Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobile wire harness manufacturing, in particular to an automatic traction and winding device and a traction and winding process for an acetate cloth adhesive tape of an automobile wire harness.
Background
With the increase of automobile functions and the common application of electronic control technology, more and more electrical parts are provided, more and more automobile wire harnesses are provided, the number of circuits and the power consumption on the automobile are obviously increased, and the wire harnesses are thicker and heavier. The problem to be solved is how to effectively and reasonably arrange a large number of wire harnesses in a limited automobile space and make the automobile wire harnesses play a larger function, and the problem is faced by the automobile manufacturing industry.
At present, whether the automobile is a high-grade luxury automobile or an economic common automobile, the automobile wire harness is basically woven in the same form and consists of the automobile wire harness, a connecting plug-in and a wrapping adhesive tape, which not only ensures the transmission of electric signals, but also ensures the reliability of a connecting circuit, supplies a specified current value to electronic and electric components, prevents electromagnetic interference to surrounding circuits and eliminates short circuit of electric appliances, therefore, the existing automobile wire harness is wound with an acetate cloth adhesive tape on the automobile wire harness, the acetate cloth adhesive tape is provided with a piece of isolation paper, the isolation paper can protect the acetate cloth adhesive tape from being damaged, avoids water and gas inflow of the acetate cloth adhesive tape and the like, delays the reduction of the adhesive force of the acetate cloth adhesive tape, improves the insulating property, simultaneously enables the wire harness to be more compact and saves space, and the existence of the isolation paper makes the winding of the acetate cloth adhesive tape difficult to realize automation, firstly, the release paper needs to be manually stripped to expose the bonding layer and then wound, and the release paper and the acetate cloth adhesive tape cannot be stripped synchronously at present; secondly, the automobile wire harness of the automobile wire harness is usually multi-stranded, one section of the automobile wire harness is provided with a terminal, the other end of the automobile wire harness is scattered, and the automobile wire harness is soft and cannot be well limited, so that the acetic acid cloth adhesive tape is wound manually at present, but the consistency of the wire harness quality cannot be guaranteed by manual winding, a large amount of energy is consumed by workers for winding, the production efficiency is low, and more importantly, gaps exist due to the fact that manual winding is too sparse; the winding is too intensive, causes the waste of acetate cloth sticky tape, and thickness is inhomogeneous moreover, can increase the volume of pencil, and occupation space influences the installation of pencil, also can cause badly, consequently, the defective rate of artifical winding acetate sticky tape of pencil is not less than 7%.
The wire rubber coating device disclosed in the Chinese patent No. CN201711198932.1 comprises a rack, an electrical cabinet, an operation panel and a characteristic mechanism, wherein the rack and the characteristic mechanism are installed on the upper part of the electrical cabinet, the rack is used for supporting the characteristic mechanism, and the characteristic mechanism comprises a wire pressing rubber coating mechanism, a rubber tape feeding cutting mechanism and a moving wire rolling mechanism; the rack is also provided with an operation panel, and the operation panel comprises a button module for setting the action of the device and a display module capable of displaying the state information of the device in real time.
Although the automatic winding and the rubber coating of electric wire can be realized to above-mentioned patent, but its structure is too complicated, lead to the processing step loaded down with trivial details, production efficiency has been reduced, the cost of equipment has also been increased simultaneously, more importantly, the structure of above-mentioned patent can't be applied to the peeling off of car pencil automatic synchronization winding sticky tape and barrier paper, and when car pencil is longer, the car pencil is long for several meters a bit, the car pencil is longer for a long time receives gravity to influence the interlude can flagging and lead to the pencil crooked, how guarantee the straightness accuracy of car pencil, in order to do benefit to the automatic winding of acetic acid cloth sticky tape, simultaneously, how to match the inseparable winding process of drawing at the uniform velocity and acetic acid cloth sticky tape of car pencil mutually.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide an automatic traction and winding device for an acetate cloth tape of an automobile harness, so as to solve the problems in the background art.
