong to the time of the mute reminding mode, and the user is disturbed. By adopting the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment enters the sleep reminding mode because the terminal equipment does not acquire the operation information triggered by the user when the speed is 20: 00-22: 00, and if the terminal equipment receives the communication information when the speed is 20: 00-22: 00, the terminal equipment automatically silences, thereby ensuring that the user cannot be disturbed.
Scenario B: the terminal device is in a mute reminding mode when the bank card is set to be 22:00-08:00, and receives a communication message that the bank card transfers five ten thousand yuan and the current balance is insufficient when the bank card is set to be 06: 00.
By adopting the method of the related technology, when the terminal equipment receives the communication message at 06:00, the user cannot check the communication message in time due to the fact that the terminal equipment carries out reminding in a mute reminding mode. By adopting the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the terminal equipment receives the communication message, the communication message is determined to be the emergency communication message through semantic analysis, and then the communication message is reminded in a ringing reminding mode, so that the user can check the communication message in time.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment judges whether the parameter information accords with the first preset sleep condition of the specified dimension by acquiring the parameter information on the specified dimension, reminds the received communication message according to the reminding mode corresponding to the judgment result, does not need a user to trigger setting operation, can directly determine the reminding mode according to the current parameter information, is simple to operate and expands the reminding function.
Furthermore, the terminal device can determine the corresponding reminding mode according to whether the user is in a sleep state, so that the received communication message is not disturbed for the user, and the parameter information in at least one dimension of the operation dimension, the geographic position dimension and the time dimension is considered, so that the reminding function is expanded, and the flexibility is improved. The reminding mode can be switched according to the parameter information on different dimensions when the scene is changed, and the function of setting in different scenes is realized.
Further, when the terminal device receives the communication message, whether the communication message is the emergency notification message or not can be judged, and the corresponding reminding mode is determined according to the judgment result, so that the situation that the emergency notification message cannot be checked in time when the user is in a sleep state is avoided.
Furthermore, when the terminal equipment exits the sleep reminding mode, the quantity of the communication messages received in the sleep reminding mode can be acquired, the received communication messages are reminded for many times according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode, and the communication messages are reminded for many times when the terminal equipment exits the sleep reminding mode, so that the user can be reminded more timely and obviously after the user wakes up.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication message reminding apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, the apparatus includes: the device comprises an acquisition module 301, a judgment module 302 and a reminding module 303.
An obtaining module 301, configured to obtain parameter information of a terminal device in a specified dimension;
a determining module 302, configured to determine whether the parameter information meets a first preset sleep condition of the specified dimension, where the first preset sleep condition is used to specify the parameter information in the specified dimension when the user is in a sleep state;
the reminding module 303 is configured to remind the received communication message according to a reminding mode corresponding to the determination result;
wherein the designated dimension comprises at least one of an operation dimension, a geographic location dimension, and a time dimension.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention judges whether the parameter information accords with the first preset sleep condition of the specified dimension by acquiring the parameter information on the specified dimension, reminds the received communication message according to the reminding mode corresponding to the judgment result without triggering the setting operation by a user, can directly determine the reminding mode according to the current parameter information, is simple to operate and expands the reminding function.
In a possible implementation manner, the determining module 302 is configured to perform at least one of the following steps:
judging whether the parameter information comprises operation information for executing alarm clock reminding operation, determining that the parameter information accords with a first preset sleep condition of an operation dimension when the parameter information does not comprise operation information for ringing the alarm clock, and determining that the parameter information does not accord with the first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension when the parameter information comprises the operation information for ringing the alarm clock;
judging whether the parameter information comprises operation information triggered by a user, and determining that the parameter information accords with a first preset sleep condition of an operation dimension when the parameter information does not comprise the operation information triggered by the user; when the parameter information comprises operation information triggered by the user, determining that the parameter information does not accord with a first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension;
judging whether the parameter information comprises operation information for executing alarm clock setting operation, determining that the parameter information conforms to a first preset sleep condition of an operation dimension when the parameter information comprises the operation information for executing the alarm clock setting operation, and determining that the parameter information does not conform to the first preset sleep condition when the parameter information does not comprise the operation information for executing the alarm clock setting operation;
judging whether the geographical position information changes or not, determining that the parameter information conforms to a first preset sleep condition of a geographical position dimension when the geographical position information does not change, and determining that the parameter information does not conform to the first preset sleep condition of the geographical position dimension when the geographical position information changes;
judging whether the current time belongs to a designated time period, wherein the designated time period is used for specifying a time period in which the user is in a sleep state, when the current time belongs to the designated time period, determining that the parameter information accords with a first preset sleep condition of a time dimension, and when the current time does not belong to the designated time period, determining that the parameter information does not accord with the first preset sleep condition of the time dimension.
