Abstract

本发明公开了一种多角度LED射灯,包括:灯体底座,灯体拉伸部和固定于灯体拉伸部前端的灯头;灯体底座下端面中心位置设置有旋转盘,且旋转盘通过阻尼转轴与灯体底座垂直连接;灯体拉伸部为金属蛇管,且一顿固定在旋转盘上,另一端固定有灯头;灯体拉伸部内部设置有连接灯头与灯体底座供电电路的电路;灯头外沿套置有前端开口的锥状灯罩,且锥状灯罩外壁加工有螺纹表面圆环凸台;圆环凸台套置装配有锥状调光罩;采用上述技术方案的本发明,通过灯体底座上装配阻尼转轴连接旋转盘实现水平位置旋转调整,通过灯体拉伸部采用金属蛇管实现多角度调整,并且在灯头部分设置锥状调光罩用于调整射灯的聚光程度。

一种多角度LED射灯
技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,特别涉及一种多角度LED射灯。
背景技术
目前射灯主要高自由度的调整角度方式一般通过万向节连接实现转向,另一种自由度低的转向通过轨道平移和转轴旋转实现双自由度调整,第一种万向节转向方式特别容易老化损坏,而且非常不好更换,双自由度的调整方式,自由度少,进而调整角度过少。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题,提出一种通过旋转盘和金属蛇管共同作用实现多角度调整的LED射灯。
为达到以上目的,通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种多角度LED射灯,包括:灯体底座,灯体拉伸部和固定于灯体拉伸部前端的灯头;
灯体底座下端面中心位置设置有旋转盘,且旋转盘通过阻尼转轴与灯体底座垂直连接;
灯体拉伸部为金属蛇管,且一顿固定在旋转盘上,另一端固定有灯头;
灯体拉伸部内部设置有连接灯头与灯体底座供电电路的电路;
灯头外沿套置有前端开口的锥状灯罩,且锥状灯罩外壁加工有螺纹表面圆环凸台;圆环凸台套置装配有锥状调光罩,且锥状调光罩直径最小处与圆环凸台与锥状灯罩外壁接触处直径相同;
旋转盘设置有荧光材料层;
采用上述技术方案的本发明,通过灯体底座上装配阻尼转轴连接旋转盘实现水平位置旋转调整,通过灯体拉伸部采用金属蛇管实现多角度调整,并且在灯头部分设置锥状调光罩用于调整射灯的聚光程度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种多角度LED射灯,包括:灯体底座1,灯体拉伸部2和固定于灯体拉伸部2前端的灯头3;
灯体底座1下端面中心位置设置有旋转盘1.1,且旋转盘1.1通过阻尼转轴与灯体底座1垂直连接;
灯体拉伸部2为金属蛇管,且一顿固定在旋转盘1.1上,另一端固定有灯头3;
灯体拉伸部2内部设置有连接灯头3与灯体底座1供电电路的电路;
灯头3外沿套置有前端开口的锥状灯罩4,且锥状灯罩4外壁加工有螺纹表面圆环凸台4.1;圆环凸台4.1套置装配有锥状调光罩4.2,且锥状调光罩4.2直径最小处与圆环凸台4.1与锥状灯罩4外壁接触处直径相同,此处结构主要通过旋转套置装配于锥状灯罩4螺纹表面的圆环凸台4.1的锥状调光罩4.2,通过螺纹配合实现旋转前移,进而锥状调光罩4.2会逐渐伸出于锥状灯罩4,进而实现调整聚光程度的效果;
旋转盘1.1设置有荧光材料层,主要作用在于旋转盘1.1位于暗光区域,相对于灯头3的强光区域对比明显,很难在灯亮的情况下识别出旋转盘1.1,进而通过荧光材料实现,主要用于便于区别旋转盘1.1;
采用上述技术方案的本发明,通过灯体底座1上装配阻尼转轴连接旋转盘1.1实现水平位置旋转调整,通过灯体拉伸部2采用金属蛇管实现多角度调整,并且在灯头3部分设置锥状调光罩4.2用于调整射灯的聚光程度。

1.一种多角度LED射灯,其特征在于:包括,灯体底座(1),灯体拉伸部(2)和固定于灯体拉伸部(2)前端的灯头(3);
所述灯体底座(1)下端面中心位置设置有旋转盘(1.1),且所述旋转盘(1.1)通过阻尼转轴与灯体底座(1)垂直连接;
所述灯体拉伸部(2)为金属蛇管,且一顿固定在旋转盘(1.1)上,另一端固定有灯头(3);
所述灯体拉伸部(2)内部设置有连接灯头(3)与灯体底座(1)供电电路的电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多角度LED射灯,其特征在于:所述灯头(3)外沿套置有前端开口的锥状灯罩(4),且所述锥状灯罩(4)外壁加工有螺纹表面圆环凸台(4.1);所述圆环凸台(4.1)套置装配有锥状调光罩(4.2),且所述锥状调光罩(4.2)直径最小处与圆环凸台(4.1)与锥状灯罩(4)外壁接触处直径相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多角度LED射灯,其特征在于:旋转盘(1.1)设置有荧光材料层。