The invention also aims to provide a traction winding process of the automatic traction winding device for the acetate cloth adhesive tape of the automobile wire harness.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
automatic traction winding device of car wiring harness acetic acid cloth sticky tape, including mount pad, winding mechanism, drive mechanism and shearing mechanism, winding mechanism installs the upper end at the mount pad, drive mechanism installs the both sides at winding mechanism, winding mechanism includes casing, rotating assembly, sticky tape material loading subassembly and barrier paper rolling component, the casing is equipped with the mounting groove with the middle part of mount pad fixed connection and casing, rotating assembly fixed mounting is in the casing, and sticky tape material loading subassembly and barrier paper rolling component all with rotating assembly fixed connection, drive mechanism includes drive assembly, first subassembly and the second subassembly of pulling, first subassembly and the second of pulling pull all with drive assembly fixed connection.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rotating assembly includes a rotating motor, a driving gear, a rotating gear and a fixed gear, the fixed gear and the rotating gear are both installed in the installation groove and have through holes in the middle, one side of the fixed gear is fixedly connected to the housing, the rotating gear is installed beside the fixed gear and is rotatably connected to the housing, the driving gear is installed in the housing and is engaged with the rotating gear, the rotating motor is horizontally disposed at the upper end of the installation seat, and the output end of the rotating motor penetrates through the housing and is fixedly connected to the driving gear.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the tape feeding assembly includes a first rotating shaft, a first gear, a feeding wheel, and three connecting shafts, one end of the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected to a side wall of the rotating gear, the first gear and the feeding wheel are fixedly connected and both are sleeved on the first rotating shaft, one ends of the three connecting shafts are fixedly connected to a side wall of the rotating gear, the three connecting shafts are respectively provided with a guide wheel rotatably connected thereto, the first gear is engaged with the fixed gear, a connecting rod having one end fixedly connected thereto is provided on a side wall of the rotating gear, the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a discharging rod, and one end of the discharging rod is provided with a discharging port.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the release paper winding assembly includes a second rotating shaft, a third rotating shaft, a second gear, a winding wheel and two driving wheels, wherein the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft are both rotatably connected to a side wall of the rotating gear, the second gear and one driving wheel are both sleeved on the second rotating shaft and the second gear is meshed with the fixed gear, the other driving wheel and the winding wheel are both sleeved on the third rotating shaft, and the two driving wheels are connected by a belt.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the driving assembly includes two supporting columns and a screw rod sliding table, the two supporting columns are vertically disposed on two sides of the winding mechanism, the screw rod sliding table is horizontally disposed, two ends of the screw rod sliding table are respectively and fixedly connected with upper ends of the two supporting columns, the screw rod sliding table is provided with two sliding blocks, a sliding rod for connecting the two sliding blocks is disposed between the two sliding blocks, and the two sliding blocks are both provided with a connecting frame fixedly connected therewith.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first traction assembly and the second traction assembly are respectively fixedly connected with the two connecting frames, the first traction assembly and the second traction assembly have the same structure and respectively comprise a traction cylinder, a traction block, a connecting part and two clamping blocks, one end of the traction block is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting frame, the traction cylinder is fixedly connected with the traction block, the connecting part is bent, the middle part of the connecting part is rotatably connected with the traction block, two ends of the connecting block are respectively fixedly connected with one end of the connecting part and one end of the traction cylinder, the two clamping blocks are respectively installed at the other end of the connecting part and one end of the traction block, the two clamping blocks are respectively provided with a semicircular groove, and in a working state, the two semicircular grooves are matched to form a circular groove for a vehicle wiring harness to pass through.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first traction assembly further includes a resilient block disposed in the semicircular grooves of the two engaging blocks, an air clamp disposed on one side of the housing, and two clamping jaws disposed at the front end of the air clamp and having a limiting groove, wherein the limiting groove is semicircular, and in an operating state, the two limiting grooves can form a circular hole for passing a wire harness of an automobile.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the other side of the housing is provided with a limit rod, the lower end of the limit rod is fixedly connected with the mounting seat through a bolt, the upper end of the limit rod is provided with a limit buckle hinged with the limit rod, the limit rod and the limit buckle are both provided with semicircular limit grooves, in a working state, the limit groove on the limit rod and the limit groove on the limit buckle are matched to form a limit circular groove, and the lower end of the limit buckle is provided with a clamping block clamped with the limit rod.
