Abstract
本发明公开了一种EVA用阻燃母粒及其制备方法,属于阻燃母粒生产技术领域,所述阻燃母粒由以下重量份的原料制备而成:溴化SBS 20‑35份,甲基八溴醚15‑35份,溴化聚苯醚20‑25份,硬脂酸锌0.5‑1份,硬脂酸钡0.3‑0.5份,硬脂酸铝0.5‑1份,硬酯酸钙2.5‑3份,滑石粉0.5‑0.8份,水滑石0.5‑1份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2‑5份,聚乙烯蜡3‑8份,EDTA二钠0.5‑1份,乙酸钠0.1‑0.5份,168抗氧化剂0.1‑0.5份,对苯二酚0.1‑0.5份。通过溴化SBS、甲基八溴醚和溴化聚苯醚三种阻燃剂的有机结合,并结合其它助剂得到阻燃效果好、对树脂力学性能影响小的阻燃母粒,并应用于阻燃EVA制品中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃母粒生产技术领域,具体涉及一种EVA用阻燃母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
EVA是乙烯和醋酸乙烯按不同比例共聚而成的高分子材料。VA含量最低的EVA树脂类似于低密度聚乙烯,柔软而抗冲击强度好,适合制造重负荷包装袋和复合材料。VA含量为10-20%的EVA透明性好,适合制造农业和收缩包装膜。VA含量更大的EVA可做粘合剂、涂层、涂料和交联弹性体用。虽然EVA聚合物性能优异,但EVA的易燃性明显,在使用上受到限制,特别是在电缆等产品方面。EVA的燃烧热值随乙烯含量增加而增加,对其进行阻燃处理是非常有必要的,通过添加阻燃剂可改善EVA的易燃性,而现有的阻燃剂多为粉状,其存在添加量大、与树脂分散不均匀、阻燃效果不理想、影响制品质量等缺陷。
阻燃母粒是在阻燃剂的基础上经过多种阻燃成份的有机结合、改性处理与协效作用,而制得的一种颗粒状产品。具有在树脂中添加量小、阻燃效率高、对树脂的力学性能影响小等优点,所以阻燃母粒成为阻燃EVA塑料制品实现防火要求的最佳选择之一,并成为阻燃剂粉料的有效替代品。
发明内容
对于上述技术问题,本发明提供一种EVA用阻燃母粒及其制备方法,通过溴化SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物)、甲基八溴醚和溴化聚苯醚三种阻燃剂的有机结合,并结合其它助剂得到阻燃效果好、对树脂力学性能影响小的阻燃母粒,并应用于阻燃EVA制品中。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种EVA用阻燃母粒,所述阻燃母粒由以下重量份的原料制备而成:溴化SBS 20-35份,甲基八溴醚15-35份,溴化聚苯醚20-25份,硬脂酸锌0.5-1份,硬脂酸钡0.3-0.5份,硬脂酸铝0.5-1份,硬酯酸钙2.5-3份,滑石粉0.5-0.8份,水滑石0.5-1份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-5份,聚乙烯蜡3-8份,EDTA二钠(乙二胺四乙酸二钠)0.5-1份,乙酸钠0.1-0.5份,168抗氧化剂(三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯)0.1-0.5份,对苯二酚0.1-0.5份。
优选的,所述阻燃母粒由以下重量份的原料制备而成:溴化SBS 25-30份,甲基八溴醚20-30份,溴化聚苯醚22-24份,硬脂酸锌0.6-0.8份,硬脂酸钡0.3-0.4份,硬脂酸铝0.6-0.8份,硬酯酸钙2.6-2.8份,滑石粉0.6-0.8份,水滑石0.7-1份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-4份,聚乙烯蜡5-7份,EDTA二钠0.6-0.9份,乙酸钠0.2-0.4份,168抗氧化剂0.2-0.4份,对苯二酚0.3-0.5份。
优选的,所述阻燃母粒由以下重量份的原料制备而成:溴化SBS 27份,甲基八溴醚25份,溴化聚苯醚23份,硬脂酸锌0.7份,硬脂酸钡0.4份,硬脂酸铝0.7份,硬酯酸钙2.7份,滑石粉0.7份,水滑石0.8份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.5份,聚乙烯蜡6份,EDTA二钠0.8份,乙酸钠0.3份,168抗氧化剂0.3份,对苯二酚0.4份。
本发明还提供一种EVA用阻燃母粒的制备方法,包括步骤:
(1)按照所述的重量份数称取各种原料;
(2)将称取的各种原料加入高效混合机中充分混合;
(3)将混合后的物料加入双螺杆挤出机,经熔融挤出,获得阻燃母粒。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中熔融挤出的温度为200-220℃,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速为300-400转/min,喂料频率为10-20Hz。
上述所述的EVA用阻燃母粒在阻燃EVA制品中的应用也属于本发明的保护范围。
将上述得到的阻燃母粒与EVA树脂在混料机中混匀,注塑成型得到阻燃EVA制品。EVA用阻燃母粒在EVA树脂中的添加量为3-8wt%。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
本发明通过溴化SBS、甲基八溴醚和溴化聚苯醚三种阻燃剂的有机结合,并结合其它助剂得到阻燃母粒,用于EVA制品中,与EVA树脂的相容性好,添加量小,阻燃效果好;甲基八溴醚和溴化聚苯醚具有耐高温、稳定性好的优点,可防止其他阻燃剂变质;采用高效的pH缓冲剂维持pH的稳定性;抗氧化剂的加入可维持阻燃母粒的稳定性,该产品是对树脂力学性能影响小的阻燃母粒。

