Abstract
本发明公开了一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车,包括非动力定位母船、设置在非动力定位母船上的A型架与绞车收放缆滚轮以及水下机器人,A型架上转动连接有滑轮,水下机器人连接着脐带缆,脐带缆绕过滑轮与绞车收放缆滚轮相连,非动力定位母船上还设置有用于导向脐带缆的定位件;A型架设置有连杆,滑轮包括滑动部与转动部,滑动部为环形并在连杆上沿着连杆方向滑动,连杆上开设有条形槽,滑动部上突起有凸块,转动部通过轴承转动连接在滑动部的外圈处。本发明通过设计滑轮在A型架上自由滑动,使得能降低水下机器人因船舶转动而影响作业频率,同时降低水下机器人因脐带缆断裂而遗失的风险。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及ROV绞车装置领域,具体来说,涉及一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车。
背景技术
现阶段,水下机器人ROV在水下作业过程中,均是搭载在动力定位母船上,动力定位母船利用自身的推进装置使船泊保持位置的稳定,以便配合水下机器人的作业。但是动力定位船只造价高昂,船期紧张、租用及动遣费用高。
非动力定位母船使用较为广泛,造价相对较低、租用费用低,市场上可供选择船型及数量也较多,使用灵活,但是由于其多通过锚泊方式保持位置,受风、浪、涌、流等环境因素较大,位置变化较大,在非动力定位母船搭载ROV作业中受到母船作业时的定位和ROV作业脐带缆配合限制,使得该工作始终无法良好开展。
为了能够在非动力定位母船搭载ROV作业,需要对作业中的母船ROV绞车进行改进,使原本因船舶飘动导致的脐带缆受力过大而扯断的风险得以降低。
发明内容
为了解决现有非动力定位母船搭载ROV作业中遇到的ROV脐带缆随船动产生巨大拉力的难题,本发明提供一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车,降低ROV因船舶转动而影响作业效率,同时降低ROV因脐带缆断裂而遗失的风险。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车,包括非动力定位母船、设置在非动力定位母船上的A型架与绞车收放缆滚轮以及水下机器人,A型架上转动连接有滑轮,水下机器人连接着脐带缆,脐带缆绕过滑轮与绞车收放缆滚轮相连,所述非动力定位母船上还设置有用于导向脐带缆的定位件;所述A型架设置有连杆,所述滑轮包括滑动部与转动部,所述滑动部为环形并在连杆上沿着连杆方向滑动,连杆上开设有条形槽,滑动部上突起有凸块,所述转动部通过轴承转动连接在滑动部的外圈处。
进一步地,所述连杆为弧形,其圆心位置为定位件的中心处。
进一步地,所述定位件形状为横置的类沙漏形,并设置在滑轮位于连杆中间处时脐带缆与绞车收放缆滚轮的连线上,所述定位件的类沙漏形形成的夹角角度与连杆弧形的夹角相同。
进一步地,所述滑动部上设置有用于驱动滑动部在连杆上滑动的驱动组件。
进一步地,所述驱动组件包括在滑动部上转动连接的齿轮以及在连杆上设置的与齿轮啮合的齿轮轨道,所述齿轮上同轴连接有遥控电机。
进一步地,所述滑动部上还设置有用于阻止齿轮转动的锁止器。
进一步地,所述锁止器包括可伸缩的凸杆,所述齿轮上开设有若干供凸杆插入的凹孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过设计滑轮能在A型架上自由滑动,当水下机器人下放至海里作业时,非动力定位母船会随着海浪晃动,因而滑轮能跟随母船的滑动而在A型架上来回滑动,进而水下机器人在作业的时候,也不会受到母船船身的飘动而产生侧向力影响其作业,由于其脐带缆亦会跟随滑轮滑动,进而降低船身飘动对其产生的拉扯的影响,使得能降低水下机器人因脐带缆断裂而遗失的风险。
2、在母船上加设有导向脐带缆的类沙漏形定位件,并且A型架上的连杆为弧形,从而使脐带缆能在A型架上的滑轮上随着连杆的弧形方向作弧形滑动,由于弧形的圆心位于定位件的中心处,因此在滑动的时候能通过定位件的类沙漏形状对其滑动的角度进行限制,使其不会过大,同时也能起到导向的作用,使得脐带缆通过滑轮的时候不会有偏移而使得其滑动不顺畅。
3、而在滑轮与连杆滑动连接处加设有齿轮、齿轮轨道以及遥控电机,能使得其在电机不运作的时候,滑轮随着船身的飘动而在连杆上滑动,而当有需要的时候,亦能开启电机对其滑轮的位置进行一个相应滑移,并且滑轮上还增设有锁止器,使得在有需要的时候,能开启锁止器对齿轮进行锁定,从而限制滑轮在连杆上的滑动,使其方便工作。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车,包括非动力定位母船1、设置在非动力定位母船1上的A型架2与绞车收放缆滚轮6以及水下机器人3,A型架2上转动连接有滑轮4,非动力定位母船1上还固定连接有一个用于导向脐带缆61的定位件5,水下机器人3上连接着脐带缆61,脐带缆61绕过滑轮4和定位件5与绞车收放缆滚轮6相连,A型架2的端部连有连杆21,滑轮4能在连杆21上沿其方向自由滑动。而滑轮4与连杆21之间设置有一个驱动组件7,使得在需要的时候能自由控制滑轮4在连杆21上的位置。
