Abstract

本发明提供一种智能伸缩投光灯,包括灯壳、后盖壳、支架、滑槽、滑轨、电动伸缩杆、控制器容腔、光源组件、散热翅片、控制器、电源及温度传感器,灯壳一端敞开设置,另一端连接后盖壳,灯壳两侧通过铰接连接支架,灯壳内设置滑槽,滑槽与灯壳紧固连接,灯壳内设置控制器容腔,控制器容腔外侧设置滑轨,控制器容腔一端通过电动伸缩杆连接后盖壳,另一端设置有光源组件,控制器容腔内设置电源、温度传感器及控制器,温度传感器通过数据线连接控制器,电源通过电线连接控制器、光源组件及电动伸缩杆,控制器容腔上设置有用于电源充电的充电孔,控制器容腔外壁上设置有散热翅片。电动伸缩杆带动控制器容腔及光源组件移动,提高光源组件的散热功能。

一种智能伸缩投光灯
技术领域
本发明涉及透光灯技术领域,具体涉及一种智能伸缩投光灯。
背景技术
投光灯是一种结构简单、使用方便灵活的投射照明灯具,主要用于大面积作业场矿、建筑物轮廓、体育场、立交桥、纪念碑、公园及花坛等场所。目前的投光灯基本都是采用LED芯片作为其发光源,由于投光灯的亮度要求较高,其发光源通常采用大功率的LED芯片,在长时间工作条件下,会产生大量的热量。由于散热措施不当,使得核心部件长期工作在高温环境中,器件老化严重,极大地缩短了投光灯的使用寿命。
发明内容
综上所述,为了克服现有技术问题的不足,本发明提供一种智能伸缩投光灯,它是在灯壳与控制器容腔之间设置相互配合的滑轨与滑槽,控制器容腔后端设置电动伸缩杆,电动伸缩杆一端连接控制器容腔,另一端连接后盖壳,控制器容腔及光源组件通过电动伸缩杆伸缩,沿滑槽向外移动实现散热功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种智能伸缩投光灯,其中:包括灯壳、后盖壳、支架、滑槽、滑轨、电动伸缩杆、控制器容腔、光源组件、散热翅片、控制器、电源及温度传感器,所述的灯壳一端敞开设置,另一端连接后盖壳,所述的灯壳两侧通过铰接连接支架,所述的灯壳内设置滑槽,滑槽与灯壳紧固连接,所述的灯壳内设置控制器容腔,控制器容腔外侧设置滑轨,滑轨与滑槽相互配合,所述的控制器容腔一端通过电动伸缩杆连接后盖壳,另一端设置有光源组件,所述的控制器容腔内设置电源、温度传感器及控制器,温度传感器通过数据线连接控制器,电源通过电线连接控制器、光源组件及电动伸缩杆,控制器通过控制线连接光源组件及电动伸缩杆,所述的控制器容腔上设置有用于电源充电的充电孔,充电孔连接电源,控制器容腔外壁上设置有散热翅片。
进一步,所述的电动伸缩杆为笔式微型电动伸缩杆,包括壳体,所述的壳体内端部设有电机,电机主轴连接减速机的输入轴,减速机的输出轴连接丝杆,丝杆连接设置在导管内的连接块,连接块内设置有螺纹孔,连接块与丝杠螺纹连接,连接块与导管内壁固定连接,导管插装在壳体内,且能够相对壳体做伸缩运动。
进一步,所述的后盖壳上设置有散热孔。
进一步,所述的灯壳包括一体结构的反光部及连接部,反光部上前端到连接部的距离为a,反光部下前端到连接部的距离为b,a>b。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明的结构简单,构思巧妙,在灯壳与控制器容腔之间设置相互配合的滑轨与滑槽,控制器容腔后端设置电动伸缩杆,电动伸缩杆一端连接控制器容腔,另一端连接后盖壳,温度传感器通过控制器连接电动伸缩杆伸缩,当文段传感器传出的信号值高于预设的信号值,控制器控制电动伸缩杆沿滑槽向外移动实现散热功能,延长投光灯的使用寿命。

