The upstream second plugging point bears the water pressure by the plugging piece 1 at the plugging point 1, so that the pressure borne by the plugging piece 1 at the upstream second plugging point mainly depends on the height of the hydrostatic liquid level reserved between the first plugging point and the second plugging point.
In practical application, the plugging point may be selected in other manners, and is not limited to the above embodiment.

Claims (14)

1. A temporary pipeline plugging device, comprising:
a plugging member (1) capable of plugging a pipeline;
the driving device is connected with the plugging piece (1) and is used for applying pressure to the plugging piece (1) so as to enable the plugging piece (1) to plug the pipeline;
the power output part of the driving device is detachably and fixedly connected with the blocking part (1);
the number of the power output parts is at least two, and the position of at least one power output part acting on the plugging part (1) is adjustable.
2. The temporary pipeline plugging device of claim 1, further comprising: and the sensor (4) is arranged on the liquid facing side of the plugging piece (1) and is used for detecting the liquid pressure at the plugging part.
3. Temporary pipeline plugging device according to claim 2, wherein said driving means is in signal connection with said sensor (4) and is capable of adjusting the pressure applied to said plug (1) according to the value detected by said sensor (4).
4. Temporary pipeline plugging device according to claim 1, wherein said plugging member (1) comprises: a plugging support (11), a sealing element (12) fixedly connected with the plugging support (11); wherein the sealing element (12) is used for being connected with a pipeline in a sealing mode, and the driving device is connected with the plugging support piece (11).
5. Temporary pipe plugging device according to claim 4, wherein said plugging support (11) is a steel plate and said sealing member (12) is a rubber pad.
6. Temporary pipeline plugging device according to claim 1, wherein a nut (5) is fixed to the plugging member (1), and the power take-off member is provided with a thread structure in threaded engagement with the nut (5).

The temporary pipeline plugging device of claim 1 wherein said drive means is a hydraulic drive system comprising: a tank, a hydraulic cylinder (6), a hydraulic pump (9) for delivering oil in the tank to the hydraulic cylinder (6); wherein, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder (6) is fixedly connected with the plugging piece (1).

Temporary pipeline plugging device according to claim 7, wherein said hydraulic drive system further comprises a base (2), said hydraulic pump (9), said oil tank and said hydraulic cylinder (6) being provided to said base (2); wherein, the hydraulic cylinder (6) is detachably and fixedly connected with the base (2).
9. Temporary pipe closure according to any of claims 1-8, further comprising a handle (3) arranged to the closure (1).
10. A temporary pipeline plugging method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
placing the plugging piece (1) at a plugging point of a pipeline;
applying pressure to the plugging piece (1) by using a driving device so as to enable the plugging piece (1) to plug the pipeline;
the power output part of the driving device is detachably and fixedly connected with the blocking part (1);
the number of the power output parts is at least two, and the position of at least one power output part acting on the plugging part (1) is adjustable.
11. The method for temporarily plugging a pipeline according to claim 10, wherein in the step of: applying pressure to the plugging piece (1) by using a driving device so as to enable the plugging piece (1) to plug the pipeline, and then further comprising the following steps:
passing a liquid into the conduit;
and detecting the liquid pressure in the pipeline by using a sensor (4).
12. The method for temporarily plugging a pipeline according to claim 11, further comprising the steps of: -adjusting the pressure exerted on the closure (1) in dependence on the detected liquid pressure.
13. The method for temporarily plugging a pipeline according to claim 11, further comprising the steps of:
and acquiring the liquid pressure to which the plugging piece (1) is subjected according to the detected liquid pressure, and detecting and/or constructing the inside of the pipeline when the liquid pressure is lower than the bending strength and the shearing strength of the plugging piece (1).
14. A method of temporarily plugging a pipeline according to any of claims 10 to 13 wherein said plugging points comprise an upstream plugging point and a downstream plugging point, said upstream plugging point being located upstream of said downstream plugging point in the direction of flow of liquid within said pipeline;
when the diameter of the pipeline is not more than 800mm, selecting one upstream plugging point for plugging;
and when the diameter of the pipeline is larger than 800mm, selecting at least two upstream plugging points for plugging.
