step 3, automatically cutting the acetate cloth adhesive tape: the cutting mechanism (4) is installed at the upper end of the installation seat (1) and the cutting mechanism (4) is located beside the winding mechanism (2), the cutting mechanism (4) comprises a moving assembly (4a) and a cutting assembly (4b), the moving assembly (4a) is installed at the upper end of the installation seat (1), the cutting assembly (4b) is fixedly connected with the moving assembly (4a), and after the acetic acid cloth adhesive tape is wound, the cutting assembly (4b) cuts off the acetic acid cloth adhesive tape; the moving assembly (4a) comprises two supporting rods (4a1), a sliding rail (4a2), a moving cylinder (4a3) and a moving block (4a4), wherein the two supporting rods (4a1) are vertically arranged at the upper end of the mounting seat (1), the sliding rail (4a2) is horizontally arranged, two ends of the sliding rail (4a2) are fixedly connected with the upper ends of the two supporting rods (4a1), the moving block (4a4) is mounted on the sliding rail (4a2) and is in sliding fit with the sliding rail (4a2), the moving cylinder (4a3) is fixedly mounted on one supporting rod (4a1), and the output end of the moving cylinder (4a3) is fixedly connected with one end of the moving block (4a 4); the shearing assembly (4b) comprises a first shearing block (4b1) and a second shearing block (4b2), the first shearing block (4b1) is fixedly connected with a moving block (4a4), the second shearing block (4b2) is located above the first shearing block (4b1), two loop bars (4b3) are arranged on the first shearing block (4b1), two inserting rods are arranged at the lower end of the second shearing block (4b2), the lower ends of the two inserting rods are respectively inserted into the upper ends of the two loop bars (4b3), springs (4b5) are sleeved on the two loop bars (4b3), cutting edges (4b6) are arranged at the front ends of the first shearing block (4b1) and the second shearing block (4b2), a shearing cylinder (4b7) is arranged at the upper end of the second shearing block (4b2), an output end of the shearing cylinder (4b7) is arranged downwards, and a lower pressing block (8) of the shearing cylinder (4b7) is arranged at the lower end of the second shearing cylinder (4b7), a connecting plate (4b9) for connecting the shearing cylinder (4b7) and the moving block (4a4) is arranged between the shearing cylinder (4b7) and the moving block;