The traction winding device of the automatic traction winding device for the acetate cloth adhesive tape of the automobile wire harness comprises the following steps:
firstly, enabling one end of an automobile wire harness to penetrate through a circular groove and be placed on a first traction assembly by a worker, enabling two clamping blocks to be clamped through a traction cylinder in the first traction assembly and under the transmission of a connecting part of a connecting block, clamping one end of the automobile wire harness through an elastic block, enabling the two clamping blocks to be clamped through a traction cylinder in a second traction assembly and enabling the two clamping blocks to be clamped to form the circular groove to limit the position of the automobile wire harness, and enabling one end of an acetate cloth adhesive tape to be drawn out and wound at one end of the automobile wire harness by the worker;
secondly, the rotating motor works to drive the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the rotating gear meshed with the driving gear to rotate, the rotating gear drives the first gear and the second gear to move, the first gear enables the first gear to rotate due to meshing of the first gear and the fixed gear during movement, the first gear drives the driving wheel to rotate, the driving wheel drives the other driving wheel and the winding wheel to rotate, the winding wheel winds the isolation paper, the second gear enables the second gear to rotate due to meshing of the second gear and the fixed gear during movement, the second gear drives the feeding wheel to rotate for feeding, meanwhile, the rotating gear drives the discharging rod to rotate around the automobile wire harness to wind the acetate cloth adhesive tape outside the automobile wire harness, and meanwhile, the lead screw sliding table works to drive the first traction assembly and the second traction assembly to synchronously move, so that the acetate cloth adhesive tape completely winds the automobile wire harness;
thirdly, in the process that the first traction assembly and the second traction assembly are driven to move by the screw rod sliding table, the two clamping jaws are closed to form a round hole through air clamp work, and the position of the automobile wire harness is limited through the round hole
Compared with the prior art, the automatic traction and winding device for the automobile wire harness acetic acid cloth adhesive tape has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the driving assembly drives the first traction assembly and the second traction assembly to synchronously move, the first traction assembly pulls the automobile wire harness to move together with the automobile wire harness, meanwhile, the winding assembly, the acetate cloth adhesive tape feeding assembly and the isolation paper winding assembly work to strip the isolation paper, and simultaneously, the acetate cloth adhesive tape is synchronously wound on the automobile wire harness;
(2) the limiting rod is arranged on the other side of the shell, the limiting circular groove on the limiting rod and the circular hole work in a matched mode under the working state, so that the length of the automobile wire harness between the limiting circular groove and the circular hole is moderate, the phenomenon that the automobile wire harness deviates under the dragging of the adhesive tape due to overlong length is avoided, the limiting rod is arranged, the automobile wire harness still keeps good straightness when the automobile wire harness is overlong, and the automatic winding of the longer acetate cloth adhesive tape can be achieved;
(3) the winding process is simple and reliable, compared with manual winding, the speed is about 10-15 times of that of manual winding, the yield of the wound automobile wire harness reaches 99.99%, and the winding process has obvious economic benefit.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 11, and the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-11, the automatic traction and winding device for the acetate cloth adhesive tape of the automobile wire harness comprises a mounting seat 1, a winding mechanism 2 and a traction mechanism 3, wherein the winding mechanism 2 is installed at the upper end of the mounting seat 1, the traction mechanism 3 is installed at two sides of the winding mechanism 2, the winding mechanism 2 comprises a shell 2a, a rotating component 2b, an adhesive tape feeding component 2c and an isolation paper winding component 2d, the shell 2a is fixedly connected with the mounting seat 1, a mounting groove is formed in the middle of the shell 2a, the rotating component 2b is fixedly installed in the shell 2a, the adhesive tape feeding component 2c and the isolation paper winding component 2d are both fixedly connected with the rotating component 2b, the traction mechanism 3 comprises a driving component 3a, a first traction component 3b and a second traction component 3c, the first traction component 3b and the second traction component 3c are both fixedly connected with the driving component 3a, the first traction assembly 3b and the second traction assembly 3c are driven to synchronously move through the driving assembly 3a, the automobile wire harness is pulled by the first traction assembly 3b to move together with the automobile wire harness, and meanwhile, the winding assembly, the adhesive tape feeding assembly 2c and the isolation paper winding assembly 2d work to wind the adhesive tape on the automobile wire harness.
