技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑、交通运输设备门窗上及平板太阳能热水器用的熔焊多层聚酯腔四周边复合钢化平板真空玻璃。
背景技术
现在生产的平板真空玻璃都是用玻璃粉加热熔封或者直接加热焊封的单层腔平板真空玻璃,而本发明人在2016年10月05日向国家专利局申报的“多层聚酯真空腔复合钢化平板真空玻璃”(发明专利号:201610870179.5;实用新型专利号:20162109761.9)专利,我在之后的试制中发现,由于“多层聚酯真空腔复合钢化平板真空玻璃”是用sk-63室温固化环氧树脂胶粘成一体的,在抽真空时只能达到300Pa、而达不到3/1000Pa真空度的设计要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种工艺简单、加工成本低、成品率高的、把多层聚酯腔的四周边熔焊密封的熔焊多层聚酯腔四周边复合钢化平板真空玻璃。本发明的技术方案是:包括型材单面凸点聚酯板、聚酯间隔框、型材中间聚酯板、聚酯熔焊密封边、双层聚酯腔、抽气孔、聚酯抽气管、钢化平板玻璃、固定螺栓总成、用聚酯熔焊枪熔焊密封四周边及焊接聚酯抽气管、用加热烙铁热锥加工抽气孔、用聚酯熔焊枪熔接聚酯抽气管并用真空泵抽真空、加热熔封聚酯抽气管;把共聚酯(PETG)颗粒原料加热轧制成厚度在1毫米以上的单面凸点聚酯板,单面凸点聚酯板的一面是厚度在1毫米以上的平面,其平面的上面轧制有每隔25毫米均布一个高度0.4毫米以上、下大的直径0.4毫米以上而上小的直径0.3毫米以上的锥形凸点(1a);把单面凸点聚酯板按设计要求的长度和宽度切割成两块型材单面凸点聚酯板(1);两块型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的锥形凸点(1a)都在一个中心线上;把厚度在1毫米以上的聚酯板、切割成和型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的长度及宽度一样大小的型材中间聚酯板(2);把厚度在0.4毫米以上的、宽度3毫米以上的聚酯条加工成聚酯间隔框(3);聚酯间隔框(3)的外框边的长度及宽度、比型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的长度及宽度都减短2毫米;把一块型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的锥形凸点(1a)向上后、对齐居中放在一块托板(4)上,然后依次对齐居中放上一个聚酯间隔框(3)、一块型材中间聚酯板(2)、另一个聚酯间隔框(3)、和另一块锥形凸点(1a)向下的型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)、以及一块平压板(5);托板(4)和平压板(5)的长度及宽度、比型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的长度及宽度都增加6毫米;把双层聚酯腔(6)的四周边、用聚酯熔焊枪熔焊聚酯焊条、熔焊密封至3毫米厚的聚酯密封四周边(6c);在双层聚酯腔(6)的聚酯密封四周边(6c)的其中一边的中间、对应一个聚酯间隔框(3)的居中处、用1毫米以上粗的加热烙铁锥钉加工抽气孔(6a),把聚酯抽气管(7)同心对齐抽气孔(6a)后、用聚酯熔焊枪熔接密封好;在抽气孔(6a)左侧50毫米处的另一个聚酯间隔框(3)的居中处、用1毫米以上粗的加热烙铁锥钉加工另一抽气孔(6b),把另一个聚酯抽气管(7)同心对齐另一抽气孔(6b)后、用聚酯熔焊枪熔接密封好;把双层聚酯腔(6)的聚酯密封四周边(6c),用砂布打磨毛糙;把厚度4毫米以上、长度及宽度比型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的长度及宽度都增加18毫米的两块钢化平板玻璃(8),在其没有钢化前四周边的居中每边9毫米处、各均布同心加工一个以上、直径4毫米的卧螺栓通孔(8a);把两块钢化平板玻璃(8)的中间、居中放一块已熔焊接在一起的双层聚酯腔(6)后,其四周边的各个卧螺栓通孔(8a)内、用直径一样的固定卧螺栓总成(9)拧紧固装好后,用真空泵边抽真空、边加热至100℃和设计的真空度至3/1000Pa的要求后,用塑料熔焊枪加热熔封聚酯抽气管(7)并处理好聚酯抽气管(7)的封头。再用sk-63室温固化环氧树脂胶(10)填平保护好聚酯抽气管(7)的封头、并粘合钢化平板玻璃(8)和双层聚酯腔(6)的四周边厚度3毫米以上凝固。本发明的有益效果是:可加工成两层、三层、四层五层以上的复合钢化平板真空玻璃,保温隔热性能及降除噪音效果比单层平板真空玻璃增加两、三、四、五倍以上,加工成本比玻璃粉熔封的平板真空玻璃降低了百分之七十,强度比玻璃粉熔封的平板真空玻璃增加了三倍以上,成品率比玻璃粉熔封的平板真空玻璃提高了两倍,工艺简单设备投资费用低。