In another possible implementation manner, the reminding module 303 is further configured to enter a sleep reminding mode when the determination result is that the first preset sleep condition of the specified dimensionality is met, and remind the received communication message according to a reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode;
and when the judgment result is a first preset sleep condition which does not accord with the specified dimensionality, quitting the sleep reminding mode, and reminding the received communication message according to a reminding mode in a normal reminding mode.
In another possible implementation manner, the obtaining module 301 is further configured to obtain at least one parameter information of the terminal device in the at least one dimension;
the determining module 302 is further configured to determine whether each acquired parameter information meets a first preset sleep condition of a corresponding dimension;
the determining module 302 is further configured to determine a final determination result according to the determination result in the at least one dimension.
In another possible implementation manner, the reminding module 303 includes:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain, in the sleep alert mode, a sender identifier of a communication message when the communication message is received;
a reminding unit, configured to remind a communication message sent by the sender identifier according to a first reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode if a preset white list includes the sender identifier, where the preset white list includes at least one emergency sender identifier;
and the reminding unit is used for reminding the communication message sent by the sender identifier according to a second reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode if the preset white list does not include the sender identifier.
In another possible implementation manner, the reminding module 303 is further configured to, in the sleep reminding mode, remind, according to a third reminding manner in the sleep reminding mode, the communication message sent by any sender identifier when the number of the received communication messages sent by the sender identifier reaches a preset number, where the preset number is used to specify the sending number of the emergency communication messages.
In another possible implementation manner, the reminding module 303 further includes:
the semantic analysis unit is used for carrying out semantic analysis on the communication message when the communication message is received in the sleep reminding mode and judging whether the communication message is an emergency communication message;
and the reminding unit is used for reminding the communication message according to a fourth reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode if the communication message is the emergency communication message.
In another possible implementation manner, the reminding module 303 is further configured to exit the sleep reminding mode when the parameter information does not meet the first preset sleep condition, obtain the number of the communication messages received in the sleep reminding mode, and remind the received communication messages for multiple times according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode, where the reminding times are equal to the number.
In another possible implementation manner, the reminding module 303 includes:
the judging unit is used for exiting the sleep reminding mode when the parameter information comprises operation information for executing alarm clock reminding operation, and judging whether an alarm clock is set within a preset time length after the current time;
and the reminding unit is used for acquiring the quantity of the communication messages received in the sleep reminding mode when an alarm clock is set in a preset time after the current time, and reminding the received communication messages for multiple times according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode, wherein the reminding times are equal to the quantity.
In another possible implementation manner, the apparatus further includes:
the receiving module is used for receiving the physiological state parameters sent by the wearable equipment;
the reminding module 303 is further configured to enter a sleep reminding mode when the physiological state parameter meets a second preset sleep condition, and remind the received communication message according to a reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode, where the second preset sleep condition is used to specify the physiological state parameter when the user wearing the wearable device is in a sleep state.
In another possible implementation manner, the reminding module 303 is further configured to enter the sleep reminding mode when the parameter information of the terminal device in the specified dimension meets a first preset sleep condition of the specified dimension and the physiological state parameter meets a second preset sleep condition, and remind the received communication message according to a reminding manner in the sleep reminding mode.
In another possible implementation manner, the reminding module 303 is further configured to remind the received communication message according to a fifth reminding manner when the parameter information of the terminal device in the specified dimension does not conform to the first preset sleep condition of the specified dimension and the physiological state parameter conforms to the second preset sleep condition.