The rotating assembly 2b comprises a rotating motor 2b1, a driving gear 2b2, a rotating gear 2b3 and a fixed gear 2b4, the fixed gear 2b4 and the rotating gear 2b3 are both installed in the installation groove, the middle parts of the two are both provided with a through hole, one side of the fixed gear 2b4 is fixedly connected with the housing 2a, the rotating gear 2b3 is installed at the side of the fixed gear 2b4, the rotating gear 2b3 is rotatably connected with the housing 2a, the driving gear 2b2 is installed in the housing 2a, the driving gear 2b2 is meshed with the rotating gear 2b3, the rotating motor 2b1 is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the installation seat 1, and the output end of the rotating motor 2b1 penetrates through the housing 2a and is fixedly connected with the driving gear 2b 2; the driving gear 2b2 is rotated by the operation of the rotary motor 2b1, and the driving gear 2b2 rotates the rotary gear 2b3 engaged therewith.
The adhesive tape feeding assembly 2c comprises a first rotating shaft 2c1, a first gear 2c2, a feeding wheel 2c3 and three connecting shafts 2c4, one end of the first rotating shaft 2c1 is rotatably connected with the side wall of a rotating gear 2b3, the first gear 2c2 and the feeding wheel 2c3 are fixedly connected and sleeved on the first rotating shaft 2c1, one ends of three connecting shafts 2c4 are fixedly connected with the side wall of the rotating gear 2b3, three connecting shafts 2c4 are respectively provided with a guide wheel 2c5 rotatably connected with the three connecting shafts, the first gear 2c2 is meshed with a fixed gear 2b4, the side wall of the rotating gear 2b3 is provided with a connecting rod 2c6, one end of the connecting rod 2c7 is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod 2c6, and one end of the discharging rod 2c7 is provided with a discharge hole; rotatory gear 2b3 rotates the in-process and drives first gear 2c2 motion, first gear 2c2 can produce the rotation when moving around fixed gear 2b4, drive material loading wheel 2c3 through first gear 2c2 and rotate, material loading wheel 2c3 emits the sticky tape from material loading wheel 2c3, discharge bar 2c7 is along with rotatory gear 2b3 rotation, discharge bar 2c7 can rotate around car pencil, and twine the sticky tape in the discharge gate in the outside of car pencil.
The release paper winding assembly 2d comprises a second rotating shaft 2d1, a third rotating shaft 2d2, a second gear 2d3, a winding wheel 2d5 and two driving wheels 2d4, wherein the second rotating shaft 2d1 and the third rotating shaft 2d2 are both rotatably connected with the side wall of the rotating gear 2b3, the second gear 2d3 and one driving wheel 2d4 are both sleeved on the second rotating shaft 2d1, the second gear 2d3 is meshed with the fixed gear 2b4, the other driving wheel 2d4 and the winding wheel 2d5 are both sleeved on the third rotating shaft 2d2, and the two driving wheels 2d4 are connected through belt transmission; the second gear 2d3 rotates along with the movement of the driving gear 2b2, the second gear 2d3 drives the driving wheel 2d4 to rotate, the driving wheel 2d4 drives the winding wheel 2d5 to rotate, and the winding wheel 2d5 winds up the release paper which is removed from the adhesive tape.
The driving assembly 3a comprises two supporting columns 3a1 and a screw rod sliding table 3a2, the two supporting columns 3a1 are vertically arranged on two sides of the winding mechanism 2, the screw rod sliding table 3a2 is horizontally arranged, two ends of the screw rod sliding table 3a2 are fixedly connected with the upper ends of the two supporting columns 3a1 respectively, two sliding blocks 3a3 are arranged on the screw rod sliding table 3a2, a sliding rod 3a4 used for connecting the two sliding blocks 3a3 is arranged between the two sliding blocks 3a3, and connecting frames 3a5 fixedly connected with the two sliding blocks 3a3 are arranged on the two sliding blocks 3a 3; the two sliding blocks 3a3 can be driven to move by the work of the screw rod sliding table 3a2, and the two sliding blocks 3a3 can move synchronously due to the connection between the two sliding blocks 3a3 through the sliding rods 3a 4.
