有益效果:本发明中提供了一种医院抗菌口罩用聚氨酯胶粘剂,为双组份体系,其中,A组分以含-OH活性基团的聚酯二元醇、聚碳酸酯二元醇为主要原料,并添加具有抗菌性能的改性抗菌淀粉从而提高了该胶粘剂的抗菌抑菌性能,改性抗菌淀粉制备中,先将淀粉溶于水得到淀粉乳,然后在碱性条件下,淀粉分子链上的-OH与交联剂环氧氯丙烷发生交联反应,形成新的交联化学键,强化淀粉颗粒间的结合作用,提高淀粉的胶黏强度,且形成的网状交联网络提高淀粉的耐水性;再向其中加入马来酸酐发生酯化反应,提高淀粉胶粘剂的固含量,改善其胶合性能和干燥性能,且在淀粉分子中引入羧基、酯基等基团,引入的马来酸酐,一方面,羧基可以与活性的异氰酸酯基反应增加交联程度,改善胶接强度,提高耐水性,另一方面,壳聚糖、碳纳米管与活性基团反应从而接枝到淀粉交联网络中,由于壳聚糖和碳纳米管具有较好的抗菌活性,从而提高材料的抗菌性能;此外,在过硫酸铵、硼砂的作用下,聚乙烯醇和淀粉之间相互脱水形成网络结构,提高材料的耐水性和胶合强度,提高胶粘剂的初粘性,进而提高胶粘剂的耐水性和粘接力;液体丁苯橡胶、填料、抗氧剂等配合作用能够提高胶粘剂的力学性能和耐老化性能;以聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚四氢呋喃、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为原料,在催化剂辛酸亚锡的作用下,生成含-NCO的预聚体,将其作为B组分,使用时将A组分和B组分混合发生交联反应形成网络结构,制备的胶粘剂具有较好的涂布性、粘合性、柔韧性和耐水性,不易黄变,其粘度在70℃下的粘度为1200mPa·s,且具有很好的抗菌性能,对空气中的霉菌、白色念珠球菌、炭疽杆菌、大肠杆菌、肺结核分支杆菌等微生物病原体有很好的抑制的作用,能够有效防止医疗环境中的交叉感染。

本发明提出的一种医院抗菌口罩用聚氨酯胶粘剂,其原料包括组分A和组分B,组分A和组分B的重量比为4.2:2,其中,所述组分A的原料按重量份包括:聚酯二元醇35份、聚(碳酸1,5-戊二醇酯)二醇65份、硅烷偶联剂2份、填料26份、阻燃剂0.3份、抗氧剂0.4份、改性抗菌淀粉6.5份,液体丁苯橡胶4.5份;所述组分B的原料按重量份包括:聚氧化丙烯二醇26份、聚四氢呋喃二元醇24份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯55份、辛酸亚锡0.1份;
其中,聚酯二元醇制备原料的制备原料如下:己二酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、一缩乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷,己二酸和邻苯二甲酸酐的重量比为1.6:1,一缩乙二醇和三羟甲基丙烷的重量比为3:3,酸醇的-COOH/-OH的摩尔比为1:1.6;
其中,改性抗菌淀粉的制备如下:将25份淀粉加入到75份水中,加热至65℃,搅拌溶解,用30%氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至10,向其中加入6份环氧氯丙烷,搅拌反应4h,得物料a,向物料a中加入4份马来酸酐,调节pH至8.5,在55℃下搅拌反应1.5h,然后加入6份聚乙烯醇、1.5份过硫酸铵和0.8份硼砂,搅拌反应1.5h,得物料b,向物料b中加入5.5份壳聚糖和3份碳纳米管,在65℃下搅拌反应4h,干燥,即得;
其中,填料为蒙脱土、膨润土、滑石粉按照2:2:1的重量比组成的。
对本发明实施例3-5制备的医院抗菌口罩用聚氨酯胶粘剂的抗菌抑菌性能进行检测。
试验步骤:裁取医用无纺布100mm×100mm,将本发明实施例3-5中的聚氨酯胶粘剂涂布到无纺布上,从而将两片无纺布粘接在一起,干燥后将该无纺布置于无菌的表面皿上,将培养好的大肠杆菌(菌数约为141个/mL)滴到无纺布上10mm直径的圆形中,然后放入37℃恒温培养箱内培养。分别在经过1、8、12、16、20、24h后在显微镜下观测滴液圆(R=5mm)中的菌落,菌落的数量变化表示抗菌、抑菌性。每个试样做三份平行样取平均值,结果见下表。

从表中可以看出,随时间的变化,实施例3-5中的菌落数明显减少,表现出明显的抗菌、抑菌性能。

Claims (7)

1.一种医院抗菌口罩用聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,其原料包括组分A和组分B,组分A和组分B的重量比为3-5:2,其中,所述组分A的原料按重量份包括:聚酯二元醇30-40份、聚碳酸酯二元醇60-70份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份、填料20-30份、阻燃剂0.1-0.5份、抗氧剂0.1-0.5份、改性抗菌淀粉3-8份,液体丁苯橡胶2-6份;所述组分B的原料按重量份包括:聚氧化丙烯二醇20-30份、聚四氢呋喃二元醇20-30份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯47-60份、辛酸亚锡0.05-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医院抗菌口罩用聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述聚酯二元醇制备原料的制备原料如下:己二酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、一缩乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医院抗菌口罩用聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述己二酸和邻苯二甲酸酐的重量比为1.2-2:1,一缩乙二醇和三羟甲基丙烷的重量比为2-4:3,酸醇的-COOH/-OH的摩尔比为1:1.4-1.8。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的医院抗菌口罩用聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述聚碳酸酯二元醇为聚(碳酸1,5-戊二醇酯)二醇。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的医院抗菌口罩用聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述改性抗菌淀粉的制备如下:将淀粉加入到水中,加热搅拌,用碱液调节pH至9-10,向其中加入环氧氯丙烷,搅拌反应,得物料a,向物料a中加入马来酸酐,调节pH至7.5-8.5,搅拌反应,向其中加入聚乙烯醇、过硫酸铵溶液和硼砂,搅拌反应,得物料b,向物料b中加入壳聚糖和碳纳米管,搅拌反应,干燥,即得。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的医院抗菌口罩用聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述改性抗菌淀粉的制备如下:将22-27份淀粉加入到70-80份水中,加热至60-65℃,搅拌溶解,用30%氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至9-10,向其中加入4-8份环氧氯丙烷,搅拌反应3-5h,得物料a,向物料a中加入3-5份马来酸酐,调节pH至7.5-8.5,在50-60℃下搅拌反应1-2h,然后加入4-7份聚乙烯醇、1-2份过硫酸铵和0.5-1份硼砂,搅拌反应1-2h,得物料b,向物料b中加入4-7份壳聚糖和2-4份碳纳米管,在60-70℃下搅拌反应3-5h,干燥,即得。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的医院抗菌口罩用聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述填料为蒙脱土、硅藻土、高岭土、膨润土和滑石粉中的至少一种。
