本发明提供了一种含月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵的消毒杀菌浓缩洗涤剂。所述的洗涤剂包含如下重量份组分:月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵:2~5份,聚六亚甲基胍:3~5份,聚乙氧基化脂肪醇:10~15份,古伯特烷氧基化物:12~16份,羰基醇乙氧基化物:10~12份,谷氨酸二乙酸四钠:0.2~0.5份,马来酸丙烯酸共聚物:0.4~1份,余量为去离子水,总质量份数为100份。该洗涤剂中通过添加月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵、聚六亚甲基胍进行消毒杀菌,使带负电荷的细胞壁通过被阳离子的正电荷所吸引,促使细胞壁和细胞膜彻底变形破裂,细菌失去繁殖和生存能力而死亡,达到消毒杀菌的目的。

技术领域:
本发明涉及到化工洗涤剂领域,特别涉及到一种含月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵的消毒杀菌浓缩洗涤剂。
背景技术:
在我们平时使用洗衣粉、洗衣液等洗涤剂洗涤衣物的时候,往往因急于把衣物洗干净,洗涤剂的用量比较大。通常,我们在家里用洗衣机洗衣服、床单、被套,使用洗衣粉或洗衣液,会发现泡沫相当多。按洗衣机的常规流程洗涤,往往洗后经多次漂清,脱水时还有很多泡沫,又要重新漂清。在常规的洗涤过程中,消除泡沫、清除洗涤剂中的化学残留、柔顺织物,都必须采用专业的洗涤后处理技术。所以,在专业的洗衣房,会采取专业的方法来解决这些问题。
洗涤的衣物如果不清洗干净,洗涤液中还有大量的泡沫,证明洗涤剂中的表面活性剂和助洗剂大量残留在衣物上,并具有很强的碱度,衣物会因碱性残留而变得发黄、发硬。不仅如此,这些表面活性剂和助洗剂的化学残留,还会刺激皮肤,严重时会让人穿着后产生皮疹。
目前,洗涤剂的消毒杀菌技术经历过三个阶段,现在发展到第四代技术了。
第一代消毒杀菌洗涤剂为无机氯,代表产品有:次氯酸钠(84消毒液)、优氯净等,第一代消毒杀菌洗涤剂是通过活性氯的氧化反应杀灭细菌病毒,第一代消毒杀菌洗涤剂存在如下缺陷:有腐蚀作用、有刺激性、稳定性差、漂白彩色织物。对织物损伤极大,损害织物外观,大大减少纺织物的使用寿命,同时对手和洗衣机有腐蚀等。
第二代消毒杀菌洗涤剂为有机氯,代表产品有:对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)、三氯卡班(TCC)、三氯生(DP300)等,第二代消毒杀菌洗涤剂也是通过活性氯的氧化反应杀灭细菌病毒,第二代消毒杀菌洗涤剂存在如下缺陷:有刺激性、安全性受质疑,在欧美地区已限制使用。
第三代消毒杀菌洗涤剂产品为阳离子季铵盐,代表产品有:烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227或苯扎氯铵),第三代消毒杀菌洗涤剂通过电荷使细胞壁和细胞膜彻底变形破裂死亡,达到消毒杀菌的目的。第三代消毒杀菌洗涤剂也存在杀菌力弱、需增加消毒剂用量。第三代消毒杀菌剂由于不能与阴离子表面活性剂同时使用,对其使用有诸多限制。
织物在使用过程中,会粘染各种细菌,特别是如果织物污染了致病菌还会引发疾病,为杜绝病菌传播、防止疾病发生。本发明采用最新的第四代消毒杀菌技术,主要杀菌剂采用阳离子季铵盐杀菌剂——月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵的消毒杀菌浓缩洗涤剂。
本发明的设计思想是洗涤剂中通过添加月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵消毒杀菌,根据细菌的细胞壁和细胞膜由磷脂质双分子膜组成,根据物理学异性电荷相吸的原理,带负电荷的细胞壁就会被阳离子的正电荷所吸引,并促使细胞壁和细胞膜彻底变形破裂,细菌失去繁殖和生存能力而死亡,达到消毒杀菌的目的。
同时洗涤剂中通过添加第四代的杀菌剂—聚六亚甲基胍消毒杀菌,由于洗涤剂呈正电性质,很容易被呈负电性的各类细菌、病毒所吸附,从而抑制细菌病毒的分裂功能,使其丧失生殖能力,加上聚合物形成的薄膜堵塞了微生物的呼吸通道,使微生物迅速窒息死亡,达到消毒杀菌的目的。
在洗涤剂中通过添加聚乙氧基化脂肪醇的表面活性剂,能乳化细菌和污垢,通过漂洗能有效地去除细菌和污垢;同时通过乙氧基化脂肪醇类的表面活性剂来降低洗涤液的表面张力,能清除织物表面附着的细菌和污垢。洗涤剂中添加的古伯特烷氧基化物,由于其含有支链的烷基,赋予本品有超强渗透力,能将纤维内部的细菌和污垢连根拔除,有效地清除细菌和污垢。添加的羰基醇乙氧基化物,使洗涤剂有很好低温洗涤性能,在北方、在寒冷冬季仍能发挥优越的乳化、分散作用,在低温下也能有效地清除细菌和污垢,更符合我国消费者的使用习惯。添加的脂肪醇烷氧基化物,赋予洗涤剂低泡和超强渗透性能,能更好地漂清细菌和污垢。添加的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,赋予洗涤剂优良稳定性能,同由于其是绿色产品,保证本品更环保、更安全。添加的聚丙烯酸钠,赋予洗涤剂优良抗再沉积性能,在洗涤过程中防止细菌和污垢重新粘附到衣物上。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种含月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵的消毒杀菌浓缩洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述的洗涤剂包含如下重量份组分:
月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵:2~5份,
聚六亚甲基胍:3~5份,
聚乙氧基化脂肪醇:10~15份,
古伯特烷氧基化物:12~16份,
羰基醇乙氧基化物:10~12份,
谷氨酸二乙酸四钠:0.2~0.5份,
马来酸丙烯酸共聚物:0.4~1份,
余量为去离子水,总质量份数为100份。

