本发明公开了一种矿用照明灯具防尘涂层,其特征在于:包括两层基体层、一层金属纤维层,金属纤维层位于两层基体层之间,所述基体层包括如下成分:纳米硅石颗粒、纳米二氧化锌粉、聚乙二醇、交联剂、氧化锡、防静电剂。使用时,将本涂层设置在灯罩玻璃上,不仅可以有效防止煤层或岩石粉尘粘在玻璃上,也可以防止玻璃杯划伤,提高其使用寿命,尤其适用于矿井下这种工况环境恶劣的地方。

本发明涉及一种防尘涂层,具体涉及一种矿用照明灯具防尘涂层,属于工矿设备领域。
背景技术
由于矿井下无自然光源,因此均采用各种照明灯具来进行照明,以保证生产的正常有序进行。由于矿井生产过程中,会产生大量的岩石粉尘或煤粉,这些粉尘会沾染到照明灯具上,从而影响照明,干扰生产。而究其原理,多是因为粉尘及灯罩上具有微量静电,使得粉尘粘在灯罩上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种矿用照明灯具防尘涂层,将本涂层涂在灯罩上,能够防止粉尘在静电作用下粘在灯罩上。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的一种矿用照明灯具防尘涂层,包括两层基体层、一层金属纤维层,金属纤维层位于两层基体层之间,所述基体层包括如下成分:纳米硅石颗粒、纳米二氧化锌粉、聚乙二醇、交联剂、氧化锡、防静电剂。
进一步的,所述基体层包括如下质量组分:10-15份纳米硅石颗粒、5-8份纳米二氧化锌粉、3-6份聚乙二醇、1-3份交联剂、2-5份氧化锡、1-3份防静电剂。
优选的,所述基体层包括如下质量组分:13份纳米硅石颗粒、6份纳米二氧化锌粉、5份聚乙二醇、2份交联剂、3份氧化锡、2份防静电剂。
优选的,所述金属纤维层中的金属纤维直径为20-50um。
优选的,所述金属纤维层中的金属为铜丝。
使用时,将本涂层设置在灯罩玻璃上,不仅可以有效防止煤层或岩石粉尘粘在玻璃上,也可以防止玻璃杯划伤,提高其使用寿命,尤其适用于矿井下这种工况环境恶劣的地方。

如图1所示,一种矿用照明灯具防尘涂层,包括两层基体层、一层金属纤维层,金属纤维层位于两层基体层之间,所述基体层包括如下成分:纳米硅石颗粒、纳米二氧化锌粉、聚乙二醇、交联剂、氧化锡、防静电剂。将本涂层设置在灯罩上,不仅可以有效防止煤层或岩石粉尘粘在玻璃上,也可以防止玻璃杯划伤,提高其使用寿命,尤其适用于矿井下这种工况环境恶劣的地方。选的,所述金属纤维层中的金属纤维直径为20-50um。优选的,所述金属纤维层中的金属为铜丝。
作为其中一个实施例,基体层包括如下质量组分:10份纳米硅石颗粒、8份纳米二氧化锌粉、6份聚乙二醇、1份交联剂、2份氧化锡、1份防静电剂。
作为其中一个实施例,基体层包括如下质量组分:15份纳米硅石颗粒、5份纳米二氧化锌粉、3份聚乙二醇、3份交联剂、5份氧化锡、3份防静电剂。
作为优选的实施例,基体层包括如下质量组分:13份纳米硅石颗粒、6份纳米二氧化锌粉、5份聚乙二醇、2份交联剂、3份氧化锡、2份防静电剂。

1.一种矿用照明灯具防尘涂层,其特征在于:包括两层基体层、一层金属纤维层,金属纤维层位于两层基体层之间,所述基体层包括如下成分:纳米硅石颗粒、纳米二氧化锌粉、聚乙二醇、交联剂、氧化锡、防静电剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用照明灯具防尘涂层,其特征在于:所述基体层包括如下质量组分:10-15份纳米硅石颗粒、5-8份纳米二氧化锌粉、3-6份聚乙二醇、1-3份交联剂、2-5份氧化锡、1-3份防静电剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种矿用照明灯具防尘涂层,其特征在于:所述基体层包括如下质量组分:13份纳米硅石颗粒、6份纳米二氧化锌粉、5份聚乙二醇、2份交联剂、3份氧化锡、2份防静电剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用照明灯具防尘涂层,其特征在于:所述金属纤维层中的金属纤维直径为20-50um。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种矿用照明灯具防尘涂层,其特征在于:所述金属纤维层中的金属为铜丝。