如图2与图3所示,滑轮4包括在连杆21上的滑动部42以及通过轴承43与滑动部42转动连接的转动部41。滑动部42上突起有两个凸块44,连杆21上开设有供凸块44滑动的两条条形槽22,条形槽22分别位于连杆21的两侧,驱动组件7设置在连杆21的底侧面与滑动部42之间的连接处;转动部41通过轴承43转动连接在滑动部42的外圈处,并开设有供脐带缆61缠绕的凹槽。
驱动组件7包括一个转动连接在滑动部42上的齿轮71以及固定在连杆21底侧面的与齿轮71啮合的齿轮轨道72,齿轮轨道72布满连杆21底侧面,滑动部42上还装设有用于驱动齿轮71转动的遥控电机73,该遥控电机73在断电的时候不自锁,使其能在断电的时候,滑轮4随着船身的飘动而在连杆21上自由滑动。而滑动部42上还固定有一个用于限制齿轮71转动的锁止器8,该锁止器8上有可伸缩的凸杆81,齿轮71上开设有若干供凸杆81插入限位的凹孔82,从而在远程开启锁止器8的时候,对齿轮71进行限制使得其无法自由转动,配合齿轮71以及齿轮轨道72,使得对滑轮4的自由滑动进行限制。
如图1所示,定位件5为横置的类沙漏形状,固定在滑轮4位于连杆21中心处时脐带缆61与绞车收放缆滚轮6的连线上,并且连杆21为弧形,其弧形的圆心位于定位件5的中心位置处,类沙漏形形成的角度与连杆21弧形的夹角相同。这样设置定位件5的形状,使得当滑轮4由于船身的飘动发生滑移的时候,由于滑轮4滑动的圆心为定位件5处,因而在滑动的时候,脐带缆61能与滑轮4的方向始终一致。而定位件5的类沙漏形角度与连杆21弧形的夹角相同,使得定位件5能防止滑轮4在滑移的时候发生过大角度的转动。
在实际使用的时候,当非动力定位母船1在海上停靠,下放水下机器人3进行作业时,极有可能由于船身无法很好的定位,因此船身会随着海浪的一个拍打产生飘动。这时由于滑轮4与A型架2上的连杆21的滑动关系,能很好地缓冲其飘动对水下机器人3以及其脐带缆61产生的影响。而当滑轮4在连杆21上滑动的时候,由于定位件5的导向作用以及限制其滑动角度的作用,令脐带缆61能与滑轮4的方向保持始终一致,使脐带缆61通过滑轮4的时候不会有不顺畅的情况出现。
而当有需要的时候,可开启遥控电机73,对滑轮4上的齿轮71进行控制,使滑轮4能按需求在连杆21上滑动到需要的位置。而在收起的时候,一般将滑轮4通过遥控电机73控制到连杆21的中间位置处,使滑轮4、定位件5以及绞车收放缆滚轮6处于同一直线上,然后启动锁止器8,将齿轮71锁定在该位置,进而实现限制滑轮4的滑动。之后再控制绞车收放缆滚轮6将水下机器人3收起即可。
该装置同时亦可用于在作业预算有限的非动力定位母船1或者无动力定位母船上,从而减少船舶的预算。

1.一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车,包括非动力定位母船(1)、设置在非动力定位母船(1)上的A型架(2)与绞车收放缆滚轮(6)以及水下机器人(3),A型架(2)上转动连接有滑轮(4),水下机器人(3)连接着脐带缆(61),脐带缆(61)绕过滑轮(4)与绞车收放缆滚轮(6)相连,其特征在于:所述非动力定位母船(1)上还设置有用于导向脐带缆(61)的定位件(5);所述A型架(2)设置有连杆(21),所述滑轮(4)包括滑动部(42)与转动部(41),所述滑动部(42)为环形并在连杆(21)上沿着连杆(21)方向滑动,连杆(21)上开设有条形槽(22),滑动部(42)上突起有凸块(44),所述转动部(41)通过轴承(43)转动连接在滑动部(42)的外圈处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车,其特征在于:所述连杆(21)为弧形,其圆心位置为定位件(5)的中心处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车,其特征在于:所述定位件(5)形状为横置的类沙漏形,并设置在滑轮(4)位于连杆(21)中间处时脐带缆(61)与绞车收放缆滚轮(6)的连线上,所述定位件(5)的类沙漏形形成的夹角角度与连杆(21)弧形的夹角相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车,其特征在于:所述滑动部(42)上设置有用于驱动滑动部(42)在连杆(21)上滑动的驱动组件(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车,其特征在于:所述驱动组件(7)包括在滑动部(42)上转动连接的齿轮(71)以及在连杆(21)上设置的与齿轮(71)啮合的齿轮轨道(72),所述齿轮(71)上同轴连接有遥控电机(73)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车,其特征在于:所述滑动部(42)上还设置有用于阻止齿轮(71)转动的锁止器(8)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种应用于非动力定位母船的缆向随动ROV绞车,其特征在于:所述锁止器(8)包括可伸缩的凸杆(81),所述齿轮(71)上开设有若干供凸杆(81)插入的凹孔(82)。
