Claims (10)

1. A lighter assembly machine is characterized by comprising a shell conveying device, and a gasket mounting device, a sparkler mounting device, a fire adjusting ring mounting device, a wane mounting device, a pressing tongue mounting device and a windshield mounting device which are arranged above the shell conveying device in sequence;
the gasket mounting device comprises a first upper hollow cylinder for containing a gasket and a first lower hollow cylinder staggered with the axis of the first upper hollow cylinder, a rotatable first rotary disc is mounted between the first upper hollow cylinder and the first lower hollow cylinder, and the first rotary disc is provided with a first stirring hook; when the first rotating disc rotates, the gasket falls into the shell conveying device through the first lower hollow cylinder under the action of the first poking hook;
the fire adjusting ring mounting device comprises a third upper hollow cylinder for containing a fire adjusting ring and a third lower hollow cylinder staggered with the axis of the third upper hollow cylinder, a rotatable third rotary table is mounted between the third upper hollow cylinder and the third lower hollow cylinder, and the third rotary table is provided with a second stirring hook; when the third turntable rotates, the fire adjusting ring falls into the shell conveying device through the third lower hollow cylinder under the action of the second stirring hook and is clamped by the fire adjusting ring clamping device on one side of the third lower hollow cylinder.
2. The lighter assembly machine of claim 1, wherein the housing transport means includes a conveyor mechanism having a plurality of seats uniformly secured thereto for receiving the lighter housing.
3. The lighter assembly machine of claim 1, wherein the first rotary disk is connected to the driving device, and a plurality of first poking hooks are uniformly distributed on the first rotary disk in the circumferential direction;
the supporting plate is connected above the first lower hollow cylinder, and the center of the supporting plate is provided with a through hole communicated with the inner cavity of the first lower hollow cylinder.

The lighter assembly machine of claim 1, wherein the fire control ring clamping device comprises a clamping portion and a driving device thereof, the clamping portion has a trapezoidal groove formed at a distal end thereof, and the clamping portion is rotated by the driving device and clamps the fire control ring through the trapezoidal groove.

The lighter assembly machine of claim 1, wherein the lighter mounting means comprises a second upper hollow cylinder and a second lower hollow cylinder which are arranged in an up-down opposite manner, and a second rotary table eccentrically arranged with the second upper hollow cylinder and the second lower hollow cylinder is arranged between the second upper hollow cylinder and the second lower hollow cylinder;
the second turntable is connected with the driving device, and a plurality of through holes which are the same with the axis center distance and used for the spark device to pass through are formed in the second turntable.

The lighter assembly machine of claim 1, wherein the rocker mounting means comprises a fourth upper hollow cylinder and a fourth lower hollow cylinder which are mounted in an up-down opposite manner, and a fourth turntable is eccentrically mounted between the fourth upper hollow cylinder and the fourth lower hollow cylinder;
the fourth rotating disc is connected with the driving device, and a plurality of hole grooves which are equal to the axis center distance of the fourth rotating disc and used for the warping plate to penetrate through are formed in the fourth rotating disc.

The lighter assembly machine of claim 1, wherein the pressing tongue mounting means comprises a fifth upper hollow cylinder and a fifth lower hollow cylinder which are vertically oppositely mounted, and a fifth rotary table eccentrically mounted with the fifth upper hollow cylinder and the fifth lower hollow cylinder is arranged between the fifth upper hollow cylinder and the fifth lower hollow cylinder;
the fifth turntable is connected with the driving device, and a plurality of hole grooves which are the same with the axis center of the fifth turntable in distance and are used for the pressing tongues to pass through are formed in the fifth turntable.

The lighter assembly machine of claim 1, wherein the windshield mounting means comprises a sixth upper hollow cylinder and a sixth lower hollow cylinder which are mounted in an up-down opposite manner, and a sixth turntable is eccentrically mounted between the sixth upper hollow cylinder and the sixth lower hollow cylinder;
the sixth turntable is connected with the driving device, and a plurality of hole grooves which are the same as the axis of the sixth turntable in distance and used for the penetration of the windshield are formed in the sixth turntable.
9. The lighter assembly machine of claim 1, wherein a windshield clamping means is provided on a side of the windshield mounting means below, the windshield clamping means comprising two oppositely mounted power pushers.
10. The lighter assembly machine of claim 1, wherein the gasket mounting means, the sparking device mounting means, the flame ring mounting means, the rocker mounting means, the press tongue mounting means and the windshield mounting means are each provided with an infrared sensor mounted thereunder.
