Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used in this application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a time information obtaining method provided in the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
101. and screening the users according to the specified service types to determine candidate users.
Specifically, the candidate user is a user who needs to recommend the service, for example, a user whose service is about to expire may be determined as the candidate user, or when some preferential services occur, the service is only opened to some users, that is, the specified service type may be a service which is about to expire by the user and a service which is only opened to a specific user (e.g., an old user or a VIP user), and the like, at this time, the certain user may be determined as the candidate user, the determination mode of the candidate user may be set according to actual needs, and is not specifically limited herein, and the specific specified service type may be set according to actual needs, and is not specifically limited herein.
In a possible embodiment, the background server may periodically screen out users whose services are about to expire as candidate users to be recommended, that is, subscribed users. For example, the screening may be performed at a specified time of day. For another example, the user 4 days before the service expiration (i.e., T-4) may be obtained according to the service expiration time T of the user.
102. And acquiring the network use condition data of the candidate user.
Specifically, the network usage data may reflect a time period in which the user is in a non-working state, or a time period in which the user is not in a resting state, or a time period in which the user is in an entertainment state, and therefore, the network usage data of the candidate user needs to be acquired so as to determine an active time period of the candidate user.
103. And determining the active time period of the candidate user according to the network use condition data.
Specifically, with the rapid development of intelligent devices and networks, the daily life and work of users are related to the network, and the users are in working state and non-working state, the applications used by the users are different, or the content sent by the instant messaging software is different between the working state and the non-working state, for example, when the users are in working state, the users may only use the network to search for materials, or use the instant messaging software to send out content related to the work, when the users are in non-working state, the users may use the network to search for content completely unrelated to the work, or use the instant messaging software to send out content unrelated to the work, or for example, when the users are in working state, the users may only use the applications related to the work, and when the users are in non-working state, the user may only use an application that is not related to the work at all, and therefore network usage data of the candidate user needs to be acquired to determine the active time period of the candidate user according to the network usage data of the user.
104. And determining the reservation time of the candidate user according to the active time period.
Specifically, the candidate user is in a non-working state and is not in a rest state in the active time period, so that the reservation time of the candidate user determined according to the active time period is the time for the candidate user to receive the incoming call, the accuracy of the reservation time is improved, and when the candidate user is contacted by the seat according to the reservation time, inconvenience is not caused to the candidate user, and the experience of the user is improved.
In one possible embodiment, the network usage data includes at least one of: conversation recording, telephone recording and internet surfing recording of the instant messaging software.
For example, the session record of the communication software may be a WeChat session record, where in the WeChat session record, the telephone record, and the Internet record, each record includes corresponding time information, so that the active time period of the user may be determined according to the records. It should be noted that the network usage data of the candidate user may be obtained from a third party or a local database, in addition to the above records, and the obtaining manner of the network usage data of the candidate user is not specifically limited herein.
In one possible embodiment, when step 103 is implemented, it can be implemented by the following two schemes:
the first scheme is as follows: counting time information in the network use condition data; counting the number of the time information included in a plurality of preset time periods according to the time information; and determining a preset time period with the largest number of the time information as the active time period of the candidate user.
For example, 24 hours of each day are divided into 24 time periods by 1 hour, and according to the time information contained in the record in the network usage data of the user, if a certain time period is contained in the network usage data, the count of the time period is increased by 1, and so on, so that the total count value of each time period can be obtained. And finally, sorting the total counting values in a descending order, and taking the time period corresponding to the maximum total counting value as the active time period of the user.
Scheme II: determining a time period for which the application program of the specified type is used according to the network use condition data; determining a time period during which the specified type of application is used as an active time period for the candidate user.
For example, the usage record of some application programs by the user is used to subdivide the time period of the usage of the mobile phone by the user, for example: the time period used by the mobile phone is divided into a time period with strong disturbance conflict and a time period with weak disturbance conflict, wherein the time period with strong disturbance conflict can be a time period (possibly in a meeting and the like) in which a user uses less entertainment software in a workday and a time period (the user is dissatisfied because the game is interrupted) in which the user frequently plays games and the like, and the time period with weak disturbance conflict is a time period (chatting, watching videos and the like) in which the user carries out general entertainment and leisure, so that the active time period of the user can be determined through the division method.
In one possible embodiment, when determining the reservation time of the candidate user according to the acquisition time period, the reservation time of the candidate user may be determined according to the active time period, the legal working day and the agent scheduling information.
For example, the active time period of a candidate user in a certain day in a legal working day can be used as the reserved time.
In a feasible implementation scheme, after the appointment time of the candidate user is determined, the seat personnel, the candidate user and the corresponding appointment time are stored, and when the appointment time arrives, the candidate user is pushed to a telephone platform used by the distributed seat personnel, so that the seat personnel can contact with the candidate user according to the pushed information to recommend services.

the user obtaining module 21 is configured to determine a candidate user to be recommended;
a data obtaining module 22, configured to obtain network usage data of candidate users;
a determining module 23, configured to determine an active time period of the candidate user according to the network usage data;
and a time obtaining module 24, configured to determine the reservation time of the candidate user according to the active time period.
In one possible embodiment, the network usage data includes at least one of:
conversation recording, telephone recording and internet surfing recording of the instant messaging software.
In a possible embodiment, when the determining module 23 is configured to determine the active time period of the candidate user according to the network usage data, specifically, to:
counting time information in the network use condition data; counting the number of the time information included in a plurality of preset time periods according to the time information; determining a preset time period with the largest number of the time information as an active time period of the candidate user; or,
determining a time period for which the application program of the specified type is used according to the network use condition data; determining a time period during which the specified type of application is used as an active time period for the candidate user.
In a possible embodiment, the time obtaining module 24 is configured to determine the reservation time of the candidate user according to the active time period, and includes:
and determining the reservation time of the candidate user according to the active time period, the legal working day and the agent scheduling information.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
In the embodiment of the application, the users are screened according to the specified service types, the candidate users needing to be recommended are determined to be reserved users, then the active time periods of the candidate users are determined according to the network use condition data of the users, the preset time of the candidate users is determined according to the active time periods, and the candidate users are in a non-working state in the active time periods and are not in a rest state, so that the reserved time of the candidate users determined according to the active time periods is the time for the candidate users to receive incoming calls, the accuracy of the reserved time is improved, inconvenience is not caused to the candidate users when a seat contacts the candidate users according to the reserved time, and the experience of the users is improved.
