The invention aims to provide a test management system which can effectively prevent adjacent examinees from cheating and plagiarism mutually. The examination management system comprises a display module, an input module and a server, wherein the server comprises an identity authentication module and is used for receiving identity authentication information of an examinee, allowing the examinee to log in if the identity authentication information passes, and sending the information that the examinee successfully logs in to an examination question extraction module; the examination question extracting module is used for transmitting examination questions to the examination question sequence generating module from the storage module after receiving the information that the examinees successfully log in; the examination question sequence generation module is used for randomly adjusting the sequence of the examination questions after receiving the examination questions; the examination question completion submitting module is used for submitting an examination question completion request after an examinee completes the examination questions and sending the completed examination questions to the examination question sequence recovery module; and the examination question sequence recovery module is used for adjusting the completed examination question sequence to be consistent with the examination question sequence stored in the storage module after receiving the completed examination questions.