与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果为:
1、该洗涤剂中通过添加月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵、聚六亚甲基胍消毒杀菌,根据细菌的细胞壁和细胞膜由磷脂质双分子膜组成,根据物理学异性电荷相吸的原理,带负电荷的细胞壁就会被阳离子的正电荷所吸引,并促使细胞壁和细胞膜彻底变形破裂,细菌失去繁殖和生存能力而死亡,达到消毒杀菌的目的;

6、本发明采用洗涤剂的第四代消毒杀菌技术,并通过科学配伍原料中的关键性组分,将消毒和杀菌功效与洗涤剂有机结合,在正常的洗涤过中消毒和杀菌一次完成,简化操作,方便消费者使用,解决了第一、二、三代杀菌剂对织物损伤大,损害织物外观,大大减少纺织物的使用寿命,同时对手和洗衣机有腐蚀的的弊端。

分别称取月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵:2份、聚六亚甲基胍:3份、聚乙氧基化脂肪醇:10份、古伯特烷氧基化物:12份、羰基醇乙氧基化物:10份、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠:0.2份、马来酸丙烯酸共聚物:0.4份,加去离子水至总质量为100份,用现有技术工艺制备成含含月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵的消毒杀菌浓缩洗涤剂。
实施例二
分别称取月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵:3份、聚六亚甲基胍:4份、聚乙氧基化脂肪醇:12份、古伯特烷氧基化物:14份、羰基醇乙氧基化物:11份、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠:0.3份、马来酸丙烯酸共聚物:0.7份,加去离子水至总质量为100份,用现有技术工艺制备成含含月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵的消毒杀菌浓缩洗涤剂。
实施例三
分别称取月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵:5份、聚六亚甲基胍:5份、聚乙氧基化脂肪醇:15份、古伯特烷氧基化物:16份、羰基醇乙氧基化物:12份、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠:0.5份、马来酸丙烯酸共聚物:1份,加去离子水至总质量为100份,用现有技术工艺制备成含含月桂基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵的消毒杀菌浓缩洗涤剂。
