Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a partial structure of a mobile terminal related handset according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, the handset includes: radio Frequency (RF) circuit 910, memory 920, input unit 930, sensor 950, audio collector 960, Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) module 970, application processor AP980, power supply 990, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the handset configuration shown in fig. 4 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some combination of components, or a different arrangement of components, e.g., the rf circuitry 910 may be coupled to multiple antennas.
The following describes each component of the mobile phone in detail with reference to fig. 4:
the input unit 930 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the cellular phone. Specifically, the input unit 930 may include a touch display screen 933, a fingerprint recognition apparatus 931, a face recognition apparatus 936, an iris recognition apparatus 937, and other input devices 932. The input unit 930 may also include other input devices 932. In particular, other input devices 932 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of physical keys, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
a radio frequency circuit 910 configured to receive a connection request of a wearable device;
an AP980 for establishing a connection with the wearable device according to the connection request.
The AP980 is a control center of the mobile phone, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone by using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions and processes of the mobile phone by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 920 and calling data stored in the memory 920, thereby integrally monitoring the mobile phone. Optionally, AP980 may include one or more processing units; alternatively, the AP980 may integrate an application processor that handles primarily the operating system, user interface, and applications, etc., and a modem processor that handles primarily wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the AP 980.
Further, the memory 920 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
RF circuitry 910 may be used for the reception and transmission of information. In general, the RF circuit 910 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the RF circuit 910 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communication. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol including, but not limited to, global system for mobile communications, general packet radio service, code division multiple access, wideband code division multiple access, long term evolution, new air interface, email, short message service, etc.
The handset may also include at least one sensor 950, such as an ultrasonic sensor, an angle sensor, a light sensor, a motion sensor, and others. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor and a proximity sensor, wherein the ambient light sensor may adjust the brightness of the touch display screen according to the brightness of ambient light, and the proximity sensor may turn off the touch display screen and/or the backlight when the mobile phone moves to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the accelerometer sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of a mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured on the mobile phone, further description is omitted here.
Audio collector 960, speaker 961, microphone 962 may provide an audio interface between the user and the handset. The audio collector 960 can transmit the received electrical signal converted from the audio data to the speaker 961, and the audio data is converted into a sound signal by the speaker 961 for playing; on the other hand, the microphone 962 converts the collected sound signal into an electrical signal, and the electrical signal is received by the audio collector 960 and converted into audio data, and then the audio data is processed by the audio data playing AP980, and then the audio data is sent to another mobile phone through the RF circuit 910, or the audio data is played to the memory 920 for further processing.
WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the mobile phone can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the WiFi module 970, and provides wireless broadband Internet access for the user. Although fig. 4 shows the WiFi module 970, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the handset, and can be omitted entirely as needed within the scope of not changing the essence of the application.
The handset also includes a power supply 990 (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to various components, and optionally, the power supply may be logically connected to the AP980 via a power management system, so that functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption are implemented via the power management system.
Although not shown, the mobile phone may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, a light supplement device, a light sensor, and the like, which are not described herein again.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any one of the emergency call methods as recited in the above method embodiments.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one type of division of logical functions, and there may be other divisions when actually implementing, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of some interfaces, devices or units, and may be an electric or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit may be implemented in the form of hardware, or may be implemented in the form of a software program module.

Claims (10)

1. A method for asking for help in emergency is characterized in that the method is applied to a wearable device, the wearable device is connected with a communication device, and the wearable device comprises: a control component, an audio component and a short-range communication device, the method comprising:
collecting operation information of the control component;
identifying the operation information, if the operation information meets a preset condition, determining the operation information as a preset operation, and acquiring the duration of the preset operation;
and judging whether the duration is greater than a time threshold, if so, sending an emergency help-seeking instruction to the communication equipment through the connection, wherein the emergency help-seeking instruction is used for indicating the communication equipment to start an emergency help-seeking program.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the collecting operation information of the control component and the determining that the operation information is a preset operation comprises:
the control part includes: a drive-by-wire component, touch screen or touch pad; if the control component is a line control component, the preset operation is a pressing operation; if the control component is a touch screen or a touch pad, the preset operation is a pressing operation or a setting gesture.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining that the distress operation is performed for the preset operation comprises:
starting the audio component, and acquiring audio information through the audio component; performing audio analysis on the audio information; and judging whether the audio information contains preset abnormal audio information, and if the audio information contains the abnormal audio information, determining that the preset operation is a help seeking operation.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and if the preset operation is continuously acquired, sending an emergency help-seeking instruction through the connection.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein sending an emergency call for help over the connection further comprises:
sending a rate acquisition instruction to the communication equipment through the connection, wherein the rate acquisition instruction is used for instructing the communication equipment to acquire initial rate data, and the initial rate data comprises: n initial rates and N times, wherein the N initial rates correspond to the N times one by one;
performing noise reduction processing on the N initial rate data to obtain rate data, wherein the rate data comprises: m rates and M times, wherein N is more than or equal to M;
establishing a rate curve according to the rate data;
calculating the average speed of the speed curve, judging whether the average speed is greater than a preset first speed threshold, if so, determining that the preset operation is misoperation, and if the average speed is less than the first speed threshold, executing a distress operation judgment step on the preset operation.
6. An emergency help device, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the operation information of the control component;
the identification unit is used for identifying the operation information, and if the operation information meets a preset condition, the operation information is determined to be a preset operation;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the duration of the preset operation;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the duration is greater than a time threshold value;
and the distress unit is used for sending an emergency distress instruction to the communication equipment through connection when the duration is greater than the time threshold, and the emergency distress instruction is used for indicating the communication equipment to start an emergency distress program.
7. The device according to claim 6, wherein the distress unit is further configured to send a start instruction to the communication device through the connection before sending an emergency distress instruction through the connection, the start instruction being used to instruct the communication device to start a short-range communication device to search for connectable devices;
receiving an initiation response, the initiation response comprising: connectable device information and signal strength, acquiring the connectable device of which the signal strength is greater than a preset signal threshold;
identifying the type of the connectable equipment according to the connectable equipment information, and acquiring the number of the connectable equipment of which the type is communication equipment;
judging whether the number is larger than a preset number threshold value or not;
if the number is larger than the number threshold, determining that the preset operation is misoperation;
and if the number is smaller than the number threshold, executing a distress operation judgment step on the preset operation.
8. A wearable device comprising a control component, an audio component, a short-range communication device, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the control component and configured to be processed by the control component, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps of the method of any of claims 1-6.
9. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-6.
10. A computer program product, wherein the non-transitory computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, the computer program product operable to cause a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-5.