It should be noted that: the communication message reminding device provided in the above embodiment is only illustrated by dividing the functional modules when reminding the communication message, and in practical applications, the function distribution may be completed by different functional modules as needed, that is, the internal structure of the terminal device is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the communication message reminding device and the communication message reminding method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus 400 for communication message reminding, and the apparatus 400 may be configured to execute the communication message reminding methods provided in the above embodiments. Referring to fig. 4, the apparatus 400 includes:
the apparatus 400 may include components such as an RF (Radio Frequency) circuit 110, a memory 120 including one or more computer-readable storage media, an input unit 130, a display unit 140, a sensor 150, an audio circuit 160, a WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) module 170, a processor 180 including one or more processing cores, and a power supply 50. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the device shown in fig. 4 does not constitute a limitation of the device and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the RF circuit 110 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and in particular, receives downlink information from a base station and then sends the received downlink information to the one or more processors 180 for processing; in addition, data relating to uplink is transmitted to the base station. In general, the RF circuitry 110 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a tuner, one or more oscillators, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a transceiver, a coupler, an LNA (Low Noise Amplifier), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the RF circuitry 110 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communications. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to GSM (Global System for Mobile communications), GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), LTE (Long Term Evolution), email, SMS (Short Messaging Service), and the like.
The memory 120 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 180 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 120. The memory 120 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the apparatus 400, and the like. Further, the memory 120 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 120 may further include a memory controller to provide the processor 180 and the input unit 130 with access to the memory 120.
The input unit 130 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control. In particular, the input unit 130 may include a touch-sensitive surface 131 as well as other input devices 132. The touch-sensitive surface 131, also referred to as a touch display screen or a touch pad, may collect touch operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface 131 (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface 131 using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or attachment), and drive the corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. Alternatively, the touch sensitive surface 131 may comprise two parts, a touch detection means and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 180, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 180. Additionally, the touch-sensitive surface 131 may be implemented using various types of resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic waves. In addition to the touch-sensitive surface 131, the input unit 130 may also include other input devices 132. In particular, other input devices 132 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 140 may be used to display information input by or provided to a user and various graphical user interfaces of the apparatus 400, which may be made up of graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The Display unit 140 may include a Display panel 141, and optionally, the Display panel 141 may be configured in the form of an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), or the like. Further, the touch-sensitive surface 131 may cover the display panel 141, and when a touch operation is detected on or near the touch-sensitive surface 131, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 180 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 180 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 141 according to the type of the touch event. Although in FIG. 4, touch-sensitive surface 131 and display panel 141 are shown as two separate components to implement input and output functions, in some embodiments, touch-sensitive surface 131 may be integrated with display panel 141 to implement input and output functions.
The device 400 may also include at least one sensor 150, such as light sensors, motion sensors, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that may adjust the brightness of the display panel 141 according to the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that may turn off the display panel 141 and/or the backlight when the device 400 is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the gravity acceleration sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when the mobile phone is stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of the mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which are also configured to the apparatus 400, detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
Audio circuitry 160, speaker 161, microphone 162 may provide an audio interface between a user and device 400. The audio circuit 160 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 161, and convert the electrical signal into a sound signal for output by the speaker 161; on the other hand, the microphone 162 converts the collected sound signal into an electric signal, converts the electric signal into audio data after being received by the audio circuit 160, and then outputs the audio data to the processor 180 for processing, and then to the RF circuit 110 to be transmitted to, for example, another device, or outputs the audio data to the memory 120 for further processing. The audio circuit 160 may also include an earbud jack to provide communication of peripheral headphones with the device 400.
WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the apparatus 400 can help the user send and receive e-mail, browse web pages, access streaming media, etc. through the WiFi module 170, which provides the user with wireless broadband internet access. Although fig. 4 shows the WiFi module 170, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the apparatus 400, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 180 is a control center of the apparatus 400, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the apparatus 400 and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 120 and calling data stored in the memory 120, thereby performing overall monitoring of the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 180 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 180 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 180.
