本发明公开了一种长导向定位法兰面螺栓,包括一体式设置的螺栓头、法兰面和螺栓杆,所述螺栓杆北里螺栓头端中部设置有一个连接螺孔,所述连接螺孔通过内螺纹连接有一根连接螺杆,所述连接螺杆北里螺栓杆的一端固定设置有一根定位圆柱,所述定位圆柱外表面上设置有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内套接有定位套,所述定位套上一体设置有多个凸起的定位件,所述定位圆柱背离连接螺杆的一端设置有第一导向锥面,所述定位套背离连接螺杆的一端设置有第二导向锥面,所述螺栓杆的外表面附着一层防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:六磷酸酯40‑50份、丙烯酰胺36‑39份、谷氨酸20‑25份、纳米二氧化硅8‑12份、成膜助剂4‑6份。

技术领域
本发明涉及紧固件技术领域,特别是涉及一种长导向定位法兰面螺栓。
背景技术
螺栓作为一种最常见的机械基础零件,是配用螺母的圆柱形带螺纹的紧固件。螺栓由头部和螺杆(带有外螺纹的圆柱体)两部分组成,与螺母配合用于紧固连接两个带有通孔的零件,这种连接形式称为螺栓连接。如把螺母从螺栓上旋下,又可以使这两个零件分开,故螺栓连接是属于可拆卸连接。现有技术中的螺栓在使用过程中由于其本身材质存在缺陷会出现生锈、断裂等现象,且在长期震动环境下使用会产生自动松脱。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种结构设计合理、结构简单、连接可靠、使用方便、同时具备防松和导向作用的新型法兰面导向螺栓。
针对上述问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种长导向定位法兰面螺栓,包括一体式设置的螺栓头、法兰面和螺栓杆,所述法兰面位于所述螺栓头与螺栓杆之间,且所述法兰面的上端平面与螺栓头的下端平面无隙连接在一起,所述螺栓杆北里螺栓头端中部设置有一个连接螺孔,所述连接螺孔通过内螺纹连接有一根连接螺杆,所述连接螺杆北里螺栓杆的一端固定设置有一根定位圆柱,所述定位圆柱外表面上设置有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内套接有定位套,所述定位套上一体设置有多个凸起的定位件,所述定位圆柱背离连接螺杆的一端设置有第一导向锥面,所述定位套背离连接螺杆的一端设置有第二导向锥面,所述螺栓杆的外表面附着一层防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:六磷酸酯40-50份、丙烯酰胺36-39份、谷氨酸20-25份、纳米二氧化硅8-12份、成膜助剂4-6份。
优选的,所述定位圆柱的直径比所述螺栓杆的直径小1-2.5mm,且所述连接螺杆和定位圆柱为一体式结构。
优选的,所述防锈涂层的厚度为0.3-0.6μm。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的定位螺栓结构设计更加合理,定位圆柱上的定位套通过定位件能够与现有的螺纹孔内的螺纹卡接,使得螺栓连接后不易松动或者移位,紧固效果好,且定位圆柱与螺栓杆进行可拆卸式连接,维修或者更换的操作都更为方便;另外,在定位套和定位圆柱上均设置有导向锥面,使得螺栓安装时容易对准螺纹孔,同时具备防松和导向的作用;在螺栓头与螺栓杆之间设置法兰面,可以有效避免在长期震动环境下使用而产生的自动松脱现象;在螺栓杆的表面附着防锈涂层,可有效表面螺栓使用过程中的生锈、断裂现象。

一种长导向定位法兰面螺栓,包括一体式结构的螺栓头、法兰面和螺栓杆,所述法兰面位于所述螺栓头与螺栓杆之间,且所述法兰面的上端平面与螺栓头的下端平面无隙连接在一起,所述螺栓杆北里螺栓头端中部设置有一个连接螺孔,所述连接螺孔通过内螺纹连接有一根连接螺杆,所述连接螺杆北里螺栓杆的一端固定设置有一根定位圆柱,所述定位圆柱外表面上设置有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内套接有定位套,所述定位套上一体设置有多个凸起的定位件,所述定位圆柱背离连接螺杆的一端设置有第一导向锥面,所述定位套背离连接螺杆的一端设置有第二导向锥面,所述螺栓杆的外表面附着一层防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:六磷酸酯45份、丙烯酰胺38份、谷氨酸22份、纳米二氧化硅12份、成膜助剂5份,所述定位圆柱的直径比所述螺栓杆的直径小1.5mm,且所述连接螺杆和定位圆柱为一体式结构,所述防锈涂层的厚度为0.5μm。

1.一种长导向定位法兰面螺栓,其特征在于,包括一体式设置的螺栓头、法兰面和螺栓杆,所述法兰面位于所述螺栓头与螺栓杆之间,且所述法兰面的上端平面与螺栓头的下端平面无隙连接在一起,所述螺栓杆北里螺栓头端中部设置有一个连接螺孔,所述连接螺孔通过内螺纹连接有一根连接螺杆,所述连接螺杆北里螺栓杆的一端固定设置有一根定位圆柱,所述定位圆柱外表面上设置有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内套接有定位套,所述定位套上一体设置有多个凸起的定位件,所述定位圆柱背离连接螺杆的一端设置有第一导向锥面,所述定位套背离连接螺杆的一端设置有第二导向锥面,所述螺栓杆的外表面附着一层防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:六磷酸酯40-50份、丙烯酰胺36-39份、谷氨酸20-25份、纳米二氧化硅8-12份、成膜助剂4-6份。