如图1、图2、图3及图4所示,一种智能伸缩投光灯,包括灯壳1、后盖壳2、支架3、滑槽4、滑轨5、电动伸缩杆6、控制器容腔7、光源组件8、散热翅片10、控制器9、电源11及温度传感器12,所述的灯壳1一端敞开设置,另一端连接后盖壳2,所述的灯壳两侧通过铰接连接支架3,所述的灯壳1包括一体结构的反光部及连接部,反光部上前端到连接部的距离为a,反光部下前端到连接部的距离为b,a>b,所述的后盖壳2上设置有散热孔13,所述的灯壳1内设置滑槽4,滑槽4与灯壳1紧固连接,所述的灯壳1内设置控制器容腔7,控制器容腔7外侧设置滑轨5,滑轨5与滑槽4相互配合,所述的控制器容腔7一端通过电动伸缩杆6连接后盖壳2,另一端设置有光源组件8,所述的电动伸缩杆6为笔式微型电动伸缩杆,包括壳体14,所述的壳体14内端部设有电机15,电机15主轴连接减速机16的输入轴,减速机16的输出轴连接丝杆17,丝杆17连接设置在导管19内的连接块18,连接块18上设置有螺纹孔,连接块18与丝杠17螺纹连接,连接块18与导管19内壁固定连接,导管19插装在壳体14内,且能够相对壳体14做伸缩运动,所述的控制器容腔7内设置电源11、温度传感器12及控制器9,电源通过电线连接控制器9、光源组件8及电动伸缩杆6,控制器9通过控制线连接光源组件8及电动伸缩杆6,所述的控制器容腔7上设置有用于电源11充电的充电孔,充电孔连接电源11,控制器容腔7外壁上设置有散热翅片10。
在使用时, 首先将控制器9、电源11及温度传感器12安装在控制器9容腔7内,控制器容腔7一端连接笔式微型电动伸缩杆6,另一端连接光源组件8,笔式微型电动伸缩杆6一端连接控制器容腔7内侧,另一端连接后盖壳2,后盖壳2与灯壳1连接,灯壳1内安装滑槽4,控制器容腔7外侧设置散热翅片10及滑轨5,滑槽4与滑轨5相互配合使用,在光源组件8内侧安装温度传感器12,温度传感器12通过电源11连接控制器9,控制器9通过电源11连接笔式微型电动伸缩杆6,当光源组件8的温度高于设计温度时,控制器9通过温度传感器12控制笔式微型电动伸缩杆6,笔式微型电动伸缩杆6伸出将控制器容腔7及光源组件8沿滑槽4推出,以此加快光源组件8的散热。

1.一种智能伸缩投光灯,其特征在于:包括灯壳、后盖壳、支架、滑槽、滑轨、电动伸缩杆、控制器容腔、光源组件、散热翅片、控制器、电源及温度传感器,所述的灯壳一端敞开设置,另一端连接后盖壳,所述的灯壳两侧通过铰接连接支架,所述的灯壳内设置滑槽,滑槽与灯壳紧固连接,所述的灯壳内设置控制器容腔,控制器容腔外侧设置滑轨,滑轨与滑槽相互配合,所述的控制器容腔一端通过电动伸缩杆连接后盖壳,另一端设置有光源组件,所述的控制器容腔内设置电源、温度传感器及控制器,温度传感器通过数据线连接控制器,电源通过电线连接控制器、光源组件及电动伸缩杆,控制器通过控制线连接光源组件及电动伸缩杆,所述的控制器容腔上设置有用于电源充电的充电孔,充电孔连接电源,控制器容腔外壁上设置有散热翅片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能伸缩投光灯,其特征在于:所述的电动伸缩杆为笔式微型电动伸缩杆,包括壳体,所述的壳体内端部设有电机,电机主轴连接减速机的输入轴,减速机的输出轴连接丝杆,丝杆连接设置在导管内的连接块,连接块内设置有螺纹孔,连接块与丝杠螺纹连接,连接块与导管内壁固定连接,导管插装在壳体内,且能够相对壳体做伸缩运动。