The apparatus 400 further includes a power supply 50 (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to the various components, which may preferably be logically connected to the processor 180 via a power management system, so as to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption via the power management system. The power supply 50 may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
Although not shown, the apparatus 400 may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, etc., which will not be described herein. In particular, in this embodiment, the display unit of the device is a touch screen display, the device further includes a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors. The one or more programs include instructions for implementing the operations performed by the device apparatus of the embodiments described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, such as a memory, including instructions executable by the processor 180 of the apparatus 400 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions therein which, when executed by a processor of a terminal, enable the terminal to perform a method of communication message alerting, the method comprising:
acquiring parameter information of terminal equipment on a specified dimension;
judging whether the parameter information meets a first preset sleep condition of the specified dimension, wherein the first preset sleep condition is used for stipulating the parameter information on the specified dimension when the user is in a sleep state;
reminding the received communication message according to a reminding mode corresponding to the judgment result;
wherein the designated dimension comprises at least one of an operation dimension, a geographic location dimension, and a time dimension.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (18)

1. A communication message reminding method is applied to terminal equipment, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring at least one parameter information of the terminal equipment in at least one dimension of an operation dimension, a geographic position dimension and a time dimension;
respectively judging whether each acquired parameter information accords with a first preset sleep condition of a corresponding dimension to obtain a judgment result of at least one dimension, wherein the first preset sleep condition is used for stipulating the parameter information of the corresponding dimension when a user is in a sleep state;
carrying out weighted summation according to the numerical value corresponding to the judgment result on each dimension and the weight corresponding to each parameter information, and determining a final judgment result according to the result obtained by the weighted summation;
receiving physiological state parameters sent by a wearable device, wherein a user wearing the wearable device is not a holder of the terminal device;
when the final judgment result is that the first preset sleep condition is met and the physiological state parameter is met with a second preset sleep condition, entering a sleep reminding mode, reminding the received communication message according to a reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode, wherein the communication messages with different emergency degrees correspond to reminding modes with different reminding strengths; the second preset sleep condition is used for stipulating physiological state parameters when a user wearing the wearable equipment is in a sleep state;
and when the final judgment result is that the first preset sleep condition is not met and the physiological state parameter meets the second preset sleep condition, reminding the received communication message according to a fifth reminding mode.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the separately determining whether each acquired parameter information meets a first preset sleep condition of a corresponding dimension includes at least one of the following steps:
judging whether the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises operation information for executing alarm clock reminding operation, determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension accords with a first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension when the parameter information on the operation dimension does not comprise the operation information for alarm clock ringing, and determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension does not accord with the first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension when the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises the operation information for alarm clock ringing;
judging whether the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises operation information triggered by a user or not, and when the parameter information on the operation dimension does not comprise the operation information triggered by the user, determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension accords with a first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension; when the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises the operation information triggered by the user, determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension does not accord with a first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension;
judging whether the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises operation information for executing alarm clock setting operation, when the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises the operation information for executing alarm clock setting operation, determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension accords with a first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension, and when the parameter information on the operation dimension does not comprise the operation information for executing alarm clock setting operation, determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension does not accord with the first preset sleep condition;
judging whether geographical position information changes or not, when the geographical position information does not change, determining that the parameter information on the geographical position dimension conforms to a first preset sleep condition of the geographical position dimension, and when the geographical position information changes, determining that the parameter information on the geographical position dimension does not conform to the first preset sleep condition of the geographical position dimension;
judging whether the current time belongs to a designated time period, wherein the designated time period is used for stipulating a time period when the user is in a sleep state, when the current time belongs to the designated time period, determining that the parameter information on the time dimension accords with a first preset sleep condition of the time dimension, and when the current time does not belong to the designated time period, determining that the parameter information on the time dimension does not accord with the first preset sleep condition of the time dimension.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1-2, further comprising:
when the final judgment result is that the first preset sleep condition is met, entering a sleep reminding mode, and reminding the received communication message according to a reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode;
and when the final judgment result is that the communication message does not accord with the first preset sleep condition, quitting the sleep reminding mode, and reminding the received communication message according to a reminding mode in a normal reminding mode.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the alerting the received communication message according to the alert mode in the sleep alert mode comprises:
in the sleep reminding mode, when a communication message is received, acquiring a sender identifier of the communication message;
if the preset white list comprises the sender identification, reminding the communication message sent by the sender identification according to a first reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode, wherein the preset white list comprises at least one emergency sender identification;
and if the preset white list does not comprise the sender identification, reminding the communication message sent by the sender identification according to a second reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
in the sleep reminding mode, when the number of the received communication messages sent by any sender identifier reaches a preset number, the communication messages sent by the sender identifier are reminded according to a third reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode, wherein the preset number is used for regulating the sending number of the emergency communication messages.
6. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
in the sleep reminding mode, when a communication message is received, semantic analysis is carried out on the communication message to judge whether the communication message is an emergency communication message;
and if the communication message is the emergency communication message, reminding the communication message according to a fourth reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode.
7. The method according to claim 3, wherein the exiting the sleep reminding mode when the final determination result is that the first preset sleep condition is not met, and reminding the received communication message according to a reminding mode in a normal reminding mode comprises:
and when the final judgment result is that the communication message does not accord with the first preset sleep condition, quitting the sleep reminding mode, acquiring the quantity of the communication messages received in the sleep reminding mode, and reminding the received communication messages for multiple times according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode, wherein the reminding times are equal to the quantity.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein when the final determination result is that the first preset sleep condition is not met, exiting the sleep reminding mode, obtaining the number of the communication messages received in the sleep reminding mode, and reminding the received communication messages for a plurality of times according to a reminding mode in the normal reminding mode, the number of reminding times being equal to the number comprises:
when the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises operation information for executing alarm clock reminding operation, exiting the sleep reminding mode and judging whether an alarm clock is set within a preset time length after the current time;
and when an alarm clock is set in a preset time after the current time, acquiring the quantity of the communication messages received in the sleep reminding mode, and reminding the received communication messages for multiple times according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode, wherein the reminding times are equal to the quantity.
9. A communication message reminding device is applied to terminal equipment, and comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring at least one piece of parameter information of the terminal equipment in at least one dimension of an operation dimension, a geographical position dimension and a time dimension;
the judging module is used for respectively judging whether each acquired parameter information accords with a first preset sleep condition of a corresponding dimension to obtain a judgment result of at least one dimension, wherein the first preset sleep condition is used for stipulating the parameter information of the corresponding dimension when the user is in a sleep state; carrying out weighted summation according to the numerical value corresponding to the judgment result on each dimension and the weight corresponding to each parameter information, and determining a final judgment result according to the result obtained by the weighted summation;
the receiving module is used for receiving the physiological state parameters sent by the wearable device, and a user wearing the wearable device is not a holder of the terminal device;
the reminding module is used for entering a sleep reminding mode when the final judgment result is that the first preset sleep condition is met and the physiological state parameter is met with a second preset sleep condition, reminding the received communication message according to a reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode, wherein the communication messages with different emergency degrees correspond to reminding modes with different reminding strengths; the second preset sleep condition is used for stipulating physiological state parameters when a user wearing the wearable equipment is in a sleep state;
and the reminding module is further used for reminding the received communication message according to a fifth reminding mode when the final judgment result is that the first preset sleep condition is not met and the physiological state parameter meets the second preset sleep condition.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the determining module is configured to perform at least one of the following steps:
judging whether the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises operation information for executing alarm clock reminding operation, determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension accords with a first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension when the parameter information on the operation dimension does not comprise the operation information for alarm clock ringing, and determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension does not accord with the first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension when the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises the operation information for alarm clock ringing;
judging whether the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises operation information triggered by a user or not, and when the parameter information on the operation dimension does not comprise the operation information triggered by the user, determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension accords with a first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension; when the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises the operation information triggered by the user, determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension does not accord with a first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension;
judging whether the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises operation information for executing alarm clock setting operation, when the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises the operation information for executing alarm clock setting operation, determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension accords with a first preset sleep condition of the operation dimension, and when the parameter information on the operation dimension does not comprise the operation information for executing alarm clock setting operation, determining that the parameter information on the operation dimension does not accord with the first preset sleep condition;
judging whether geographical position information changes or not, when the geographical position information does not change, determining that the parameter information on the geographical position dimension conforms to a first preset sleep condition of the geographical position dimension, and when the geographical position information changes, determining that the parameter information on the geographical position dimension does not conform to the first preset sleep condition of the geographical position dimension;
judging whether the current time belongs to a designated time period, wherein the designated time period is used for stipulating a time period when the user is in a sleep state, when the current time belongs to the designated time period, determining that the parameter information on the time dimension accords with a first preset sleep condition of the time dimension, and when the current time does not belong to the designated time period, determining that the parameter information on the time dimension does not accord with the first preset sleep condition of the time dimension.