为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明:
实施例1:
一种EVA用阻燃母粒,所述阻燃母粒由以下重量份的原料制备而成:溴化SBS 20份,甲基八溴醚15份,溴化聚苯醚20份,硬脂酸锌0.5份,硬脂酸钡0.3份,硬脂酸铝0.5份,硬酯酸钙2.5份,滑石粉0.5份,水滑石0.5份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份,聚乙烯蜡3份,EDTA二钠0.5份,乙酸钠0.1份,168抗氧化剂0.1份,对苯二酚0.1份。
上述EVA用阻燃母粒的制备方法,包括步骤:
(1)按照所述的重量份数称取各种原料;
(2)将称取的各种原料加入高效混合机中充分混合;
(3)将混合后的物料加入双螺杆挤出机,经熔融挤出,获得阻燃母粒,其中,熔融挤出的温度为200-220℃,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速为300-400转/min,喂料频率为10-20Hz。
将得到的阻燃母粒与EVA树脂在混料机中混匀,注塑成型得到阻燃EVA制品,阻燃母粒在EVA树脂中的添加量为3wt%。
实施例2:
一种EVA用阻燃母粒,所述阻燃母粒由以下重量份的原料制备而成:溴化SBS 35份,甲基八溴醚35份,溴化聚苯醚25份,硬脂酸锌1份,硬脂酸钡0.5份,硬脂酸铝1份,硬酯酸钙3份,滑石粉0.8份,水滑石1份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份,聚乙烯蜡8份,EDTA二钠1份,乙酸钠0.5份,168抗氧化剂0.5份,对苯二酚0.5份。
上述EVA用阻燃母粒的制备方法,包括步骤:
(1)按照所述的重量份数称取各种原料;
(2)将称取的各种原料加入高效混合机中充分混合;
(3)将混合后的物料加入双螺杆挤出机,经熔融挤出,获得阻燃母粒,其中,熔融挤出的温度为200-220℃,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速为300-400转/min,喂料频率为10-20Hz。
将得到的阻燃母粒与EVA树脂在混料机中混匀,注塑成型得到阻燃EVA制品,阻燃母粒在EVA树脂中的添加量为5wt%。
实施例3:
一种EVA用阻燃母粒,所述阻燃母粒由以下重量份的原料制备而成:溴化SBS 27份,甲基八溴醚25份,溴化聚苯醚23份,硬脂酸锌0.7份,硬脂酸钡0.4份,硬脂酸铝0.7份,硬酯酸钙2.7份,滑石粉0.7份,水滑石0.8份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.5份,聚乙烯蜡6份,EDTA二钠0.8份,乙酸钠0.3份,168抗氧化剂0.3份,对苯二酚0.4份。
上述EVA用阻燃母粒的制备方法,包括步骤:
(1)按照所述的重量份数称取各种原料;
(2)将称取的各种原料加入高效混合机中充分混合;
(3)将混合后的物料加入双螺杆挤出机,经熔融挤出,获得阻燃母粒,其中,熔融挤出的温度为200-220℃,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速为300-400转/min,喂料频率为10-20Hz。
将得到的阻燃母粒与EVA树脂在混料机中混匀,注塑成型得到阻燃EVA制品,阻燃母粒在EVA树脂中的添加量为8wt%。
对照例:EVA制品中不添加阻燃母粒。
将实施例1-3及对照例所得的EVA制品进行阻燃性能测试,测试结果如下表1所示:

由此说明,通过在EVA树脂中添加本发明的阻燃母粒使得EVA制品的阻燃性能提高。

1.一种EVA用阻燃母粒,其特征在于,所述阻燃母粒由以下重量份的原料制备而成:溴化SBS 20-35份,甲基八溴醚15-35份,溴化聚苯醚20-25份,硬脂酸锌0.5-1份,硬脂酸钡0.3-0.5份,硬脂酸铝0.5-1份,硬酯酸钙2.5-3份,滑石粉0.5-0.8份,水滑石0.5-1份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-5份,聚乙烯蜡3-8份,EDTA二钠(乙二胺四乙酸二钠)0.5-1份,乙酸钠0.1-0.5份,168抗氧化剂(三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯)0.1-0.5份,对苯二酚0.1-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种EVA用阻燃母粒,其特征在于,所述阻燃母粒由以下重量份的原料制备而成:溴化SBS 25-30份,甲基八溴醚20-30份,溴化聚苯醚22-24份,硬脂酸锌0.6-0.8份,硬脂酸钡0.3-0.4份,硬脂酸铝0.6-0.8份,硬酯酸钙2.6-2.8份,滑石粉0.6-0.8份,水滑石0.7-1份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-4份,聚乙烯蜡5-7份,EDTA二钠0.6-0.9份,乙酸钠0.2-0.4份,168抗氧化剂0.2-0.4份,对苯二酚0.3-0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种EVA用阻燃母粒,其特征在于,所述阻燃母粒由以下重量份的原料制备而成:溴化SBS 27份,甲基八溴醚25份,溴化聚苯醚23份,硬脂酸锌0.7份,硬脂酸钡0.4份,硬脂酸铝0.7份,硬酯酸钙2.7份,滑石粉0.7份,水滑石0.8份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.5份,聚乙烯蜡6份,EDTA二钠0.8份,乙酸钠0.3份,168抗氧化剂0.3份,对苯二酚0.4份。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项所述的一种EVA用阻燃母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)按照所述的重量份数称取各种原料;
(2)将称取的各种原料加入高效混合机中充分混合;
(3)将混合后的物料加入双螺杆挤出机,经熔融挤出,获得阻燃母粒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种EVA用阻燃母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中熔融挤出的温度为200-220℃,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速为300-400转/min,喂料频率为10-20Hz。
6.权利要求1-3中任一项所述的EVA用阻燃母粒在阻燃EVA制品中的应用,所述阻燃母粒的添加量为3-8wt%。