具体实施方式 本发明如图1、2、3所示的实施例中,把用四套固定卧螺栓总成(9)拧紧固装在一起的钢化平板玻璃(8)和双层聚酯腔(6),抽完真空并处理好聚酯抽气管(7)的封头后,用sk-63室温固化环氧树脂胶(10)粘合、填平保护好聚酯抽气管(7)的封头、并粘合四周边厚度3毫米以上固化后,再用普通硅胶(11)填平双层聚酯腔(6)的聚酯密封四周边(6c)其余的6毫米厚度,就加工成了二层聚酯腔复合钢化平板真空玻璃;如上所述的加工方法、再加上另一个聚酯间隔框(3)、和另一块锥形凸点(1a)向下的型材单面凸点聚酯板(1),就加工三层熔焊多层聚酯腔四周边复合钢化平板真空玻璃;如上所述的加工方法、再加上另一个聚酯间隔框(3)、和另一块锥形凸点(1a)向下的型材单面凸点聚酯板(1),就加工四层熔焊多层聚酯腔四周边复合钢化平板真空玻璃;如上所述的加工方法可加工五层以上熔焊多层聚酯腔四周边复合钢化平板真空玻璃。

1.一种熔焊多层聚酯腔四周边复合钢化平板真空玻璃,包括型材单面凸点聚酯板、聚酯间隔框、型材中间聚酯板、聚酯熔焊密封边、双层聚酯腔、抽气孔、聚酯抽气管、钢化平板玻璃、固定螺栓总成、用聚酯熔焊枪熔焊密封四周边及焊接聚酯抽气管、用加热烙铁热锥加工抽气孔、用聚酯熔焊枪熔接聚酯抽气管并用真空泵抽真空、加热熔封聚酯抽气管;其特征是:把共聚酯(PETG)颗粒原料加热轧制成厚度在1毫米以上的单面凸点聚酯板,把单面凸点聚酯板按设计要求的长度和宽度切割成两块型材单面凸点聚酯板(1);把厚度在1毫米以上的聚酯板、切割成和型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的长度及宽度一样大小的型材中间聚酯板(2);把厚度在0.4毫米以上的、宽度3毫米以上的聚酯条加工成聚酯间隔框(3);把一块型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的锥形凸点(1a)向上后、对齐居中放在一块托板(4)上,然后依次对齐居中放上一个聚酯间隔框(3)、一块型材中间聚酯板(2)、另一个聚酯间隔框(3)、和另一块锥形凸点(1a)向下的型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)、以及一块平压板(5);把双层聚酯腔(6)的四周边、用聚酯熔焊枪熔焊聚酯焊条、熔焊密封至3毫米厚的聚酯密封四周边(6c);在双层聚酯腔(6)的聚酯密封四周边(6c)的其中一边的中间、对应一个聚酯间隔框(3)的居中处、用1毫米以上粗的加热烙铁锥钉加工抽气孔(6a),把聚酯抽气管(7)同心对齐抽气孔(6a)后、用聚酯熔焊枪熔接密封好;在抽气孔(6a)左侧50毫米处的另一个聚酯间隔框(3)的居中处、用1毫米以上粗的加热烙铁锥钉加工另一抽气孔(6b),把另一个聚酯抽气管(7)同心对齐另一抽气孔(6b)后、用聚酯熔焊枪熔接密封好;把双层聚酯腔(6)的聚酯密封四周边(6c),用砂布打磨毛糙;把厚度4毫米以上、长度及宽度比型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的长度及宽度都增加18毫米的两块钢化平板玻璃(8),在其没有钢化前四周边的每边居中9毫米处、各均布同心加工一个以上、直径4毫米的卧螺栓通孔(8a);把两块钢化平板玻璃(8)的中间、居中放一块已熔焊接在一起的双层聚酯腔(6)后,其四周边的各个卧螺栓通孔(8a)内、用直径一样的固定卧螺栓总成(9)拧紧固装好后,用真空泵边抽真空、边加热至100℃和设计的真空度至3/1000Pa的要求后,用塑料熔焊枪加热熔封聚酯抽气管(7)并处理好聚酯抽气管(7)的封头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种熔焊多层聚酯腔四周边复合钢化平板真空玻璃,其特征是:单面凸点聚酯板的一面是厚度在1毫米以上的平面,其平面的上面轧制有每隔25毫米均布一个高度0.4毫米以上、下大的直径0.4毫米以上而上小的直径0.3毫米以上的锥形凸点(1a)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种熔焊多层聚酯腔四周边复合钢化平板真空玻璃,其特征是:两块型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的锥形凸点(1a)都在一个中心线上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种熔焊多层聚酯腔四周边复合钢化平板真空玻璃,其特征是:聚酯间隔框(3)的外框边的长度及宽度、比型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的长度及宽度都减短2毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种熔焊多层聚酯腔四周边复合钢化平板真空玻璃,其特征是:托板(4)和平压板(5)的长度及宽度、比型材单面凸点聚酯板(1)的长度及宽度都增加6毫米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种熔焊多层聚酯腔四周边复合钢化平板真空玻璃,其特征是:用sk-63室温固化环氧树脂胶(10)填平保护好聚酯抽气管(7)的封头、并粘合钢化平板玻璃(8)和双层聚酯腔(6)的四周边厚度3毫米以上凝固。