11. The apparatus of any one of claims 9-10, wherein the reminder module is further configured to:
when the final judgment result is that the first preset sleep condition is met, entering a sleep reminding mode, and reminding the received communication message according to a reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode;
and when the final judgment result is that the communication message does not accord with the first preset sleep condition, quitting the sleep reminding mode, and reminding the received communication message according to a reminding mode in a normal reminding mode.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the reminder module comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the sender identification of the communication message when the communication message is received in the sleep reminding mode;
a reminding unit, configured to remind a communication message sent by the sender identifier according to a first reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode if a preset white list includes the sender identifier, where the preset white list includes at least one emergency sender identifier;
and the reminding unit is used for reminding the communication message sent by the sender identifier according to a second reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode if the preset white list does not include the sender identifier.
13. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the reminding module is further configured to, in the sleep reminding mode, remind the communication message sent by any sender identifier according to a third reminding manner in the sleep reminding mode when the number of the received communication messages sent by the sender identifier reaches a preset number, where the preset number is used to specify the sending number of the emergency communication messages.
14. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the reminder module further comprises:
the semantic analysis unit is used for carrying out semantic analysis on the communication message when the communication message is received in the sleep reminding mode and judging whether the communication message is an emergency communication message;
and the reminding unit is used for reminding the communication message according to a fourth reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode if the communication message is the emergency communication message.

The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the reminding module is further configured to exit the sleep reminding mode and obtain the number of the received communication messages in the sleep reminding mode when the final determination result is that the first preset sleep condition is not met, and remind the received communication messages for multiple times according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode, where the reminding number is equal to the number.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the reminder module comprises:
the judging unit is used for exiting the sleep reminding mode and judging whether an alarm clock is set within a preset time length after the current time when the parameter information on the operation dimension comprises operation information for executing alarm clock reminding operation;
and the reminding unit is used for acquiring the quantity of the communication messages received in the sleep reminding mode when an alarm clock is set in a preset time after the current time, and reminding the received communication messages for multiple times according to the reminding mode in the normal reminding mode, wherein the reminding times are equal to the quantity.
17. An apparatus for communication message alert, applied to a terminal device, comprising a memory and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory, and the one or more programs configured to be executed by the one or more processors include instructions for:
acquiring at least one parameter information of the terminal equipment in at least one dimension of an operation dimension, a geographic position dimension and a time dimension;
respectively judging whether each acquired parameter information accords with a first preset sleep condition of a corresponding dimension to obtain a judgment result of at least one dimension, wherein the first preset sleep condition is used for stipulating the parameter information of the corresponding dimension when a user is in a sleep state;
carrying out weighted summation according to the numerical value corresponding to the judgment result on each dimension and the weight corresponding to each parameter information, and determining a final judgment result according to the result obtained by the weighted summation;
receiving physiological state parameters sent by a wearable device, wherein a user wearing the wearable device is not a holder of the terminal device;
when the final judgment result is that the first preset sleep condition is met and the physiological state parameter is met with a second preset sleep condition, entering a sleep reminding mode, reminding the received communication message according to a reminding mode in the sleep reminding mode, wherein the communication messages with different emergency degrees correspond to reminding modes with different reminding strengths; the second preset sleep condition is used for stipulating physiological state parameters when a user wearing the wearable equipment is in a sleep state;
and when the final judgment result is that the first preset sleep condition is not met and the physiological state parameter meets the second preset sleep condition, reminding the received communication message according to a fifth reminding mode.
18. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction, which is loaded and executed by a processor to perform operations performed by the communication message alert method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
