Specifically, as shown in the drawings, blind holes 25 are respectively formed in the bottom sides of the vertical rods 18 in the present embodiment, bilaterally symmetric bar-shaped sliding grooves 26 are respectively formed in the inner walls of the blind holes 25, sliding blocks 27 are respectively movably mounted in the bar-shaped sliding grooves 26, the sliding blocks 27 can respectively slide up and down along the corresponding bar-shaped sliding grooves 26, nuts 28 are respectively bearing-mounted on the bottom sides of the vertical rods 18, lead screws 29 are respectively screw-mounted in the nuts 28, the sliding blocks 27 are respectively fixedly connected with the upper ends of the peripheries of the corresponding lead screws 29, and the lower ends of the lead screws 29 are respectively fixedly connected with the top sides. The screw nuts 28 are respectively rotated, the screw rods 29 can respectively move upwards or downwards along the corresponding screw nuts 28, the corresponding pressure sensors 21 and the pedal 22 are respectively driven by the screw rods 29 to move upwards or downwards, and the distance between the bottom side of the pedal 22 and the back of a human body is respectively adjusted, so that the device can be suitable for people of various body types; while adjusting the pedal 22 downward can increase the force of the pedal, whereas adjusting the pedal 22 upward can decrease the force of the pedal.
Specifically, as shown in the drawings, a plurality of handles 30 are fixedly mounted on the outer periphery of the nut 28 according to the present embodiment. The handle 30 facilitates the user to directly rotate the screw nut 28 by hand, thereby increasing the user experience.
Further, as shown in the figure, two linear bearings 31 are respectively and movably installed on the periphery of the optical axis 3, the optical axis 3 can respectively move left and right along the corresponding linear bearings 31, and the inner ends of the linear bearings 31 are respectively and fixedly connected with the corresponding sleeves 4. Stability that the sleeve 4 moved about along optical axis 3 can be increased through linear bearing 31, rocks when avoiding sleeve 4 to move along the periphery of the optical axis 3 that corresponds respectively.

Further, as shown in the drawings, latex pads 34 are fixedly mounted on the bottom sides of the pedals 22 respectively. The softness and comfort of the bottom side of the pedal 22 are increased.
Furthermore, as shown in the drawings, the top sides of the push plates 17 according to the present embodiment are respectively hinged to rollers 35, and the peripheries of the rollers 35 can be respectively in contact fit with the peripheries of the corresponding cams 16. When the cam 16 rotates, the periphery of the cam 16 is respectively in contact fit with the periphery of the corresponding roller 35, so that the abrasion of the periphery of the cam 16 on the top surface of the push plate 17 can be reduced, and the service lives of the cam 16 and the push plate 17 are prolonged.
