the rubber wheel grinding assembly (50) comprises a base (51), a movable block (52) arranged on the top of the base (51) and capable of performing linear reciprocating motion in the horizontal direction on the base (51), a driving motor (53) arranged on the movable block (52) and with an output shaft penetrating through the movable block (52) vertically, a rubber wheel (54) connected with the output shaft of the driving motor (53) and rotating along with the output shaft, a guide rod (55) fastened on the movable block (52) and parallel to the motion direction of the movable block (52), a pressure spring (56) sleeved on the guide rod (55), a fixed block (58) provided with a pressure sensor (57) and fixedly arranged on one side of the guide rod (55), an adjusting piece (59) which is in threaded connection with the guide rod (55) and is positioned between the pressure spring (56) and the movable block (52) and used for adjusting the force applied by the pressure spring (56) on the pressure sensor (57), one end of the pressure spring (56) abuts against the adjusting piece (59) and the other end of the pressure sensor (59) abuts against the side frame (40) of the rubber wheel unit (40);
the movable block (52) is arranged at the top of the base (51) through a linear guide rail unit, wherein the linear guide rail unit comprises a linear guide rail (511) and a sliding block arranged on the linear guide rail (511) in a sliding manner, the linear guide rail (511) is fastened at the top of the base (51), and the sliding block is fastened on the bottom end face of the movable block (52);
the guide rod (55) is provided with external threads (551) matched with the adjusting piece (59).

The grinding apparatus of a rim of a mobile phone according to claim 1, wherein both ends of the compression spring (56) are further provided with a collar (561) for preventing an inner ring of the compression spring (56) from contacting the guide bar (55) to reduce friction between the compression spring (56) and the guide bar (55).
3. The grinding apparatus of a rim of a cellular phone according to claim 1, wherein the pressure sensor (57) is formed with a through hole through which the guide bar (55) horizontally passes.
4. The grinding apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a robot (20) for loading the jig (30).

The grinding apparatus of a mobile phone frame according to claim 4, wherein the jig (30) includes a carrying plate (31) connected to the manipulator (20), an upper cover (33) fastened to the carrying plate (31), a lower cover (34) mated with the upper cover (33), and an electromagnet mounting block (32) disposed on the carrying plate (31) and configured to enable the lower cover (34) to be adsorbed on the upper cover (33) when energized and enable the lower cover (34) to be separated from the upper cover (33) when de-energized, wherein the upper cover (33) and the lower cover (34) are respectively provided with a first opening (331) and a second opening (341) corresponding to the plastic grinding portion (41) to facilitate grinding of the rubber wheel (54).
6. The grinding apparatus of a rim of a mobile phone according to claim 1, further comprising a cutter unit (70) provided on the movable block (52) and located at one side of the rubber wheel (54) so that a working surface of the rubber wheel (54) is smooth.

The grinding apparatus of a rim of a handpiece according to claim 6, wherein the cutter unit (70) includes a base (71) fastened to the movable block (52), an adjustment seat (72) detachably provided to the base (71) and formed with a post (722), a pin shaft provided to the post (722) and fitted with a boss (73), a blade (74) fastened to the boss (73), wherein a first elongated hole (711) is formed in the base (71), a second elongated hole (721) corresponding to the first elongated hole (711) is formed in the adjustment seat (72), the first and second elongated holes (721) are provided therein such that the adjustment seat (72) is moved in a length direction of the first and second elongated holes (711, 721) to bring the blade (74) closer to or farther from the boss (54), a boss (73) is formed with a second elongated hole (721) corresponding to the first elongated hole (711), the blade (74) is detachably provided to the boss (731) by fastening the screw (741), a threaded hole (732) for the fastening bolt (741) to penetrate through is formed in the mounting plane (731) of the shaft sleeve (73), the end portion of the fastening bolt (741) extends into the shaft sleeve (73) to be in contact with the circumferential side wall of the pin shaft to form locking force, and the axis of the pin shaft is parallel to the rotation axis of the rubber wheel (54).
8. The grinding apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a cooling liquid delivery pipe (60) fastened to one side of the rubber wheel (54) and communicating with the cooling liquid tank, wherein a liquid outlet end of the cooling liquid delivery pipe (60) is provided with a liquid spray nozzle facing the rubber wheel (54).
