7) the cutting motor drives the cutting blade to cut the rubber hose, and meanwhile, the cutting blade cuts off the rubber hose through the mutual matching of the driving motor, the driving gear and the working gear;
8) the working plate is driven by the electric slide block to move to the next designated position to prepare for the next cutting.
When the rubber hose cutting device works, a worker penetrates the right end of a rubber hose to be cut through a circular through hole formed in the working plate 33, the left end of the rubber hose is placed in the supporting device 2, the inner wall of the rubber hose to be cut is supported through the inner wall supporting mechanism 24, the outer wall of the rubber hose to be cut is supported through the outer wall supporting mechanism 25, the influence on the flatness of a cutting section due to the deformation of the rubber hose in the cutting process of the rubber hose by the cutting device 3 is prevented, then the bearing plate 311 is driven to synchronously move through the telescopic motion of the bearing cylinder 310 until the bearing plate 311 is contacted with the surface of the rubber hose, so that the bearing plate 311 plays a certain bearing role on the rubber hose in the working process, the working plate 33 is driven to move to a specified position through the electric slider 32, and the rotating gear 38 is driven to rotate through the rotating motor 39, the rotating gear 38 drives the rotating ring 37 engaged with the rotating gear to rotate, in the rotating process of the rotating ring 37, the connecting angle between the rotating rod 312 and the rotating ring 37 is changed, so as to drive the sliding frame 313 to perform linear motion in the sliding groove, when the edge of the cutting blade 316 is tightly attached to the surface of the rubber hose, the rotating motor 39 stops rotating, the cutting blade 316 is driven by the cutting motor 315 to cut the rubber hose, and through the mutual matching of the driving motor 36, the driving gear 35 and the working gear 34, the cutting blade 316 can comprehensively cut the rubber hose until the rubber hose is cut into small sections with specified length, the invention solves the problems of high labor cost, low working efficiency, uneven cutting surface, potential safety hazard, easy scratching of the surface of the rubber hose and the like in the existing rubber hose cutting process, and realizes the function of automatically cutting the rubber hose, the purpose is achieved.