The first traction assembly 3b and the second traction assembly 3c are respectively fixedly connected with the two connecting frames 3a5, the first traction assembly 3b and the second traction assembly 3c have the same structure and respectively comprise a traction cylinder 3b1, a traction block 3b2, a connecting block 3b3, a connecting part 3b4 and two clamping blocks 3b5, one end of the traction block 3b2 is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting frame 3a5, the traction cylinder 3b1 is fixedly connected with the traction block 3b2, the connecting part 3b4 is bent, the middle part of the connecting part 3b4 is rotatably connected with the traction block 3b2, two ends of the connecting block 3b3 are respectively fixedly connected with one end of the connecting part 3b4 and one end of the traction cylinder 3b1, the two clamping blocks 3b5 are respectively installed at the other end of the connecting part 3b4 and one end of the traction block 3b2, the two clamping blocks 3b5 are respectively provided with a semicircular groove, and in a working state, the two semicircular grooves are matched to form a circular groove for an automobile wire harness to pass through; the traction cylinder 3b1 works to drive the connecting block 3b3 to move, the connecting block 3b3 pulls one end of the connecting part 3b4, and the connecting part 3b4 rotates around the connecting part of the connecting part and the traction block 3b2, so that the two clamping blocks 3b5 are closed or opened.
The semi-circular groove on two block 3b5 in the first subassembly 3b that draws all is equipped with elastic block 5, one side of casing 2a is equipped with air clamp 6, all is equipped with the spacing groove on two clamping jaws of air clamp 6 front end, the spacing groove semicircular in shape, under operating condition, two spacing grooves can form a round hole that supplies the car pencil to pass.
The other side of the shell 2a is provided with a limiting rod 7a, the lower end of the limiting rod 7a is fixedly connected with the mounting seat 1 through a bolt, the upper end of the limiting rod 7a is provided with a limiting buckle 7b hinged with the limiting rod 7a, the limiting rod 7a and the limiting buckle 7b are both provided with semicircular limiting grooves 7c, in a working state, the limiting groove 7c on the limiting rod 7a and the limiting groove 7c on the limiting buckle 7b are matched to form a limiting circular groove, and the lower end of the limiting buckle 7b is provided with a clamping block 7d clamped with the limiting rod 7 a; make first traction assembly 3b press from both sides the one end of car pencil tightly under operating condition through elastic block 5, under operating condition, two clamping jaws of gas clamp 6 form the round hole, the position of car pencil can be injectd to the round hole, restriction groove 7c on the spacing knot 7b and the restriction groove 7c cooperation on the gag lever post 7a form the restriction circular slot, restriction circular slot and round hole cooperation work make car pencil length between the two moderate, avoid car pencil overlength to lead to deviating from under dragging of sticky tape.
Example 2
The traction winding process of the automatic traction winding device for the automobile wire harness acetate cloth adhesive tape in the embodiment 1 comprises the following steps of:
firstly, a worker puts one end of an automobile wire harness on a first traction assembly 3b through a circular groove, works through a traction cylinder 3b1 in the first traction assembly 3b, enables two clamping blocks 3b5 to be clamped under the transmission of a connecting block 3b3 and a connecting part 3b4, clamps one end of the automobile wire harness through an elastic block 5, works through a traction cylinder 3b1 in a second traction assembly 3c, enables the two clamping blocks 3b5 to be clamped, forms a circular groove to limit the position of the automobile wire harness, and draws out and winds one end of an adhesive tape at one end of the automobile wire harness;
secondly, the rotating motor 2b1 is operated to drive the driving gear 2b2 to rotate, the driving gear 2b2 drives the rotating gear 2b3 engaged with the driving gear to rotate, the rotating gear 2b3 drives the first gear 2c2 and the second gear 2d3 to move, the first gear 2c2 rotates the first gear 2c2 due to the engagement of the first gear 2c2 with the fixed gear 2b4 during moving, the first gear 2c2 drives the transmission wheel 2d4 to rotate, the transmission wheel 2d4 drives the other transmission wheel 2d4 and the winding wheel 2d5 to rotate, the winding wheel 2d5 winds the insulation paper, the second gear 2d3 rotates the second gear 2d3 due to the engagement of the second gear 2d3 with the fixed gear 2b4 during moving, the second gear 2d3 drives the feeding wheel 2c3 to rotate for feeding, and simultaneously drives the discharging rod 2c3 to rotate around the automobile to wind the automobile external adhesive tape to drive the automobile wire harness pulling assembly 363 a and the second working screw assembly 363 to move synchronously, so that the adhesive tape completely winds the automobile wire harness;
and thirdly, in the process that the first traction assembly 3b and the second traction assembly 3c are driven to move by the screw rod sliding table 3a2, the air clamp 6 works to enable the two clamping jaws to be closed to form a circular hole, and the position of the automobile wire harness is limited by the circular hole.
