Abstract
The invention discloses a cable-sliding system convenient to install and erect, which comprises: two bearing steel ropes, a plurality of fixed steel ropes, a hoop trolley, a rail and a plurality of U-shaped steel rope clamps. The two bearing steel cables are arranged in parallel, and the two ends of the bearing steel cable are fixed on two fixed points with a certain height difference; the bearing steel cables are provided with a plurality of steel cable clamps from beginning to end, the distance between the two steel cable clamps is the same, and the steel cable clamps on the two bearing steel cables are in the same position and correspond to each other one by one; two ends of the fixed steel cable are respectively fixed on a pair of steel cable clamps corresponding to the two bearing steel cables; the middle position of the fixed steel cable is used for hanging the track; the anchor ear trolley is arranged on the track and used for bearing personnel to slide on the track. The invention has the advantages that: 1. the standard components are used, welding is replaced by assembly, the cost is reduced, the processing and erection difficulties are reduced, and the later maintenance and replacement are facilitated; 2. the whole quality of the used parts is reduced, the carrying is convenient, and the device can be suitable for the installation and erection of more complex terrains.

Technical Field

Background
The rope sliding is also called as a rope sliding, a rope falling, a flying man in the air and the like, is firstly used for mountain self-rescue and military assault operation, then is evolved into an amusement item, and is a challenging, exciting and recreational modern sports amusement item. The chute rope can cross grasslands, lakes, rivers and canyons and slide downwards from the high place at a higher speed by means of the height difference, so that tourists feel stimulation and satisfaction in the happy and surprise.
At present, the existing rope sliding system adopts steel pipes to weld and erect a portal-shaped overhead (shown in figure 1), a plurality of the overhead are fixed on the ground, and certain height difference exists among the overhead; a rail is welded by adopting steel pipes, wherein three parallel large-diameter steel pipes are arranged along the rail direction, a rib plate along the rail direction is welded on the surface of one large-diameter steel pipe, and the large-diameter steel pipe is welded on the other two large-diameter steel pipes through the rib plate and a plurality of small-diameter steel pipes, so that the rail is formed. The rail is welded and fixed on the door-shaped elevated frame, and a rail structure with a certain height difference and fluctuation in the vertical direction is formed between the elevated frames with different heights.
However, existing chute systems have the following drawbacks:
1. a large amount of materials such as steel pipes and the like are required, and a large amount of welding operation is required, so that the cost and the manufacturing difficulty are increased, and the later maintenance is troublesome.
2. The erection of the portal-like elevated and rails can be very difficult. Particularly, the device is more difficult to erect in some mountains, including the transportation of a large amount of materials, the guarantee of the operation safety of welding workers, the site selection and fixation of each portal-shaped overhead and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a cable sliding system convenient to install and erect, which can effectively solve the problems existing in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The two bearing steel cables 1 are arranged in parallel, and two ends of the bearing steel cable 1 are fixed on two fixed points with a certain height difference; the bearing steel cables 1 are provided with a plurality of steel cable clamps 5 from beginning to end, the intervals between the two steel cable clamps 5 are the same, and the steel cable clamps 5 on the two bearing steel cables 1 are in the same position and correspond to each other one by one; two ends of the fixed steel rope 2 are respectively fixed on a pair of steel rope clamps 5 corresponding to the two bearing steel ropes 1; the middle position of the fixed steel cable 2 is used for hanging the track 4; the anchor ear trolley 3 is arranged on the track 4 and is used for bearing personnel to slide on the track 4.
Further, the chute system further comprises: the steel wire clamping head 6, the bolt 7, the hanging ring 8 and the locknut 9;
the middle part of the fixed steel cable 2 is provided with a steel wire clamping head 6, and the middle part of the fixed steel cable 2 is bundled into a rope sleeve by the steel wire clamping head 6.
A plurality of bolt holes are distributed on the middle line of the track 4;
the hanging ring 8 penetrates through a rope sleeve of the fixed steel rope 2 to be fixed, and a threaded hole is formed below the hanging ring 8.
The bolt 7 passes through the bolt hole of the track 4 and then is screwed into the threaded hole of the hanging ring 8, and is loosened by the locknut 9 screwed on the bolt 7.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the use of various standard components and the replacement of welding by assembly lead to the reduction of the cost of the products, the difficulty of processing and erection of the products and the convenience of maintenance and replacement in the later period;
2. the whole quality of the used parts is reduced, the carrying is convenient, and the device can be suitable for the installation and erection of more complex terrains.

The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and by way of examples to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a cable system for facilitating installation and erection includes: the two bearing steel cables 1, the fixed steel cable 2, the anchor ear trolley 3, the track 4, the steel cable clamp 5, the steel wire clamp 6, the bolt 7 and the hanging ring 8.
The two bearing steel cables 1 are arranged in parallel, and the two ends of the bearing steel cable 1 are firmly and firmly fixed on two fixed points with a certain height difference; the bearing steel ropes 1 are provided with a plurality of U-shaped steel rope clamps 5 from beginning to end, the intervals between the two steel rope clamps 5 are the same, and the steel rope clamps 5 on the two bearing steel ropes 1 are in the same position and correspond to each other one by one; two ends of the fixed steel rope 2 are respectively fixed on a pair of steel rope clamps 5 corresponding to the two bearing steel ropes 1; the middle part of the fixed steel rope 2 is tied into a rope sleeve through a steel wire clamping head 6.

the hanging ring 8 penetrates through a rope sleeve of the fixed steel rope 2 to be fixed, and a threaded hole is formed below the hanging ring 8.
The bolt 7 passes through the bolt hole of the track 4 and then is screwed into the threaded hole of the hanging ring 8, and is loosened by the locknut 9 screwed on the bolt 7; the rail 4 is thereby fastened to the load-bearing wire rope 1 by means of a number of fastening wire ropes 2, forming a complete and load-bearing rail system.
The anchor ear trolley 3 is arranged on the track 4 and is used for bearing personnel to slide on the track 4.
